When searching for a great relaxing place, Siem Reap to the top of the search list and Khmer Mansion Resident is one of my top favorite hotels for soul relaxing. Transitional Khmer design bedroom with an amazing setting fresh environment. Helpful and friendly staffs. Nice swimming pool with the book selection is also one of the best memories for my solo trip. Especially If you are woman or man and want to experience solo travelling then I would strongly recommend there.

While I stayed here on business, it was the best solo-staycation I have ever had. Much this has to do with staying here. Whoever built this establishment knew what they were doing. Due to Angkor Wat's ancient wonders and lovely people, this place is very unique in its own right. The Khmer Mansion & Residence, established only in 2018, mirrors the aesthetics of Angkor Wat's mesmerising temples and nature. Staff here, from the reception to the room cleaners to the mansion's tuk tuk driver - who was once a monk for many years, take great pride in their work. They are all educated and refined young professionals and will support your every need. Pool and spa are delightful and there are nice cafes and shops nearby, for example, you can get all your laundry done within 24 hrs like royalty for just one dollar per kg. I normally use earplugs but did not have to here because it is very quiet and peaceful. This is why I started to feel ok that I was a 10min tuk tuk ride from down town and Pub Street etc. The bed uses a luxurious high-end mattress, and they add a down-filled mattress cover on top of it. You will sleep like royalty after your long tour of the temples. I literally took pictures of the mattress cover tag to get one for myself. The bath in the room is massive and walls are sound proofed. The gym is also good and the TV had all the cable channels I needed, with news in all major languages. I spent some time chat a little with staff every day. They like to hear about your adventures and are always keen to help with anything. After two weeks they became family to me.…

My husband and I spent four nights here in November 2019. We had the loveliest time. The staff there really know how to make their guests feel welcome. Mr. Sam(nang) welcomed us at the airport and gave us his very kind attention throughout our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed, and we were grateful. We enjoyed our quiet, comfortable, spacious room. We had a lovely dinner that mixed local flavors with continental flavors. Mr. Sam connected us with a tuktuk driver named Mr. Moon the first day, and we asked for him every day after (even to take the long ride to Banteay Srei). Mr. Moon was efficient, patient, careful, laid-back and warm. We never felt rushed, and we always felt safe with him. Plus we enjoyed some good laughs with him. I had a 2-day-stay in the residence. it was very impressing me with great view and environment of hotel with the green garden and trees, Khmer achitecture design and amazing room with full facilities . Staffs are so friendly and helpful. It is recommended to experience superb service during your stay in Siem Reap while enjoying Wolrd Heritage, Angkor Wat.

I was extremely happy and feel very comfortable with my stay at the Khmer Mansion Residence. The place was beautifully laid out, the room sparkling clean, the staff very attentive and helpful. I loved the pool, the design in room and the gym. The price was very reasonable.

That seems really surprising and disappointing. We booked through the biggest online site (Trip Advisor stops me listing it!) several months in advance. Maybe they’re not really set up for direct approaches. Strange. I’m sorry, because it was a good hotel, and they were very anxious to receive any feedback re improvements.

sorry i have not logged in for a long time, i am sure you dont need the information any more, however the hotel will provide a tuk tuk or call for one. This hotel is very accommodating. They will do whatever you need at a reasonable price to make your stay enjoyable
