These new apartments are in a superb position in Tivat, 20m away from the sea. Town center is 10 minutes away on foot. For guests with their own transport private parking is available. During the season, we have available nine apartments, four and five bedded, and three smaller studio apartments which are three bedded. All apartments have kitchen with refrigerator, separate bathroom, cable TV, wireless Internet air-condition, and balcony with seaview. The larger apartments have separate bedroom and living room. The smaller more compact apartments are of the all-in-one type, that is the bedrooms and living rooms are combined. The nearest shop is 20m away as well as the nearest restaurant. All the apartments have 24h water supply, even when the whole town is affected by restrictions. Prices range from 50 to 90 euros per day, depending on the period, as well as size of apartments. Prices are negotiable for longer stays. We can provide transport for guests who are staying for the first time, and detailed satellite pictures of the location and the route for guests who have their own transport.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The apartment was spacious, very clean with everything we required. We had water views from our balcony, the owners were lovely, they stay up waiting for us to arrive and were friendly, quick and efficient in showing us around and pointing us in the right direction for food. The only thing I can fault the apartment is finding it. It isn’t signposted yet and it is up what looks like a driveway behind another building. It would be perfect for a longer stay to explore Kotor Bay and the surrounding area.

We only stayed a night and I wish I had planned to stay longer. It is a great apartment with every comfort thought of. This was the first apartment in Montenegro that had paper towels! That's a small point but it tells you that the Rosics think of everything. The place was also spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful apartment with a view of the bay. Our cab driver didn't have any trouble finding the place when I showed him the address although the apartment isn't marked. It is a short walk to the town center along the boardwalk, which is the usual lovely place of restaurants on the waterfront. The marina is also gorgeous. We really didn't have enough time to explore the area since we came in from Dubrovnik in the afternoon and were leaving the next morning for Belgrade. This place is really close to the Tivat airport so it's a good place to stay for an early morning flight. We had already spent a number of days exploring Kotor bay before we left for Dubrovnik and had already stayed in Dobroto and Herceg Novi, but it might be a good idea to to go on hikes up the mountains from here because the tourist map we picked up indicated that there were trails up the mountain. I'd certainly like to come back and spend more time here.

Just as the site advertised, smashing little appartment, great hosts, super location, stunning scenery, very reasonable prices.
50 metres from the water's edge, 10 minutes walk to the fabulas Porto Montenegro super yacht marina, "fabulas darlings".
Hole heartedly recommend the location, the appartment, and Montenegro.

A TERRIBLE experience. So many nice places and I got this one.
The bathroom was still dirty from previous people. it looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time.
The whole apartment was smelly and the sheets on the bed were wet or damp and horrible. The staff were not helpful.

In July, when temperatures range between 35-40 degrees Celsius, we air-dry towels and linens in the sea breeze and sunlight, ensuring they are thoroughly aired and naturally disinfected. Our establishment is a small, family-owned apartment hotel, and we all reside on-site. Guests can contact us 24/7, either by visiting the reception downstairs or by reaching out through various messaging apps. We are committed to promptly addressing any concerns that arise. Your review says that you stayed with us in July 2023. Our guest records and tax book show that we had only one guest from the UK in July 2023. This place makes you feel like home. The owners were very friendly. They told us where to eat and what to see and warned us about tourist traps. Free parking and wifi are a big plus. Winter time is good here because there are not so many people and you can get some really good sleep. The area is beautiful. You can enjoy drinks on the beach even though it is January. Will come back.

Hotel is located in 30 meters from Seljanovo beach and about 60 meters from Waikiki beach. Hosts are very friendly, always glad to help and give useful advice regarding leisure/car rent/trips and etc. in Montenegro. If I knew it before, I really could save about 150 euro for travel program. Please feel free to contact apartments owners directly after you have booked room here.

I have visited Rosic Apartments in Tivat just recenty.
It is an amazing place. the owner, Jovan picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Nice and friendly Jovanka has welcomed us and explained to us about all restaurants, beaches and all places around. The maid Bosa is very nice and friendly, she made sure that we are enjoying our stay and not missing anything. Very nice and quiet place, especially for families with kids. Definitely recommending Rosic Apartments...

We abandoned ship (literally) due to a dreadful experience with Explore Montenegro and found ourselves in Tivat with no accommodation. This apartment turned out to be beautiful, situated on the top floor with amazing views it was beautifully clean and very comfortable. The family could not be more welcoming. We could only stay for 2 nights as it was full but the owner lent us towels for the beach on check day and volunteered to drive us to our next accommodation. It us brilliant value and we would definitely return of we come back to Montenegro.

We had a spacious apartment, with a sea view, clean and well maintained. Every other day kind hosts changed towels and thoroughly cleaned the apartment. The beds are comfortable, there is enough storage space, has all the amenities that one might need. Two great beaches with excellent restaurants and bars are at about 50m from the house (Seljanovo and Waikiki), about 20m from the house is a grocery store, a little further is a bakery ... Free WiFi and parking are just another one of the many advantages of staying at Rosic apartments. The owners were wonderful hosts, they waited for us, showed us around, they were willing to advise and help and made us feel like at home. I certainly recommend this accommodation and hope to stay with them again should I be in Tivat!
