Very disappointed. Everything is absolutely misleading. The arrival to the place (don't call it resort nor hotel) is terrible, through a narrow road full of filth and trash. When we got there there was one unfriendly staff at front desk, as soon as they showed the rooms we ran away. Unbelievable, pictures completely misleading. All is rotten and malfunctioning. Of course the Hotel was empty, nobody there. I asked for a refund from Booking.Com and they rejected which added to my disappointment to be scammed. The beach is disastrous, a poor fisher village has covered the beachfront with fishing elements, I understand it is for their job but this is not a holiday.Don't think about going or spending your money on this hotel it's a total package of ruining your vacation. I suspect many of the good reviews are fake. Hope this helps.

This visit was phenomenal! Roxy took special care of my husband and I from the onset. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and personalize our stay. All of the staff is/was professional and knowledge. Please be sure to visit the 10th floor!

I like this resort it is not crowded. The food is excellent. It is old but not dirty. It feels like home to me. My family enjoyed it so much. This resort is for people who likes quiet place. Yes i recommend this resort to whoever likes small and quiet resort. For the price, i think you get what you paid for.

Very very disappointed. Me and my partner planned to spend our first Christmas together so two weeks ahead I booked at this hotel. We came from the north so we travelled 4hrs I was very tired. Sabi ko ok Lang maganda naman ang pupuntahan Namin (maganda SA pictures) when we got there there is no staff SA front desk you have ring the bell not even greet us when she turned up considering she's the manager. Not even smiling ako pa ang unang nag-greet. Then we waited for our check-in time. When we got in our room I wish I can show some pics. Towel has stain of something, curtains, Aircon filter so dusty bed sheets has stained of it looks like blood, no wifi no cable no locked of their balcony door so outsiders can easily get in if they get the chance. Told everything to the manager and it seems like she doesn't know what she's doing. Ordered our expensive not so good food took them 30 mins to serve it and almost an hour to serve the desert we got really pissed that we have to cancel it. Manager didn't apologize but the staff that took to desert in our room did felt sorry for her. All pictures that they posted are so misleading. You don't really want to swim in their beach. A total disaster for our very first holiday it ruined our Christmas. I definitely don't recommend this hotel it's not worth your money we had to go to nasugbu to have our meal for Christmas. Don't think about going or spending your money on this hotel it's a total package of ruining your vacation

Trust me, you dont want to waste your money here. Over priced - only pool as amenity. No cellular service in the rooms. Everything is overpriced, from outdated rooms (with cockroaches and ants), to poor tasting dishes. And NO, they dont serve buffet breakfast. They only mean that food is served as not plated. DONT VISIT THE PLACE IF YOU WANT TO RELAX.

Beautiful small hotel right on the beach. The food and service are both very good here. We had dinner on the beach and partied late into the night. The pool is clean and the lobby area is beautifully appointed.

We stayed in another part of Batangas for a few days, but we had friends at the White Castle so we paid them a visit. WAZE was leading us straight there else we hardly would have found it. Through a very narrow road offside the highway we finally reached the White Castle. If you ignore the area left an right you will enjoy the setup. It is really built like a castle, with a tower left an right. One enters through a gate and find oneself in a small but cozy garden with a swimming pool to the left and plants to the right. Chairs an tables invite for a relaxing loungeing with cool drink. A new building was added with additional rooms, outside in front with a Terrasse overlooking the beach and a beautiful sunset. The top made the dinner we eat. The salad was served with an excellent dressing. The main course a German "Sauerbraten" was made to perfection. If you are lucky and Hans, the owner, is present while you are visiting you might be in for some interesting and funny tales. The place has a beautiful setting unfortunately it is on the wrong place and rather difficult to reach. A normal size SUV is about the biggest vehicle that can pass.

Since I was looking for a peaceful retreat and a short break from my busy schedule, this hotel provided me exactly what I want. The hotel is dated though in terms of its amenities and furnitures. The place is quite pricey though if you compare it with the tangible things they offer. The food choices is limited. But this is compensated by a very friendly staff though. They have a swimming pool in case you don't find the beach inviting.

Very excellent when it comes to hospitality or services being offered to the guests. The food are okay and delicious though its a bit expensive. Suggests to make sure all of the rooms have available television coz the room that we got has no television. We stayed their for 2 nights.

Over all it was an average experience. Been to somewhere better. The rooms were clean and staff were friendly,, didn't enjoy the food though but the pool was fine, the beach was average. Water was also itchy,, I kinda had rashes,, after the vacation.
