We had a very nice stay at Seda Hotel Nuvali with my family. It was pretty memorable as well to my 2 year old because we were able to attend the event about preserving the Philippine Eagles. The food was delicious as well as their desserts. The pool area was refreshing even if it’s near the main road. The ambiance inside Seda felt like you were warped in a different place. My child also enjoyed her time at the play room. It’s nice that the place was very kid-friendly. There are other activities you can do around aside from hanging out inside the hotel. You can do boat-riding, fish feeding and there’s a mall walking distance to the hotel. There are outlets as well near it where you can do your shopping with discounts.

Hotel's Favorite
The stay was pleasant as always but I think the service improved remarkably. They were always smiling and looked always happy to help. This was also the first time I used their valet service and it was excellent. I also noticed that the staff were not expecting tips unlike those in other hotels. We will surely come back =)

Posh hotel. Tall building with a great swimming pool. The staff is very polite and professional. Ample space for parking. Rooms are decent size and interiors are well done. In fact, the interiors of the complete hotel are very well designed. Breakfast spread is massive, room service have good options. All in all, good value for money and will definitely prefer again.

After some days and nights spent here, I’m never coming back.. staff are OJTs.. or behave like OJTs.. most of them are lazy, unprofessional, non-responsive, forgetful, ignoring front desk.. The pool attendant, dining people, security except for the idiot security who refuses to reserve me a parking space in the PWD despite seeing 4senior citizen alighting from my van.

It was our first time as a family to stay at Seda Nuvali. We occupy 2 twin rooms with a pleasant lake view. My niece and nephew enjoyed the kids playroom and game room. My mother always look forward to your yummy breakfast. We also admire the honesty of housekeeping staff for being cooperative and were able to bring back the lost yellow baby shark stuff toy in our room 417. We had a complimentary cheese cake as I was celebrating my birthday and my niece birthday. Overall satisfied and surely we will come back for stay again once we visit Laguna.

Since 5 years I am staying at the hotel (basically every 4 months for 2 weeks), constantly the quality of the Misto restaurant is decreasing :( I am so sorry to say this, because the people are all friendly but they can´t fullfill the own set requirements of a good hotel. Also the newly made made building needs already a lot of maintenance and it seems a lot of wrong planning and wrong execution of work - I hope the owner Ayala knows this (or maybe they are out of cash :) - I dom´t know, but I don´t care as a client).

My third stay at this hotel, seeing that the new wing had opened. However due to my booking which I was told during check-in, I was assigned to the old wing. The staff had been great, from the punctual and friendly driver who picked me up from Manila to the front desk who were very helpful and the concierge staff who were very accommodating to my request, they made me felt welcomed. However among all the visits I made, this time round the room showed signs of aging. The fittings and furnishings had seen better days. Hope that the hotel would look into refurbishing the old wing now the new wing had opened. Even on the outside, the old wing seemed tired. The only thing I hoped that the hotel would improve is the breakfast offerings and experience. My first breakfast all the juices offered were some form of lemonade; blue one, red one and just lemonade. Not sure if it’s meant to be a joke or the chef in-charge had a bad day but I was not amused at all. Luckily of all the days I stayed, only that fateful day I had this unpleasant surprise. Another thing to add is that the hotel should consider having hand towels instead of just the other two. Overall, I would like to give a thumbs up to the staff for making it another wonderful stay I had this time but I hoped the hotel would not let its standards dropped.

The good. One of the most classy SEDA hotels I've been in the Philippines. Clean rooms, even in the old building. Near restaurants and 24hour convenience stores. The bad. Not sure how accessible it is without your own car.

Overall stay was great. They have great amenities. They have 2 big pools and 1 small pool for the kids. The pools are not heated though. If your kids got too cold or bored in the pool, you can send them to the game room or the play room. Forget their satellite/cable tv. Channels are too basic; there is nothing to watch.
