After a quick trip from the airport we were taken to the Bohol Bee Farm for lunch and I'm so glad we were.
Wonderful location, not too busy, food was amazing and service was friendly and good too.
The spicy Beef Curry was top draw and the wife loved the seafood soup
Take the red rice option too.
The fruit shakes were very fresh also.
And all for PHP1100....
Worth it in my humble opinion.
Please do not miss this gem of a lunch venue

For the quality and the inventiveness of the menu, the price was right in line with other places in the Panglao area.

I had the Vegetarian Pasta, the pasta, a spaghetti was cook to perfection, truly al dente (rare in my experience as a resident of the Philippines) and the vegetables were prepared with just as much care. Fresh and neither under nor over cooked. The seasoned savory sauce it was served with was unique and exquisite.

If you have not eaten their ice cream, you are in for a treat! Incredible smooth and creamy, the selection of flavors ust makes me smile as I think about them. I had salted honey flavor. Another of our party had durian flavor, which I tried and l loved. I also have a drink called a "Frost". Mine was a Honey Cinnamon Frost. Delicious and sinful... clearly bad for those trying to diet!

There's a lot more to the Bee Farm. So, sit in the dining area, look out onto the Pacific and enjoy a wonderful experience.

As a Boholano local I frequently dine at Bohol Bee Farm, Panglao Island, Bohol because I like the foods and the view. But my latest visit on October 31, 2022 during lunch time at the restaurant was my worst experience, I ordered stir fried vegetables, red rice, cheese pizza, mango and banana shake.

Usually before they serve the ordered foods, they provide first the utensils: plates, spoon and fork, knife, and service water with glasses. But the service water and the glass was missing this time. I observed the very poor service of one waiter and it was the start of my disappointment and dismay.

My orders arrive one by one, first the pizza served by the waitress but not accompanied with ketchup or hot sauce. As a waiter you should know what's the usual pair of pizzas, it's the sauce. I politely asked the waiter for ketchup/hot sauce but the waiter never came back. The stir fried vegetables and red rice in a cup came and served by another waiter but no plates was provided by the waiter. How will I eat with my girlfriend without the proper plates provided? I look around to call a waiter but no waiter is nearby, supposedly a waiter should stand nearby so customers can easily call them for any concerns. I understand it was the peak hours during lunch time so I decided to eat my rice in the cup but very uncomfortable. After eating the veggies and rice, I have to stand up and walk towards the counter 5 meters away to ask again for ketchup/hot sauce for my pizza.

Before we were done eating pizza, the same waiter came without even politely asking us if it's okay to collect the utensils, he just grabbed the used cups of rice and the plate of the veggies. I was so disappointed of the horrible waiter of not having right manners and courtesy to customers.

It was the worst experience and this was my first to ever get disappointed in Bohol bee farm because of one waiter which I think has no proper training/orientation about hospitality and in properly serving customers. We were paying service fee but very horrible service of one waiter in one of the top restaurant in Bohol. I hope the management will regularly train and orient their waiters/waitresses so local patrons like me who frequently dine at Bohol bee farm will not get disappointed next time.

Location is nice, good view from your table. Their ice cream is must try. Have you ever heard of charcoal favored ice cream? Grab it here. Many choices, their baby back ribs is the best seller, must try their organic salad , . They also serve some breads while waiting for your meal.

We went to Bohol Bee farm for lunch. The food did not disappoint! Try the spareribs, seafood soup and fish kinilaw for the adventurous eaters! The view was perfect, we went down to the view deck after lunch. Try their organic ice cream, malunggay flavor was the best for me. The complimentary bread was perfect with the malunggay spread and honey spread. These spreads including pesto spread are perfect for pasalubong too!

Value for money is 10/10. Location is 100000/10. Food taste is also 10/10!

My sister chose to get married here in a sunset ceremony with the rustic feels. I can't help but gush over the beauty of this place. We booked the family room and it is very spacious and super clean! The breakfast is a bonus! The pool has all sizes to cater all all ages! The farm tour was full packed of knowledge that my kids appreciated it very much! The sundeck at the back of the property is a hidden gem, be sure to visit it early in the morning when the tide is low! What a memorable day it was in The Bohol Bee Farm!

We went there to look around and have lunch at their cliffside restaurant. What a lovely place to spend a day learning about the local crafts and products they make in house. We had a light lunch of their fresh lumpia with edible flower garnish and a chargrilled burger with a side of their cassava chips. For dessert, we had to try their much talked about Malunggay ice cream. It did not disappoint. Subtle flavor. Very creamy texture and not overly sweet. They do have a little store inside the farm where we picked up a small jar of hot honey, malunggay spread, a big bag of cassava chips and a pack of tablea with honey from their many offerings. Their restaurant bar is instagram pretty so lots of photo ops. And the food is not just prettily plated but tasty and with ingredients as nature intended. Spend at least a half day here when you’re in Bohol.

I visited for one night in a standard room. The room was big, very clean and very acceptable.

Dinner in the restaurant was nice and good value. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Breakfast was great and included.

Check out easy. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Only two slight problems:
- the hot water was not very hot
- the location is not amazing - very far from everything.

But as a nice place to stay for a couple of nights if you have a motorbike, it is great!

A quiet rustic stay. The compound is very large, lots of places to roam around, very good to view the stars. The room is spacious with fridge, bottled water, terrace etc. Air conditioning works well. But the furnishing is a bit old, sofa has bug bites.

The food in the restaurant is good. In particular I like the vegetarian breakfast, with fresh salad & hearty coriander soup. Yet the salad at dinner time is not that good, with some lettuce leaves turning brown. Ice cream made with coconut milk & with many varieties, is very attractive.

@ Jzan C I would suggest you call ahead for your reservation especially if you have a big group. You can specify your request. They will definitely accommodate you. Also you can ask the rates of any treatments and services. Enjoy your vacation 👌👌👌

There is no actual beach suited for walking here. However there is a ladder for you to enter the water if you wish to snorkel. The water bottom is fairly rocky and not suitable for walking so water shoes would be in your best interest. Alona beach is short distance away. Suggest motor bike or taxi. Bargain for a low fare.
Answer from Neil L

Alona beach is near. Short travel by taxi or motor bike. The beach is white sand and clear water. Plenty of boats for hire if you wish to tour or dive. Also small stores to purchase sand toys, balls, or frizz-be's. However parts of the beach can be slightly trashy. Please choose your spot carefully so the youngster doesn't get ahold of anything unnatural. None the less very beautiful.
