I stumbled upon Pinnacle by accident, and was actually looking to stay at a beachfront hotel. I traveled with a family of 7 including a 1 year old baby. What I liked most about this hotel: 1. Reservations - they responded to me on FB, email rather quickly. I like this convenience a lot 2. Rates are reasonable - the hotel is almost new, it was really clean, linens and beds were comfy. Didnt matter that it wasnt at the beachfront. We liked walking to the beach, and staying by the pool when the beach was too hot. 3. Privacy - there were hardly any guests when we arrived but when more guests arrived, it wasn't packed, and we could enjoy the privacy and safety from exposure to other guests. This is awesome for me 4. Professional and courteous staff - they came immediately when you called FD. always came with a smile and a greeting ANYTIME of the day. Even the drivers of the shuttle were super courteous Could be improved: 1. Well - maybe the restaurant as it appeared to be closed. We had to dine outside most of the time 2. Airport transfers - it would be great to see how the rates could be more affordable to lessen the hassle of booking this separately. The quote for me was 11K, and i booked this separately at more half the price. Thank you to the team for a great stay. Will recommend to family and friends.

Our trip to Boracay was cancelled on March 2020 was due to the pandemic. I paid in full directly to the hotel I asked for a refund but they refused and told me I can use my reservation until April 2021. November 2020 I reached out to ask when will their resort open they said around early next year (no specific timeline given). I told them since they don't have an actual date for their opening I asked again for a full refund. The concierge told me she will ask the management. It's been days and no update was given I have been calling their numbers and sent emails to follow up but they were not responsive.

I took my family to boracay to enjoy the clear blue beach and the exceptionally beautiful powdered white sand. Pinnacle boracay has offered fantastic ambiance away from home. I rate the hotel 5star as it offers excellent customer service from the guard to the reception and to the cleaning staff. Staff are friendly and provided service with a smile more than what is expected. The interior of the hotel are stylish and modern, just love it. Breakfast is yummy. Heads up to the cook and the rest of the service crew. Welldone to ur great customer service. I would surely go back one day....

Well appointed rooms and great staff made for a lovely stay for our family, despite the power and communications problems brought by typhoon Ursula. Convenient access to the best part of the beachfront too. Hope to come back again!
