Had the priviledge of stayin' at this wonderfully awesome hotel in Feb 2013 during my trip to the beautiful Philippines!. The hotel is new, clean, reasonably priced, well furnished, freindly staff & well located to the town proper!.
The rates r priced at Php3000 for kingsize bed with longbath, Php2500 for queensize bed & Php200 for twin single beddings. Rate is inclusive b'fast(local filipino) served on the ground fl at the restaurant. The rooms are equipped wz plasma telly(lots of cable channels), coffee/tea, kettle, refrigerator & all come with balcony!. Only the Kingsize bed/room comes with longbath. The beddings are clean, fresh & comfortable!. Everything is just perfect & cannot ask for more at such reasonably price!!!.
The restaurant do serve a good shabu shabu(steamboat) & other dishes, both local & western. Did not eat there except for b'fast but was told my friends who had tried it tt the food is good. Was crowded though on both the 2 nights that I was there. Restaurant entrance is at the front while the hotel entrance is by the side(manned by security).
The hotel is located along a short lane which is opposite the Mabini College & is abt 5-8 mins walk to the new Jollibee & Greenwich in Daet's town proper. Alvinos restaurant(good local food) is nearby - abt 5 mins by tricycle & 12-15 mins walk.

Daet can be proud of such a gem within it's province that is on par with not only the best in Manila but also the whole of the Philippines!. Its a 5 star accommodation at 3-4 star price!!!. This hotel is simply the best ... even better than the 3-4 star or even 5 star accommodations in Naga city!!!. What it lacks in facilities(pool, cafes, hugh lobby) it certainly provided for in the rooms!!!.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!. Kudos to Francesco! ... & to the wonderful people of Daet for havin' such a gem in their midst!!! ... indeed an oasis right smack at the gateway to Bicol region!!!.

My husband & I stayed here for 1 night along with his siblings. Everything that we requested was arranged properly. They were organized & accommodating even with my special request! I forgot to bring contact lens solution and shampoo & they were kind enough to send someone to our room to take my cash & run to the nearest grocery store. It was a short & comfy stay.

We stayed at Francesco's for five days in March 2014, and my hubby and I had a great time. The rooms were always cleaned, and the nice linens changed everyday!!! It has centralized hot water and excellent air conditioners. The staff were very courteous and receptive. We also had several opportunities to eat at the restaurant and the food is the best. We highly recommend the kare-kare and pancit. We did write the management a note with minor suggestions for improvement and they gladly accepted it for 'future reference and discussion'. There is no view nor exercise facilities, but we had great privacy. We had the hotel to ourselves for most of our stay as there are only four rooms to the place. It is also great, that it is located centrally and near the public market. You can opt to walk to places easily. The street noise could be annoying though especially when tricycles pass-by but you get used to it, or just put on some earplugs like I did!

I was captivated when I saw the rooms inside this inn. It was spacious and cozy. The hotel has limited rooms. That is why you have to book really ahead of time before getting to Daet.
The hotel is also near eateries and restaurants. you can just walk from the hotel. When we went out at night to eat, we still felt safe despite it being already almost 10 pm.

Location: Along residential areas. Quite accessible with trikes and jeepneys. 5 to 10 mins walk to nearest fast food restaurants
Room: Clean, new room. Clear Cignal cable channels, with complimentary bottled water, with ref, very cool split type aircon. Only four rooms availalbe in this small inn.
Washroom: Strong water, nice bathroom wares and fixtures. Complete with toiletries
Service: Amiable staff.
Overall: A bit pricey for but had a pleasant stay. Recommended place to stay in Daet.

We really visited the place for me to try shabu-shabu because i haven't tried eating one before. The service of the restaurant was fine but it took them 25minutes or more to serve our orders. The taste of the soup was fine too, it's not tasty as the other seafood soup that I tried before.
