I arrived in Hervey Bay to stay with my elderly mother as she was at end of life. The way Jeff treated me and accommodated my needs was exceptional. I was on my own and unaware of how long I would be staying. Jeff gave me a great deal, allowed me to stay on a day by day basis and even when he was full to capacity he offered me a room for the day until the guest arrived later in the afternoon. Really, you couldn't ask for more. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and everything was perfect for what was an otherwise very traumatic time for me. It just made it all easier due to Jeff's kindness. Thanks Jeff - you're a gem! I'll certainly be back when I next visit HB in much better circumstances.

Room Tip: I think the rooms are all identical. I tried rooms 2 and 4 at the back. Very quiet.

Just went hopping that they had a room left which they did. Lovely lady made you feel most welcome and was very helpful with where to eat as they have stop doing dinner and breakfast cause of COVID-19 the room was so big and the outside area was breathtaking with lots of trees and the pool area was so inviting there was a table and chairs outside your room and you can eat there just listening to the birds and the pool lapping around. Lovely hot water for the showers and the bed was very comfortable and the wifi was easily to use and stay on for hours there was plenty of shows to watch on tv as well. Plenty of cupboard space to hangs things and there was a table and chairs inside as well .

Stayed for one night on our drive south from Rockhampton to Brisbane. This was certainly one of the better budget accommodations we stayed in during our trip. The room was clean, the air con worked well, WiFi was uninterrupted and the shower was (very) hot and strong. Free parking and friendly staff.

There are some nice restaurants in the area on the seafront, we can recommend Santini, an Italian restaurant and the attached gelateria, very nice food and delicious desserts. We also managed to find café serving a nice Sunday roast lunch.

A good option at a good price.

Members of our family stay here often for work and the family have also stayed. The rooms are clean, fresh and roomy. It’s location is easy access to all that Hervey Bay has to offer. It’s also disability friendly, 2 suites have support aides in place. Nothing is too much trouble. A really enjoyable place to stay on a budget.

Just a one night stay. Room was spacious, bed comfortable and the room was very clean. Good size TV with Netflix, good WiFi and a lovely back yard area with pool, BBQ and more. Heaps of parking too. Jeff was friendly on check in and I can only agree the room cost was very fair to both sides. Next time in Hervey Bay I will stay here again for sure.

We booked here last minute by checking availability online whilst driving, we got the second last room. We got a standard room, 1 king bed. Room was good, car parks are quite wide. Our room looked over the pool area, beautiful tropical gardens with a bbq. The shower had good pressure, the bathroom was very dated.

Family run motel with I think 10 rooms. When I stayed recently out of season it was very quiet and I relaxed in the pool and spa by myself. Close to shopping centres and eateries. Free DVD's available to use. Breakfast was excellent.

We stayed here for a weekend and the owners and staff were awesome. They could not go far enough out of their way to help. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the swimming area is very clean and refreshing all in all this place is amazing. Will come back again!

Wonderful people run this place. Everything is no-problem and can be fixed. Are you going on a multi day tour to Fraser Island? Pialba Motor Inn could be the best choice - because they will try their best to accomodate your stuff while you are away on the island.
The Motor Inn itself: Great pool and spa area with a feeling of "your own" because it's so private. Easy to access by car. Close to all kinds of stores and food places. Courtesy buses will pick you up for Fraser Island. The rooms are highly practical. There is a useful guest laundry facility. Thank you for making our stay so good!
