Thank you, Pinnacle Resort and Villas! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked 5 rooms for our big family. Rooms are clean with nice beds and nice bathrooms. The staff were always motivated to help us. In our big family, we had seniors, pwd and little kids. They were always willing to help and respond to all our needs. The food at the breakfast buffet was perfect. Just the right choices to start our day. We all love the eggs freshly cooked according to our preference. The hotel ambience was lovely & very serene. The pool was nice. Water was clean and had perfect temperature. The free shuttle to and from dmall was very accommodating to our big group. Going to the White Beach was accessible. Overall, we are satisfied guests.

The room was spacious however, the toilet in the room has no proper door, giving you zero privacy when not staying alone. Front desk staff is the worst I have ever seen. They’re terribly unhelpful, barely speak english and giving false information. For instance, they told us that it’s a shared beach front with the neighbouring hotel (The Lind), which isn’t true and we had to pay 5000 PHP / day for two sunbeds. Breakfast has a miserable selection and restaurant closes already at 8PM.

Pinnacle is perfect for family and friends. Their staff are all friendly and accommodating. One of the things we love the most is their swimming pool, i am not sure if it’s temp controlled but it is a feel-good pool. The warm water is really relaxing. Their breakfast is also good… great for a 4-star hotel actually. Again F&B crew are amazing. Room is very big! We love the size of the room, really perfect for family. Thank you to all the front desk staff of Pinnacle, the F&B staff and housekeeping team. Special thanks to the security people, for looking after our safety. Thank you to the transport drivers who are always patient in driving us to D Mall. We will consider booking at Pinnacle again. God bless you all and Mabuhay!

Clean resort , clean rooms, nice clean good sized swimming pool. Breakfast menu varies daily and yummy which we really liked. They have accommodating happy staffs. Very good Location in station 1, NICE WHITE BORACAY SAND

We went to Pinnacle for a family vacation. Their staff are very accommodating and professional. The location of the hotel is very private as it's not beach front. It's also far from station 2, but they have free transfer service. The rooms and pools were also clean, and the food at their restaurant was great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here in Pinnacle and we'll surely recommend it.

I was lucky enough to spend a month at the Pinnacle Hotel in Boracay - and loved every moment of it. The property itself is pristine and well-cared for. The housekeeping team never stop cleaning! The reception staff are beyond helpful and friendly. And the F & B team (room service) are always responsive and fast. Operations Manager, Edrena Cruz is absolutely lovely - and her staff certainly do her proud. The hotel is not beach front - but the walk down a few steps, to get to the beautiful White Beach, is less than 2 mins away. The pool is also great, if you prefer a sand-free swim. Based in Station One, the Pinnacle is close to everything you could possibly need and they also have a free e-trike to shuttle you to and from D Mall (where it all happens!) I really cannot recommend this property highly enough. It's a four star hotel - with five star service. Loved it!…

The room, the ambiance, the food, and the staff are all great! Rooms are cleaned everyday, even without further reminders from the guests. They also offer FREE shuttle service to and from the hotel. We will definitely go back! 🤍

Everyone is very accomodating place is so clean food is excellent very nice ambiance you get a ride going to DMall and back to the hotel. What I like about Pinnacle Boracay is its beautiful tropical foyer with the infinity pool in the background. It instantly relaxes you. The rooms likewise are big and spacious. with a balcony where you hang your wet clothes. Pinnacle is a perfect place to relax and unwind without breaking the bank. And the breakfast buffet that comes with the room is also a pleasure. The price of Pinnacle is quite low considering we stayed there the week before Holy Week. The hotel staff led by Ms. Eds ensures that guests enjoy their stay. Highly recommended. PS. My balcony overlooks the ruins of Fridays, an iconic resort in Boracay. I hope Fridays will reopen someday.
