If you wish to experience the serene nature with a beautiful view of the backwaters and extreme relaxing atmosphere along with great services and delicious food - then this is the place to go !! The resort is beautifully located on the backwaters and is on the outskirts of the city to avoid the city noise and experience the mesmerizing views of the sunset and sunrise both. It's well managed,very clean with beautiful interiors and very warm and welcoming staff for your services 24*7. The food is also very delicious with various delicacies to enjoy your stay. The resort also has a lot of in-house activities like the shikara ride in the backwaters, fishing, village walks, rejuvenating spas etc. The rooms are very well maintained and they have a variety of rooms to offer, my favorite being the ones with a small pool inside the room giving you a feel of a private villa all to yourself. The pool inside is so well located giving you the view of the beautiful backwaters and to watch the sunset as you relax your nerves in the pool. It was a great experience staying there and I recommend everyone who goes to Alleppey to must have this experience. A very special thanx to the wonderful and very warm and helping staff.

We booked for 1 night on 24 Dec eve and it’s truly an amazing experience in a quiet place away from city center. Swimming pool was well maintained and our whole family enjoyed it. Resort was well decorated for Christmas Eve with musical activities and dance performances arranged for guests Area of improvement includes transparency in initimating guests on Christmas Gala dinner charges upfront

I visited post Covid times i.e for New Year 2021 . The resort is very clean and have been sanitized at regular intervals. The staffs are very friendly and upon my request they arranged a perfect candle light dinner in one of the Gazebo (watch towers) with a nice cake. They also arrange a Shikara Boating upon request. I took a private pool Villa which was very well maintained . Room services are excellent. Restaurant food was really good and they offer a decent variety of buffet for breakfast. I felt the price of food was little high, but for the quality & quantity of food , it justifies. Would like to stay in the resort once again for their services they rendered during my stay .

This resort is quiet interiors where you won't find nothing nearby. You also cannot venture outside the hotel because there's nothing outside its gate. The property is so amazing along with the lake view so that you can just chill in the evening and in the pool. I must say this is one of the best properties I have visited in recent times, but, but, the service is not at all up to the mark. You need to make repetitive calls for anything you require, be it for housekeeping or room service. There are very limited options for vegetarians and the spread in the breakfast was also quite limited. The only saviour of this property is the lake view and the rooms which are quite good. The hotel also provides complimentary one-hour shikara ride which you can enjoy, but there's lack of manpower, personnel to cater to the needs of the guest when we visited in the first week of December 2023.

"We have already stayed at this beautiful resort twice and booked to return again this year. We got engaged here and then came back fir our honeymoon both times staying in (Room 303) one of the absolutely stunning Romantic view of sunset. The resort staff and food are truly out of this world and we are so excited to return in September

We had come from bangalore for a two day stay at Paloma. The resort ambience is wonderful. The rooms are spacious with a wonderful view facing the back waters. Rooms & the surrounding are well maintained & staffs are very helpful. Excellent food. Also thr resort would arrange house boat upon request on additional charge. We were 2 families & enjoyed our stay a lot. the place is very calm & is refreshing. we would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing & rejuvenating trip

We had a really nice and pleasant stay at the Paloma resorts. The rooms we booked had a lakeside view which was really beautiful...The staffs were very courteous and was always there incase of any help needed. Delicious food was another positive. Houseboat was booked for us from the resort which was very good..in total it was such a great experience here in Paloma resorts...Would definitely come back again and will recommend for others as well

We only stayed here 2 nights unfortunately! What a lovely experience. The rooms have large balconies overlooking the wonderful backwaters. Just to sit and watch the houseboat go by is mesmerising. Our room was great..large and colonial style with modern amenities. There are LOTS of mosquitoes but we expected that so just come prepared with repellant. This is the backwaters after all.
I suppose our only disappointment was that there was only buffet style food available at all times. The choice was good but we dont really like that style of food and would've preferred to make our own choices. Strange as they do have a menu. The staff are just great too. Friendly and helpful. Oh and the pool is lovely. What a great place to spend an hour or so.
We also managed to get UBER here to take us all the way to cochin at less than half the cost of a taxi. All in all a wonderful stay

We had a great stay at Paloma. Upon arrival the front office team welcomed us. They briefed us about the timings about the restaurant n shikara boat ride.. In there restaurant they make everything fresh depending upon the availability.. Food is yummy.. Tell them what your taste is and they will make it accordingly.. View from the rooms are stunning.. We had an excellent stay in Paloma Backwater resorts. We a family of 5 had booked the resort for 2 nights and were not disappointed
Located very close to Allepey , the resort is located to a small lake and that provides a privacy and exclusivity to the resort. The rooms provide good view of the backwaters and are comfortable with all modern amenities like ac, tv, wardrobe. sofa and safe. A nice spacious pool and carrom are available for guests .
The staff is excellent and courteous and will cater to your need to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
The pool villas are beautiful and very luxurious for couple. Being an open resort they do have a problem with bugs and mosquitoes though.
Breakfast spread is very good with a mix of north, south, continental and Kerala dishes
Restaurant is good and provides a delicious albeit limited menu for guests.
