We stayed in the Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel for three nights in December/January. We are a family of six - and we stayed in three rooms. I cannot stress enough how phenomenal this place is. We had a great room with amenities, but what really made the difference was the attention to detail and kindness of the team. We were picked up from the airport and immediately made comfortable with ice cold jasmine scented towels and cold water. Nothing could have been more refreshing. Our names were spelled out on our beds in lotus stems and we had fresh flowers in our room. The manager was able to book us a brilliant tour of Angkor Wat and the surrounding area as well as look after a few questions etc.

The hotel is very well located, I was worried about the noise from pub street as I had read a few reviews commenting on the noise, we were really not impacted at all by this.

Would highly recommend this hotel, it was a favourite for our three week trip.

We don't often give a total 5 start review but this is an exceptionally well run Boutique hotel. Very CLEAN. Visually pleasing rooms with comfortable beds and pillows with crispy white linens. Outstanding service and attention to detail including: Turn down service, cold scented wash clothes offered at the door, language cards with common word translations. From the front desk to the hotel room it was meticulously clean - any germaphobe would be pleased ;-) It was the perfect size for us, at the front desk the staff even greeted you by name. Pool area was relaxing, towels were neatly rolled at each lounge chair, cold water and their signature gingered peanuts were promptly served. Each morning breakfast consisted of a full cooked to order menu AND buffet AND barista service! Fresh...fresh...fresh, all of the food was excellent. Although it’s off the main drag we considered that a plus - it kept the noise level down and they offered a free shuttle into the Pub street area. Staff consistently went out of their way to make sure we were happy and made several efforts to connect with us personally. We consider this an exceptional place to stay and would go out of our way to book here.

Located less than 5 minutes walk from the main town area and Pub Street, this homely boutique hotel is a welcome sight for travellers. Exceptional customer service from check in and throughout the entire duration of our stay. The team from Sam, Darlin and everyone there made us feel very welcome despite some earlier mix up with reservations and airport pick ups. The rooms are comfortable and a beautiful pool to have a really good swim. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Cambodia with a good selection of local and western choices. You will always be greeted with a welcome cold towel and glass of water every time you walk into the lobby. Especially refreshing with the humid weather outside.

Value for money + service standards: absolutely worth every single cent (not too expensive in the first place). We were greeted by all the counter staff upon our arrival, presented with delicious starter snacks and welcome drinks and also cold towels. Really thoughtful service. Bonus: effort was made to remember our (not so simple to pronounce) names.

Also, the breakfast that was included was awesome, and they sell very good yam chips (we got a few packets, freshly fried by the hotel when we checked out). The staff were like friends and families. When my wife and I were searching for traditional Khmer snacks, they offered to help us buy along the streets!

Good night sleep: although located at the first level and near the hotel counter, we did not have noise issues. The room was big enough but also quite cosy just for the two of us. Bed was very clean and comfortable.

Location: situated near many places with walking distance.

Cleanliness: very clean room, well-lit with natural sunlight. Unlike hotels that we have been to, we could trust that everything has been thoroughly cleaned.

Wonderful service makes KMB stand out. I cannot recall all the names, but all staff were
helpful and smiling. We stayed separately, 1 night at the Residence and 4 nights at the Mansion.
At each checkin, we were greeted with welcome drink and snacks and spelled out greetings on
our beds.
Every time we entered the hotel, we received a cold towel and water; reception staff were
courteous, prompt, and caring. They phoned the tour services to verify our reservations and
if they were a few minutes late. On Lunar New Year we witnessed distribution of 'red packets' to the smiling staff.
Our 3 airport and 1 bus station pickups/dropoffs were perfect with nice, chatty Kurt.
KMB is conveniently located within steps of Pub Street but is set back away from the bustle and noise. Our room overlooking the soothing pool was a calm retreat. The KMR is more remote but newer with an airy lobby. We needed a tuk-tuk anyway to get to sights, so the location did not inconvenience us for
our 1 n.

This is the second time I've stayed there, and it was just as good as the first. I took my 14yo son for four days this time, and he was also very impressed. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, their aim is to make you feel at home. It really feels like family this hotel, and I will be going back again in 18 months with my whole family.
From arrival, with the welcome ceremony, where we were provided with cold face cloths, home made chocolates, a cold coconut drink, and some home made nuts with spices, to the breakfast by the poolside and the bar nearby, not to mention the wet face cloths every time we returned back from a long day waiting for us alongside with a cold glass of water. I don't want to single anyone out, as all the staff are so polite, and pleasant.
Pub St is a minute walk with all the restaurants, bars, fried ice cream , entertainment, the markets are also around the corner, there are great restaurants across the road from the hotel with amazing meals for around $2US. You could hire a Giant bike for around $5 a day which is worthwhile doing, or take tuk tuks around, or have you're own driver and tour guide for $70 a day in an a/c 4WD. Great place to visit. The hotel is clean (very clean), comfortable bedding, and there is something very tranquil about this place which keeps me wanting to come back to it.
Some say it is noisy with the night clubs, but to be honest, that didn't bother me at all as after a long day, I went straight to bed and couldn't hear anything anyway...
Looking forward to coming back again.
Thank you for a fantastic stay.

This place is magical. Beautiful pool and lobby, super clean rooms with all the comforts of home, a staff that is attentive to your every need, and a great location near everything but tucked away so as to be a quiet oasis to rest. Front desk employees Dalton, Tontan, Sreyvon, were wonderful. Always going out of their way to help, even for the smallest request. Kimleun made sure we were well fed and Samsros cleaned my room like it was her own home. A special thanks to Kert. He was the one who you could go to for any big or small concern about the hotel, or the surrounding area. He is a take charge person with the patience of a saint!!
Never have I been so welcomed, pampered, and taken care of in such a high manner. I will miss this place!!

Fantastic stay at Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel. We only stayed one night, but would definitely return and recommend to others. The hotel in itself is very nice and comfortable, the rooms are clean, spacious (and with great shower!), wifi worked perfectly, and the breakfast was superb (you can order a la carte whatever you want). But the thing that really sticks out is the amazing service provided by the staff at this hotel. From free pick up and transport to/from airport, to the welcome at arrival (with some snacks, cold drink and wet towels), to the greetings, service and help from waiters, reception staff and management at all time. Simply fantastic. We also appreciated that the hotel notified us upon arrival about the noise levels coming from a nearby construction site in day time as well as some noise from adjacent Pub Street at evening. This is good service, but also what is expected if you want a hotel with this central location (and we were not at all bothered by any noise levels!). Khmer Mansion is definitely a great place to stay when in Siem Reap.

Enjoyed our stay at this small, traditional, boutique hotel. Met with cold towels, a virgin colada & snacks on our arrival. Staff were very friendly and responsive to any requests. They learnt our names and were always very interested in our plans, sorting a tuk-tuk driver & guide for our temple visits, recommending restaurants and places to visit.
The rooms were comfortable with everything you could want and the swimming pool was a bonus in the heat.
The evening meal we had on our first night was delicious and extremely good value. Green Papaya salad, Lemongrass chicken soup, Fish Amok & a fruit plate for €10.
Book directly with the hotel and you get one evening meal free as well as, airport transfers & other benefits.
We would like to particularly mention some members of staff who went out of their way to be helpful, Chantha, Darlin, Iu (Liya). Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel (not to be mistaken for a hotel with almost the same name) is a spotlessly clean hotel, right in the heart of the city, close to many good restaurants. The management and staff are quite amazing and so kind without being over the top, they will remember your name from the first time they meet and greet you and from then on they will meet you at the front door with an ice cold towel and water every time you return to the hotel. Whoever has put this team of people together should be congratulated and the Manageress Hor is on the front line to accommodate any of your needs. My wife and I have stayed in a few other hotels in Siem Reap centre before finding Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel, but would not dream of staying anywhere other than this hotel now. This is one really very special hotel and well worth considering when looking for accommodation.. We have stayed in very many 5-star hotels around the world that do not reach this hotels standards.
