Overall, our experience was average. I like how the venue has pools and falls in it. Also, the rooms are clean, and the staff are courteous. What can be improved is avoiding having the breaker fixed while there are many guests, especially at night because lack of electricity affected our experience in the resort. Finally, if the pools can be cleaned and dried leaves are removed every morning, that would be appreciated as well.

All workers were accommodating, from manong guard to receptionists. Our kubo room was comfortable and affordable. The resort's landscape provides Instagramable spots for unlimited photo sessions. What I`m not into was the distances of rooms, they're too closed to each other.

The staff is very accommodating, creating a home away from home atmosphere. I highly recommend this place, especially when you need to refresh. It feels like the environment has a healing effect on you.

We had an amazing experience at Camp Paraiso! Stepping into the place, we were welcomed with accommodating staffs and quick service. The place was pleasing to sightsee and roam around. Plus the hike to the beautiful stream was so worth it as it is safe (with ropes and metal stands) and the steps were cemented. The food was delicious and warm. 😋 Don’t forget to try their coffee as it is very tasty as it can be especially in the early morning for the weather is a bit cold. Definitely would recommend! 10/10 everything.

Place is awesome overall. Ambience is relaxing. Food is great. But what made the stay the best for us? Their staff. They are the most accommodating and friendly bunch we have encountered. They took very good care of their guests. Would definitely come back soon.

Stayed overnight on a rainy weekend at Glamping Cabin 1. The A-shaped cabin is a little pricey for its size (Php 8,500 for 6 persons + Php 500 for each person above 6). It has two floors with 4 queen floor mattresses on the 1st level and 2 on the top floor. It has a veranda and a small balcony. The cabin is a little cramped with no place to put our bags and things. There are no cabinets, desks, or dresser. No place to hang-dry our wet clothes. The CR is very, very small but with hot and cold shower. There is a personal ref but no TV. There is no free WiFi provided, although the cellular signal is strong. The aircon is adequate. Free basic toiletries, towels, drinking water, and coffee. No free breakfast. Staff are friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The restaurant serves limited, so-so but affordable meals, but up to 6:30 PM only. Bringing of food and drinks is allowed. There are grilling facilities nearby. Parking pace is big and guarded. The surrounding area is very nice and instagrammable. Although there were a lot of day-biting mosquitoes (hopefully none are malaria or dengue carrier). The river and waterfalls below is especially nice but challenging to reach, especially for the unfit. There are 9 cascading swimming pools which free-flowing, big and clean, but the water is ice cold. There is no life guard on duty. There is also no massage service. Overall, our stay was nice, exciting and fun. Hope to be back someday.
