Absolutely wonderful place! I've spend there one of best holidays in my life. Resort is beautiful, from every single details like decoration in the room to the view over the sea. Room was more than comfortable, I love the bed, slept very good. Food delicious, chef is very talented, we asked for surprise dish and it was super tasty. Service is perfect. And I'm not even mentioning kilometres of empty clean beach to walk and swim! For sure I will come back.
I have slept better in the 4 days I spent at Puri Dajuma than in the last year anywhere else. In these crazy times, I needed a place to reconnect, rest, sleep, swim, laugh with locals and do long walks on the beach. I found it at Dajuma and if you are reading this, stop searching and make yourself a favour and book your stay there. Everything is incredible at Dajuma, the Chef surprised us with incredible vegan dishes, the team was immediately available to answer any question we had. The swimming pool is epic, incredible sunsets and you can walk for hours without seeing any foreigner on the beach... and it is mostly clean in this part of Bali. I can t wait to be back!
We stayed here with two small children under 4 and they both loved it. Lots of green space to run around and the beach had calm water for swimming. We stayed during covid so there was a limited menu, but the meals we tried were fine. Both pools are awesome and there is a water slide in one of them that our 4 year old loved! Rooms are clean and well maintained.
I was happy during my stay here. The room was so huge. I love everything in the room that’s way i had so peaceful sleeping at the night. The hotel is very well maintained. The hotel is by the beach so I had my morning run with such a beautiful view. I love the coffee at the breakfast station, it was so good!
Wow! What an amazing place. We were truly impressed with Puri Dajuma, and decided to cancel some of our plans to just relax and utilize all the amazing amenities this place has. The resort itself is beautiful, with a wonderful view of the ocean, beautifully landscaped paths, and amazing pools (two pools - we especially loved the Villa pool). There are many things to do, including games like badminton and ping pong etc., lots of places to sit and relax in different hammocks and lounge chairs, a little souvenir store, a nice spa, and watersports. There are also MANY excursions you can also choose, but we were on the tail end of our trip and happy to just relax. We did take the free shuttle to Medewi to enjoy a lovely dinner and see some of the world-renown surfing beaches. One thing to note - since the resort is located on a point, there are two different types of beaches - be aware that the beach you use for most watersports (we paddleboarded) is garbage ridden due to the river inlet, but it is less intense than the wave-filled beach on the other side so safer. The STAFF are also really important to acknowledge! They are so nice and are there for anything you might need. They really take the time to get to know their guests in a non-overwhelming way, and we are so thankful for them and for this place for the last days of our Honeymoon!…
We are coming back again to this amazing resort in Pekutatan, West Bali. Annabelle (UK) are Gene (New Zealand) my guests right now. As usual, our trip in Java Island for Bromo and Kawah Ijen are so exhausted. That is why we need a relax place like Puri Dajuma Resort. Last day in Java, we take the coffee plantation tour and then I send a message to Bli I Putu Gede Hendra Ardiana to prepare a special cuisine for them, Balinese Rijsttafel. My request a little bit different. I want Sate Lilit (Balinese Authentic Satay) for Anna and Gene. We get special greeting from Bli Juliartha and friends (Bli Erik and Bli Deddy). Bli Juliartha as a leader of the team really really give his best for us. Anna and Gene are so happy with the cuisine. They never expected a Lux cuisine like this. Never try the presentation like this. This cuisine is something new for them. Meanwhile, my driver and I got special beverage before meals, Balinese Rose Wine from Bli Juliartha. So, thank you so much for the team of Puri Dajuma for all of this. You know, always excellent service here. …
Well worth the drive - stayed at the resort for three nights and enjoyed having a good break. Try and book a villa if you get a chance. Go and visit Sami Rambut Temple if you can. I can recommend staying here.
Away from the hustle and bustle of Denpasar, and more importantly, the throngs of tourists who flock in and around the twin, this eco-resort is worth the 2-1/2 hours drive (it’s not that far but it takes that long because of the small roads on the island). We arrived in the evening, got picked up by the resort shuttle (for a fee) with WiFi on board, and got to the resort by 9pm. Thank God that the restaurant was still open (until 11pm) so we were able to eat before turning in. From pick up to check-in, the staff were very friendly. Indonesians love to smile and chit-chat it seems. The resort is well planned with a myriad of activities to engage in. From yoga - surfing. Pick your poison. Never a dull moment there at all. With two swimming pools and the beach to choose from, your water experiences can be as fun as you make it. There are many beach beds, hammocks and swings around the resort with exquisite views. The room we had was well designed with the local architecture in mind and the bathroom was partially outside (nice touch). The food in the restaurant was so good and fairly priced (to western standards) that we never saw the need to leave the resort the entire time we were there to eat elsewhere. The staff (Hendra, Eddy, Julie, Astari, and the others whose name I forgot, sorry), were so engaging, that it would be so easy for you to forget that they work there. The owner too. Definitely worth the long drive for some peace, quiet and relaxing time away from Sotheby’s stresses of the western world and bustling tourist spots. My spot to return to when we come back to the island of Bali. …
Puri Dajuma was truly a paradise. I have never seen anything more stunning and beautiful, starting from the rooms, the location, the garden, the pools and especially the staff. They have a beautiful yoga shala there and offer some great activities, starting from surfing or the spa with a wide range of massages as well as trips to the temple and village. This part of Bali is truly unique and still feels very sacred, as it is not over-flooded with tourists. You truly feel like a king/queen there and they make sure that your stay will be unforgettable. I was lucky enough to celebrate my birthday there and they had made a beautiful birthday cake for me as well as decorated my bed with flowers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for that. I can only recommend it to anyone who wants complete relaxation and beauty.…
We stayed for a few days in the beautiful Puri Dajuma Cottages for a Yoga Retreat. Everything was perfect and excellent. The staff was always friendly and tried the best to make us feel like we are in paradise. The rooms are very beautiful and very clean, the Yoga Shala was a dream. You could watch the sunset while doing yoga. The food was excellent too! I will surely come back again!
