We only stay at the large floating cottages and even if they are not the newest, they are well maintained. More importantly staff is very polite, courteous and gracious from reception to check-out. For the price, I don’t expect gourmet food but maybe it would help if they offered curated meals for a fee, of course. They also don’t overbook the resort and you don’t encounter rude, noisy, boisterous guests doing karaoke all night. That to us, is key. For I think this is one of the best beach that you can go to neat Manila. Sand and beach is good, the current is also not that strong. They have also have pool. You can enjoy three different beaches if others got crowded. The location is huge by the way. So you won't feel that the resort is being crowded. Staff are also accommodating. The bathroom and the shower rooms are also clean with strong water pressure. There is also a hook and platform where you can put you things and hang your clothes.

It is my family's 2nd visit and a first one to try the day tour option. We noticed the good improvement in the availability and maintenance of the common use showers, toilets and changing rooms since our visit in Dec. 2018! The beaches and pools are kept clean and well maintained. There are watchful life guards and attentive / friendly staff. Good job! Also appreciated the more conscious effort to be eco-friendly. I hope all guests contribute to these efforts.
Since we went in January, we got the off-peak entrance price of PHP 450 per adult and PHP 360 with senior citizen discount. Bring your own towel. Renting a beach towel is another PHP 50.
They charge corkage for bringing in or cooking food. I reduced 1 star and only gave 4 start due to price of food in the restaurant. Hope management finds a way to make ordering food more affordable as the day tour / rental rates are high already. Most beach outings involve more than 5 people so the cost can add up if you want to encourage guests to order from your restaurant.
We also paid PHP 1,100 additional to rent an open hut for the day. This is optional so guests can just stay under a tree with their own mat. However with the heat and having senior citizens in our group, we needed the comforts of a hut. While the rental price for a day is steep , it is spacious (can hold 15 people, 10 very comfortably). I liked that it was well equipped with a ceiling fan, sink for washing, an extra outlet for plugging appliances/ phones , small fire grill (bring your own supplies) and garbage bins.
The gardens are wonderful for walking and taking pictures. Security is good. There is a shuttle if you need transportation within the grounds (waiting time). Also lots of activities (additional fee) to keep groups with various age and interests happy.
Glad that Stilts continues to improve its service and facilities and is accessible to day trips in Manila!

The facility and accommodation were nicely kept. Daily housekeeping and staff were courteous. Variety of food choices. The breakfast buffet was ok, could be better. We had 1 incident of missed dinner order. The response for correction could be faster though. The beach itself was ok but not the best as the sand was a little coarse. The water was clear though and you can walk far enough during low tide to see sea creatures.

I fell in love with the place for the second time :) We stayed at the Destiny cottage, farthest from the crowd in Serenity and Harmony beaches. Clean rooms especially the big bathrooms, I love it! There’s free buffet breakfast for the guests. The overall service of the staff are commendable. The sunset is spectacular! I love watching sunsets :) The beach is so clean and the water is sparklingly clear and white sand too :) They have two swimming pools but we only chose to swim in the infinity pool which is bigger (can swim until 7pm). It’s a real haven when you want to escape the hustle of city life and you need to relax/reset. Just make sure to bring your aqua shoes coz there are rocky places on the beach. Second time to visit Stilts and we will definitely go back again and again.

The resort was quite huge and well taken care of. I highly commend the all the staffs of this resort. From the security guards, front desk staff up to the housekeeping personnel were very courteous, had the initiative and outstanding anticipation. I have stayed in many places. No matter how beautiful the place is, the staff makes the stay magnificent.
We were walk-in clients and had 1 cottage left but it was the biggest one. The staff still accommodated us and gave us 1 of the rooms in the cottage.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Overall we had a great time here. The breakfast buffet is good. Ala carte meals are fantastic. We love the kinilaw, inihaw na liempo. The staffs are very accommodating. They regularly clean the beach. What I love the most is they pick the plastics/garbages and bury the seaweeds. The Serenity beach is good for kids as it has a playground. The seashore has a lot of dirt (plastic).

When I first visited this place during our company outing in 2017, I promised myself that I would bring my family here someday. This year, that promise was fulfilled. My kids loved the huge, clean pools with water that didn't hurt their eyes, the clean beach, and the well-maintained playground. I love the clean rooms, the super-friendly staff, the picturesque flower shrubs everywhere, the water containers in the rooms, the outdoor towel racks and beach chairs, the souvenir shops where the merchandise are not overpriced, and the (also picturesque) parking lot very near the beach houses. We will definitely come back, by next year if not sooner!

Nice place and good service but the management is cheap. Overcharging for drinks and coca cola cans we never received.
Then we ordered B52s in the restaurant but the so called bartender filled half the glass with 151 and tried to light it at our table.
Then they still charged us for it even we complained the drinks were useless and we didnt drink them other than a half tried shot that made the lady vomit at the table.
A hotel resort like this that charges the 5 star prices only delivers 2 star service.
The food is also horrible but that was the least of our concerns. Unfortunately we have 2 nights booked

Hi! Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that B52 is not on our cocktail menu but our bartender did our best to accommodate your request. When our bartender was not able to properly light the mix of the B52 since the glass cracked, we offered separate shot glasses of Baileys and Bacardi (the components of B52) which you accepted and drank. We would like to clarify that we did not charge for the B52 and just charged for the separate shots of Baileys and Bacardi which were consumed. Please rest assured that we are also doing our best to improve our food selection.
