Seda Nuvali stands out to many for its cleanliness and prime location, favored by travelers for its proximity to shopping and business areas. The hotel's atmosphere is often described as elegant and comfortable, complemented by a range of amenities that are a hit especially with families, thanks to the pools and kid-friendly areas. Guests commend the friendly staff but some have pointed out inconsistencies in service, particularly at the front desk and with room service. The stay was pleasant as always but I think the service improved remarkably. They were always smiling and looked always happy to help. This was also the first time I used their valet service and it was excellent. I also noticed that the staff were not expecting tips unlike those in other hotels. We will surely come back =)

Took advantage of their Work From Hotel promo to have a solo staycation before returning to work. Front desk was very accomodating, they even provided transport for me to be picked up at the Nuvali Transport Terminal and brought to the hotel. The room I was given was very simple yet comfortable, as it had a bath tub and a view overlooking the lake. The king sized bed is soft, the pillows were a bit limp in some areas but can be fixed by layering them on top of each other. Breakfast during the pandemic is plated, but still very satisfying and given in big portions. (You can ask for seconds and refills). The pool is quite clean but given how Mother Nature is, a few stray leaves will always find their way in. When I took a dip in the afternoon, the pool wasn't heated so the water was quite cold. The location is also good, Ayala Solenad is just walking distance away for shopping and I feel safe walking alone even at night. Weather is cool and breezy even at noon, it's like Tagaytay but not as shivering. Overall a positive experience with my staycation here, this was a great time to be at Seda Nuvali and I'm looking forward to my next stay with this hotel.

Pros:
Great customer service
Food is yummy and clean
Generous with toiletries and refills
Great location and amenities
Strong wifi
Value for money

Cons:
My room mini-fridge could not get cold. Even if I left a bottle of water inside overnight, it would only get cool but not cold.
Pool is not heated.
There are "peak times" for the front desk so calls may not get patched through around 10-11am or 1-3pm
Understaffed (but understandable because of the pandemic, please be nice to the staff)
Thin walls, you can hear kids running or people laughing in the hallways

Good services, delicious food, clean and safe from COVID19 with temperature check every day at the front door. Every employee wears the mask and alcohol gel is located at the front door, reception and elevator. However, the wall against the bed in the room is too thin. I could hear my neighbors spoke to his family very clear in the night.

We availed of Seda Nuvali’s weekend staycation package. Inclusive of breakfast and family dinner, it was a great deal for a big group like ours (8 adults). Although reservation was a bit slow, hotel check-in was straighforward. Only the pool and gym facilities are open due to the pandemic, and reservations must be made prior to use to avoid crowding. The restaurant was also not crowded for dinner, but breakfast takes a while, so the option to take out food to rooms is a great idea. However, better if guests can call in to have it delivered instead of having to pick it up on the hotel restaurant. Misto also serves great food, although our dinner took a while before it was served. Not much activities in the area except malling, since lake activities are currently prohibited. Overall a great experience, will recommend!

We stayed here to celebrate our 1st anniversary.
Check was a breeze and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived in the room, there was a complementary cake with a greeting for our anniversary which shows that they really care for their guests.

The room was clean and well maintained. Toiletries and amenities were complete. We were surprised that the room has a sink with faucet so we were able to wash the feeding bottles of our baby in that sink and not in the comfort room's sink, we were very happy with that, they also have microwave too. Thank you Seda for the wonderful experience!

We had our Christmas stay and we are very satisfied. The staff is excellent, they considered our room preference requests and also gave us early check in. Though the hotel is small, I was impressed their customer service. It was peak season but housekeeping was efficient; if we needed anything (ie. shuttle to mall, room service), it was provided asap. The facilities were also great, especially for families and kids. We booked rooms with club lounge access and I recommend it. Good value for money! The hotel is also PWD and stroller/wheelchair friendly. Location is also perfect as you can walk to malls, or commute to nearby attractions (they also have shuttle service).
Take-aways: They can improve their toiletries as well as cleaning the rooms.

Stay was I guess okay, however I think the housekeeping badly needs improvement. The bathroom’s frosted glass as well as the room’s mirror and desk was dusty. The cushion on the window needs deep cleaning and there was a stain on the bed sheet. Also, the refrigerator door was broken.

Breakfast buffet has quite a small selection when compared to other Seda hotels (understandable as there is a price difference on the breakfast buffet rates between Seda hotels). Another concern for their upkeep as there is a lipstick stain on the hot chocolate cup served which may not have been properly removed during dish wash cycle.

I hope the management looks into improving the staff training on housekeeping and hope they properly inspect the rooms and dining utensils.

Overall we had a pleasant stay but here are some issues:
1. Food quality may still be improved.
2. The walls are thin and noisy guests can be heard easily.
3. Water refilling stations per floor will be better than bottled water.

For almost a year, the country is on lockdown with strict travel requirements which means no domestic and international travels. Very few hotels are open for leisure and tourists. Great to hear that SEDA Nuvali accepts local travelers now! With the hotel's strict compliance with standard health protocols, we enjoyed our 3-night stay without any worries! All rooms and facilities are sanitized to ensure safety of guests. With peace of mind, the warm welcome and efficient service of the SEDA staff made our vacation truly enjoyable and memorable after months of lockdown. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and unlimited coffee. Thanks to Sir Kim Guimba, hotel manager, Misto Rest. staff- Jimuel, Lara, Angel, etc, front desk staff and housekeeping who are all very courteous and helpful!
