This is the 3rd time we stayed in this Hotel and our experience is Superbbbb! I Super Loved the Breakfast Buffet. The Staff are very accommodating and super friendly. Kuddos to Cheron who gives the best service to every guest he encounter.

The staff are very accomodating, thumbs up to sir Kylie his barista skills totally awesome. To sir Cheron his Smile are charming and make our family much more indulge to the food, team food server are great clap clap to sir neri! To sir Jeroly thanks for the urgent response for my mom, love the wheelchair on the Go! But of course to Sir Mattie Thanks for the very well said explanation.. To Lizander a very responsive and helpful, not to mention the aura of Ms Arlene we like her vibes, To Ms ann the braider girl nice one girl, Housekeeping are great! Lavv et! Good Job everyone cheers!

New rooms. Great accommodation. Respectful and courteous staff. The pool is clean and well maintained. The place is very accessible to stores, restaurants and other eatablishments. Good and variety of buffet food choices. Good value for money of their In-Room dining. Highly recommends CHERON from the Orchard for being efficient in addressing our needs, extra miler and amiable! We will definitely comeback.

My First choice of many hotels, im glad i didnt change my mind. Hotel is very clean & kid friendly. Staffs are very nice & accomodating. Though not beachfront, accesible in many establishments & Easy access e-tryc. We arrive early, & check out early on our last day. Im not sure if all hotels do this but they allow us to have our last breakfast in advance. That is very nice, because our last day bfast was not wasted. Ms.kim assist us on our check in breakfast & early check in. Thank you so much. Definitely will come back😊

Staff are accommodating. The place is well-maintained. Very beautiful place. They have water stations in every floor. Near D’mall and the front beach. I had fun in the pool. Very clean and I would definitely come back.
