Those are Big-assed TVs and Royal cable was beyond excellent.. NOT even 5-star hotels have this many cable channels and this scored heavily for me in terms of just relaxing and letting it all hang out.. literally just hanging out in that cozy bed, pillows, and comfy blankets—ultra-cool air conditioning system in the three rooms we booked for the long vacation. Definitely making this hotel. a monthly staycation site from now on after the Hot Spring swim for the "senior citizens" in the family. Breakfast was sumptuous on the first day, entree to dessert, fruits, very nicely seasoned, the cereal is a welcome treat.
of all the hotels, i've been in, this hotel has the Best noise cancelling, sound proofing walls. the revelry from pool side, noise from outside out room was virtually undetectable. this is superb as we really had a great rest.. privacy, second to none. breakfast was delicious. best served tocino, fried rice, soup, juice, ceeal.. only three viands but it's satisfactory. waiters were attentive, ordinary but they do the job, well. bed, pilliws, blanket a
My brother was getting married and since the family was scattered from different places, I got us rooms to gather our big family and extended families for the wedding as well as to celebrate the last bachelor hours of my brother. I booked via a hotel booking site and found out that the rooms I booked were not wheel chair friendly but the staff was kind enough to upgrade us for a minimal fee and so we were able to get nicer rooms. The hotel was really cozy and my nephew and 3 year old niece and nephew twins enjoyed swimming. Everyone enjoyed swimming. Our rooms have patio doors leading up to the swimming pool area which is lovely. The food was delectable. Although for the breakfast, everything seems to be complete (salad station, egg station, cereal station etc etc) however, I found the choices of viand to be lacking, but maybe it was just me. I was basically your “sinangag” girl looking for more dish to fit with my fried egg and my breakfast rice. I mean, the sausage was ok but the arroz ala cubana was a bit “off” for me to be in the breakfast menu. In any case, everything that was served was tasty. Yes, including the arroz ala cubana. How can I complain to that? Everyone had a good night’s sleep although we did have some trouble with our air conditioner before we left. A minor setback but I guess this is something that they should take a look at. They also offer free and paid shuttle services especially if you are going to Enchanted Kingdom and nearby attractions. You just have to get in touch with reception. The crew and staff are amazing and they make you feel warm and welcome. I am glad that I also booked the newly weds here. I really didn’t expect a place like this in Sta Rosa considering it’s location. I would stay here again if I need to be a day or two in Sta Rosa.…
Went there for a short stay, overall environment is nice. Just that the staff at the counter isn’t so friendly. For those who doesn’t like noise shouldn’t choose to stay at weekends cause there would be concert or year end party till late night. For us who travel for whole day, woke up at 3:45am & having transit etc wanna to rest early but couldn’t able to do so as the rooms are mostly facing the garden /poolside where the function ran. Did inform the staff yet they told us that they would end soon but their “soon” wasn’t what we expect.
The five of us stayed here in 3 rooms over 3 nights. Our rooms were ok with the basic amenities in the room. Breakfast was ok. Hot shower was good. The first night ( Fri night 15th Nov) the loud noise level from the some company dinner function at the hotel dining area- only partially subsided at / after 10pm , and we only had quiet & peace at 10:30pm when we could finally sleep. Another friend of ours got Room 104 - which was directly next to the function area where the company dinner function was going on the whole night with music on at very loud volume the whole night from 6:45pm till 10pm - she left her fully-paid up room to go and stay at another hotel as it was too noisy to be able to rest. The room safety box in Room 104 was faulty & refused to open - needing the maintenance people to come and only managed to open after a long tim. Other than these 2 incidents - very noisy on Fri night 15/11/19 & faulty safe- we had a relatively pleasant stay. Counter staff were polite & breakfast staff were courteous and kind. Breakfast food was above average…
The location of the hotel is accessible to local malls and restaurants. We stayed here for a mini staycation. Although there were some areas that need to be repainted or repaired, the room was clean. My boyfriend and I enjoyed their Saturday program (Acoustic performance & bbq night by the pool bar).
You wont even notice that there's a hotel in a techno park! The hotel is clean, quiet and has very friendly staff. The room needs improvement though. There's a leak near the bed table that comes from the shower area. Over-all, the hotel is decent and well-priced. Be back.
The hotel is ok, pool , room and common areas are clean, but it’s showing some sign of neglect. Joel the receptionist is very accomodating and helpful. Breakfast is terrible , saving grace are the staff that are as professional as Joel. Tagaytay is just 40 mins, enchanted in 10 mins. Free parking is also a bonus
I, and on the behalf of my husband, would like to share our feedback regarding our wedding event in Technopark Hotel on December 21, 2018. We had originally requested seven rooms for two nights to be added on our contract for the said event. At the time of the event we had requested an additional room for two nights to add to the contract. According to your sales representative, Don Manalastas, the rooms that we booked are all deluxe rooms with the understanding that there would be a maximum of three heads per room at no extra charge. We clarified this with Don multiple times. My stylist, her assistant and my husband were all there to testify in person. Three or four days before the event, Don called me to say that he will need to charge us for the extra person in each room, per day, in the order of PHP700+ with breakfast or PHP600+ without breakfast. This could only mean one of the two things. First, he is incompetent in regards to the policies of the hotel he works for and is representing. Second, he is a swindler who waited until the very last minute to tell us about the additional charges when we had already paid for half of our contract agreement. As the customer, we felt very cheated because we had no choice but to pay for these charges to accommodate our families that traveled far distances to be at our wedding. Also, during check-in time, ALL rooms were not prepared. They added the one extra bed to each room while our guests were already in their rooms. Furthermore, prior to the event, Don and I had an agreement that if I hired a mobile bar he will waive the corkage fees of EVERY bottle of liquor. My stylist had arranged with the mobile bar owner to allow our guests the freedom to serve themselves since we were trying to achieve an interactive event. At the time the organizers were bringing in the cases of beers, Don said that the beers were not allowed. Can you imagine a bar without beer? It’s ridiculous and embarrassing! I had confronted Don during the reception so that he could make an exception and to remind him about our agreement, however, my efforts were in vain. Therefore, my organizers had decided set up with no ice, no cups and no beers. Small things ruined the event such as hotel staff being present in the reception area sitting and watching, the servers eating the same time with the guests, and also being harassed about exceeding our allotted time for the venue. We knew that if we had gone overtime that it would incur additional charges, however, hotel staff pressured us to finish the event. Additionally, we had comments from our guests saying that the food was not worth the PHP750 (per head) we paid for. We are greatly disappointed with the experience with the hotel in general and other than feeling cheated, we also feel that we did not maximize the value of our money. No apologies were made even after I saw Don after check out. Hospitality is what you are selling in a hotel, right? Correct me if I'm wrong. Queen Espiritu…
The place is great highly recommended for family bonding, amd other activities.. Conducive and safe for kids too! Staffs are hospitable. They also had an available shuttle to drop and pick us up in Nuvali.
