Well it was a great nature and beach resort.
There was only 1 pool in the entire resort and it needs to be reserved per room due to pandemic.
The beach is a bit rocky but white sand.
Food was satisfactory.
Rooms very clean. Internet was faulty.
No gym no sauna or spa but massages were available.
Its a great place to spend time with family and relax in Nature... Saw some ostrich as i Ran around the Resort.
The service was very good. They staff are friendly and respond immediately to your needs.

Speaking of VVIP from the time you set foot to their main gate, up to the staff that you see are stretching theirselves thin just to give an excellent service -- this is your perfect QUIET getaway! The estate is HUGE and it lets you focus on yourself, unlike the other hotels that are just so jampacked.
They could use some improvements on how to serve their menu when ordered by the beach or poolside. We ordered the traditional halo-halo but it was placed in a pasta bowl that had started melting at the time that it was served to us. The melting part is understandable, the Philippines is going through massive heatwave atm but they could have been more intentional with the outcomes with the customer experience. See photo, we ended up just leaving it. It kept melting and it was so hard to consume.

Overall, a friendly staff and a very nice place the area is so huge that you can enjoy jogging around. Their foods though are not that good & there is no TV/ Cable connection. Internet connection is very poor. Difficult to find a power outlet to plug your gadgets in the room accommodation.

Location
(+) Only 2 hours away from the airport; no more boat rides required but has the same quality of beach in Bantayan/Camotes.
Room
(+) Love the Deluxe Seaview room. Aside from its nearness to the beach, we love the fact that it is huge, has a balcony facing the sea, and has a bathtub.
(+) The room is clean and complete with room necessities.
(-) The blinds in our room need to be replaced so that it will be easier to adjust
Amenities
(+) The beach has white sand. Some parts are rocky specially during the low tide but not really a problem since I have my aqua shoes.
(+) The property is huge. I usually hate it when resorts allow day tours on their property. But since the resort is huge, there is a separate cove for the checked-in guests and a separate cove for the day tour goers. This is a huge plus especially if you are expecting a relaxing and quiet beach stay.
(+) There are several beach beds and hammocks along the shore, enough even if the resort is fully booked.
(+) The massage is reasonably priced, we love that they have massage cabanas facing the beach.
(+) If you're adventurous enough, there are also several water activities offered.
(+) The place is also jogger-friendly. I really enjoyed my morning runs during our stay.
(-) The pool is kinda outdated and far from the beach that we didn't bother to use it. I hope this will be updated in the future.
(-) I hope that they will add a game room someday.
Food
(+) Pretty ok breakfast buffet.
(+) But what impressed me more is the quality of plated breakfast when the buffet is not available since there are few checked-in guests.
(+) They serve good espresso-based coffee!!!
(+) Price of food is reasonable given the taste and serving size.
(+) Both La Playa and Sunrise Pavilion restaurant have an excellent sea view.
Service
(+) The housekeeping team always keeps our room clean and tidy.
(+) The F&B team always makes sure that we are well taken care of every time we dine.
(+) Every staff in the resort is friendly and courteous.
Some suggestions:
* Right now, booking is done via email, I hope the booking can be done via their site in the future.
* It would be nice if they can also offer an airport transfer to make the stay more hassle-free.

There were pros and cons to our stay in this resort. But overall, should you manage your expectations, you will do just very fine staying at this resort.
Personnel
*right off the bat, they were very courteous. Currently, booking is done via email/call. U cant do ur bookings thru their website. I did mine thru email and all of my questions through a series of email were attended to. In person, no matter where u meet them, you will be greeted, offered u help even before u ask them and answer u if u ask them questions.
Accommodation
*Not a condominium type. Its more like a villa. The deluxe ones facing right infront of the beach are like duplex types. Their suites are dettached.
*Had the junior suite: spacious, with dining /living room area, veranda, sink, mini ref, microwave. It has 2 rooms, each with its own T&B and tv (no cable). Hot and cold functioning, no bath tub, with hair dryer and the usual complimentary toiletries.
***need to change their blinds though. its so hard to roll them up like i have to use all of my weight and strength so i can get the light in and use the veranda.
Property
*Around 2hrs from the cebu city
*Its huge and very decent that there are available carts to ferry their guests around.
*Only saw 1 pool, and its a sad looking one.
*rooms are not on the same ground as the beach, like u have to go up and down many steps. Its like a hillside but landscaped with grasses, trees, plants, lights and; concrete walkways and stairs.
*With bikes and offers several water activities
*beach has white sand and further away are rock/coral beds.
* no canopies but the trees on the beach can give u shade while u rest on the beach beds.
*offers you exclusivity. there are currently two coves. One for their day use guests, while the other for their in house guests
*appreciate their wash stations on the beach as its sustainable. i fondly call it "sabaw-sabaw" (soup). As to why u'll know once u get there.
Food & Beverage
*2 restos, one (La Playa) closing earlier than the other (Sunrise).
*Price is moderate, taste is average. Kani salad is missing mangoes, rice platter is ❤️.
*complimentary buffet and service could be better. flies were present, wipe cloth could be cleaned coz the table reeks of unpleasant odor. crew is trying their best and with time, they'll get the hang of it: refill, cleaning and all.
Signal
*Network and data are intermittent; resort offers wifi.
What to manage:
*Resort is up north and in a muncipality, not a city. So there are no food and beverage establishments in walking distance to the resort. Pack some before going there. I bought chips and drinks with me and placed them in my tote bag when i went to the beach. Practice CLAYGO as a decent human being.
*Signal is intermittent and be ready for that. Ergo, bring enough cash with you. There are no ATMs in walking distance to the resort. I was able to use my card on the first day but the ff day, i need to pay in cash.
*Know when the high tide and low tide is. Its best to enjoy the beach on high tide, else u will be swimming on coral beds. That being said, its also ideal for snorkeling. We went there not knowing and we had to swim at knee length-deep and we are already very far away from the beach 😅. The ff day was high tide and boracay came to my mind.
*If u have elderlies with u, call for carts.
*if u have been to several complimentary buffet, manage ur expectations.
*Bring additional soap/shampoo. Theirs is in mini bottles and its enuf for just one bath. ***Hope the resort can change to pump ones as guests will be swimming and taking a bath maybe twice or thrice in one-night stay
In time, and once this resort becomes fully developed and adapts to its learning curves, it will be one of the bests that Cebu has to offer.

We started at the resort following a dive trip. It was convenient to stop off on the way to Cebu City.
We were amazed; it’s a beautiful location on a lovely beach. The real gem is the kitchen. Chef cooked up a fantastic array of food for us. We only stayed one night, but I suspect you would get a little bored if you didn’t come with a big group.
The rooms were huge and comfortable and the staff were super friendly. The resort is located on a massive 60 ha site, but there’s only a handful of rooms.
