It's a house with different bedrooms. Good for family/group use. Has living room with cable tv, has functioning kitchen, fridge, and drinking water. They also have an outdoor pool. Beach is about 5 mins walking distance. Owners of the place are super nice. SUPER!! They also have parking space inside their gate so you can securely park your car inside the property. Price is reasonable. Shower and toilet is clean with hot water. Did I mention the rooms have AC? Overall, I'd say it's a good place for an out of town trip for the family/barkada, or a good place for company team building.
