I stayed at this hotel as the first abroad holiday since the pandemic with my boyfriend (both mid-twenties)
The main positive about this hotel was how beautiful the location was, the beach and the views where you can watch the sunset something that both of us would never forget. Perhaps because we went slightly out of season we never struggled to find beds either at the poolside or on the beach. There is a man who is always cleaning the beach and tidying up- his attention to detail was impeccable!
Our room was great, new with tea and coffee making facilities (something us Brits always appreciate) and cleaned daily by staff to good degree.
Food was always readily available, if you missed lunch after 2pm there is a snack bar open until 5pm which offered the usual British fare of Burgers, Chips and kebabs. I found it to be a bit hit and miss and would say that temperature of Breakfast/Lunch and Dinner to be often cold or lukewarm at the help yourself buffet. The selection of food often didn't have labels so it was often a guessing game of what you were eating. I think that was the main thing that let this place down.
Service at all the bars was always met with a smile, in particular the beach bar staff. Sorry that I couldn't call out specific names but all were great. Service at lunch and dinner was slightly disappointing however, I totally believe that Palm Wings hotel CAN deliver 5* service but we didn't experience it consistently. Dinner and Lunch drinks are supposed to be table service but we found we were largely ignored (maybe due to our age?) particularly frustrating as we could see older couples and families getting a great service. A number of times my partner had to flag them down but mostly we ended up getting our own drinks from the bar in the restaurant often alongside the wait staff laughably. That being said there was one of 2 nights where we did get a good service and just wished we'd had that throughout.
Any couples MUST try the fish/italian/turkish al a carte restaurants that overlooks the beach, so romantic and one of the highlights of the trip! It was included in our stay of 7 nights and watching the sunset whilst you receive 10/10 service is wonderful.
Overall we loved the beach and how picturesque the views were, and despite a few bumps along the way it was a holiday well worth the 2 and a half year wait. Perhaps more suited for older couples and holidays.

Recently travelled with Jet2 for a week stay. No complaints at this resort. The Staff were friendly. Continually cleaning and tidying. The bar staff looked after us well special mention to Adem and Urkan. We had a 2hr spa treatment which was excellent value compared to at home. We had a swim up room, which is nice having your own beds in your own patio. The accommodation was as described, not as grand as some we have stayed in Side and Oludinez and could do with a few more draws for clothes but plenty of hanging space and clean and tidy. Only water in the mini bar / fridge, a few soft drinks would have been good. We requested additional bedding at reception when we arrived and this was put in the room very promptly. The food was plentiful in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the snack bar has things like chips, burgers pizza and salad. We ate in the Turkish restaurant one night the meal was good and nice change to be served with a great sunset location. We spent most of our time at the beach which is kept clean and tidy and at our pool. We never had any issue getting sun beds at the beach and when we went past the main pool In the morning around 10 there seemed to still be beds there. The entertainment was ok, the animation team worked hard but the external shows were better. There was also a kids disco each night around 9pm. One little tip there is a small market / bazaar about 5 min walk away which might save you a cab or bus ride in to town if you are looking to pick up a few gifts. Overall we had a great stay here and would recommend this venue.

We spent in july 10 wonderful days at this lovely hotel.This was for the 3th time that we choose to spent holiday at Palm Wings. From the begining everything was perfect . We were 5 family , we had rooms with pool and family room .The room was very clean, the hotel is very clean, the beach, pool and yard are also very clean .A lot of flowers, palm tree and the grass well keept.We had a problem with shower ,I call at reception and in 5 minutes they change the wire of the shower .The food is delicious ,I noticed that the Chef Is the same from 2016 (when we first come here ) and I congratulated him for the delicious food. The pool is very clean with warm water and great music ,and a lot of activities all over the day.The beach is wonderful ,is very large,sandy ,clean and the children can stay in water because is not deep . The entertainment was great , live music in same evenings,in other different shows. At the restaurant there was a person who took the temperature and gives mask , there was dispensers for desinfection every where .The knife and fork was packet , the water in the plastic glass also packed. We enjoyed every day of our holiday and I think that certainly we will come next year again because we felt here very good. This resort is not huge so the children can walk alone between beach,pool,slide,restaurants as time as we stay at the beach .I think some music at the beach it would be perfect .

Amazing place, good service. Delicious and different food , also good a la carte Restaurant. Waiter Mahaç in a la carte restaurant is nice. The best Dj Efe)) Good show programs for children and adults. Fetye is the best animator ever)) Pools are clear, workers clean the beach every day. Almost everyone speak English or Russian, there are no problems with communication. Comfortable rooms with conditioner, TV and freezer. Friendly staff. We also have got a present from the hotel due to our Honey Moon, it was pleasant.

Stayed in this hotel for one week from Tuesday 10th May 2022. Really great hotel 4.5 / 5* rating from us.
Beach: 10 seconds walk from the back of the hotel with plenty of sunbeds and sunshades, there are hotel toilets, beach showers and a beach bar here too. There is a long promonard along the sea front for both cycles and pedestrians, no cars! The sea is patrolled by a lifeguard and the beach and sea are sandy and is a safe swimming area. In the evenings you can see the sunset across the sea.
Pool: Beautiful huge pool, plenty of sunbeds and sun shade, toilets good location, also a child's pool and water slide. Pool is patrolled by a lifeguard. Pool staff regularly clear bins spillages and maintain the pool area really thoroughly.
Rooms: Modern, sleek and clean with regular towel changes.
Restaurants: Extremely wide variety of foods, the restaurants are managed really well to avoid accidents, food area is kept really presentable. Table were cleared promptly. Amble tables to sit at.
Bar: Drinks were served generously, however, perhaps a limitation on how many one person is served should be addressed especially when one person orders 20 drinks with 10 being cocktails, waiting 5 minutes to be served is not pleasant! Not the fault of the bar staff. The bar staff work extremely well and clear tables frequently.
Entertainment: The animation team are really encouraging and also work hard to include those that wish to participate.
All staff during our stay were friendly, polite, professional, smart and all are busy doing something. The gardens are maintained beautifully as is the dining furniture and furnishings.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and revisit.

Private taxi took over an hour which was good no stops. Food is fresh and cooked in front of you. Plenty of choice , staff clear plates when finished . Small bar in buffet restaurant if yiu choose to use. Water in bottles available. Beach has security very clean good sun beds.All staff very friendly, animation team like to talk to guests.Manager walks around checking all areas and talks to guests. Everywhere is clean with well kept gardens. Pool has music playing with pool games available if you choose. Beach towels can be changed daily with no deposit. Safe in room. Fridge is stocked daily with fresh water. Cakes and coffee upstairs each afternoon. Small shop on site. Lovely to walk out at night beautiful sunsets. We have just returned from our 2 week stay, we 1st visited in may 22 and enjoyed is so much we returned. We were made to feel most welcome again. This hotel is right on the beach so you have an option of pool or beach relaxing, if you want a good spot around the pool you need to get your towels out by 9am but there were always spare beds throughout the day we never struggled the pool and area is spotless as with the pool slides. Let's start with check in the reception staff are so friendly and happy to help. The guest relations lady (I can't remember her name) is one of the nicest people I have ever met in any hotel we have stayed at! She goes above and beyond and is an asset to the hotel. The bar staff are great and always up for a laugh especially Ertan and Ersen and make the best cocktails. The entertainment team are great and work so hard during their long days so big shout out to Chou Chou, Casper, Bianca, Bart and DJ. The rooms are spotless and spacious as with any hotel MORE HANGERS PLEASE a massive thank you to our cleaner room 4223 & 4210 she worked so hard and was lovely. The dining area is well set out and any cues do move quickly, food is plentiful there is always a wide choice. There are 4 bars around the hotel with a great selection of soft and alcohol drinks, the snack bar is well stocked with a nice selection of food with a ice-cream bar, waffle bar, an Turkish pancake made to order, there is also a cake bar on the terrace so you will never go thirsty or hungry as there is something for everyone. A big thank you Mr Ali who made us feel like VIP'S. If you are thinking about staying here do it its lovely, we look forward to our return next year, thank you all.

Had a fantastic 2 week holiday with my husband. We arrived early hrs and at check in they told us where to go for drinks and food, as it’s 24 hr all inclusive it had been a long day and we just needed to sleep. Rooms were lovely and spacious, with balcony and a safe in wardrobe. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels. Pool areas are very clean and staff are constantly cleaning the areas, Towels provided , water in pool cold as it’s fresh water, but ok once you get in . There is also the beach if u fancy a change or prefer that . Food was excellent and a great choice to choose from, the desserts OMG they were delicious, staff very attentive and polite especially Turkan& Hursit, who looked after us throughout our stay. A visit to the spa is a must, get your hammam early to help boost your tan, and a couple of massages over the stay. Billy and his team at Lotus Spa are fab, I’m gonna miss my hot stones massages but hopefully you will all still be there next year,as we are planning on coming back. Transfer time is quite long but worth it once you get there, take cash ,Euro,Lira,English as the nearest cash machine is an hours walk away and bank in Kusadasi 20 min taxi ride costing 150-160 Lira, or if you feel adventurous there’s always the local bus! (Dolmus) About 12 lira . Kusadasi, is worth a visit beautiful along the promenade and especially If you are looking for bargains. Hotel lobby bar was very relaxing girls at bar lovely , can’t fault any of the staff who were polite friendly and nothing was a problem . We Also used one of the restaurants during our stay ( Italian ) set menu food was good and it was nice to have table service . All in it was the most relaxed holiday I’ve ever had, I won’t let the journey put me off . See you all next year or maybe the end of this year x

Our family’s hill family and Tebrook family 11 of us in total, not to mention two aunties and two uncles that arrived a few days before us upon my recommendations based on what our travel agent had. sold to me So 15 people in total ! We arrived late evening to a hotel in the middle of local housing estate, The reception was dated dark and boiling. no air con in reception, for 12 days now we leave in 2 days and still no air conditioning We were shown to our rooms to find dirty bedding that I stripped off, An air-con machine that blew out warm air A mini bar that was empty and warm A warm bottle of water, And a lot of disappointed people and children crying, Please Note there are NOT Four Restaurant’s to choose from, there is a pool bar during the day which is the same food everyday with constant stray cats around your feet and on chairs also a buffet which serves repetitive food everyday? My daughter and most of the children have lived on chips rice and cakes ! And an a la cart of the evening which is very below standard and no different from the buffet down stairs Stray dogs and dog mess on the beach We were told we were walking distance to the town, The town consisted of 4 super market shops in the local housing estate and a very small market bizarre Again in the middle of housing estate, The majority of the stuff do not speak English at all !!! I did speak on serval Occasions to the reception and holiday rep however The holiday rep and his manger who I am Still waiting to meet have disappeared! As for the mammoth sized swimming pool, there’s one life guard ! That says it all really doesn’t it I have never left a bad review or complained but after paying out 12 thousand pounds between us all disregarding the spending money and what it has cost to feed our children out in the kusdassi town Which I might add is 25 mins and will cost £20 there and back this has been a bad experience, I’ve been to Turkey 7 times and never had this experience, thought I’d try somewhere new, I wouldn’t come back here because of it, This hotel is a 3 star at best

Arrived mid morning on the day that the British Air Traffic control went down. We opted for a private transfer to the hotel which I fully recommend. The hotel is about 1 1/2 hrs from Izmir airport located in the Davutlar area south of Kusadasi in a village predominantly occupied by retired Turkish people. It's nice and quiet but only a 30 min taxi ride to Kusadasi. The reception is spacious and nicely set out.We checked in with very little trouble and got to our room which was modern and fully kitted out with a fridge kettle TV etc. Our TV had only 1 Channel which worked in English and that was the French news. There were no top sheets provided and we had to ask for them each day. There was no map provided of the complex so we didn't know where everything was i.e bars restaurants towel exchange etc. The complex isn't massive so we soon found our way round but it would have been nice to have a familiarisation map. The gardens are lovely and well kept. The big pool is spot on and very well maintained by the staff. Apple beds around the pool too. The beach is accessible though the bottom part of the complex next to the main restaurant. It is security controlled. Directly outside there is a cycle path followed by a foot path. Make sure you look both ways before crossing as the bikes go at some rate of knots. The cycle/ foot path runs the whole length of the whole beach area and is ideal if you fancy a walk or jog.
The sunbeams on the beach are very comfortable with umbrellas provided and a canopy further back from the beach. The attendant maintains this area well and quite often is a negotiator between couples who argue that their towels were on that bed first. On the subject of towels and beds. You need to get up early to get the beds at the front (Where it's coolest). I went for a run at 0600 each morning and a lot of the beds had towels on the beds already, so I had to become one of those persons unfortunately.
If you are British there were not many of us there on my visit, mainly Romanian, Bulgarian and Polish. All very happy, go lucky, smilie people.
There is 1 main restaurant with 3 speciality restaurants and a daytime snack bar. I really cannot fault the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant. The variation in food was good with ample selection. There is an outdoor seating area in the main and speciality restaurants, which I personally insist on.
The staff are friendly enough and happy to have a laugh with you. There is entertainment on each evening if your into it. Alternatively you can sit in the bar situated above the main restaurant.

The hotel is ten miles past Kusadasi, transfer takes around an hour an a half.
I really liked this hotel, quality everything but there is very little around it- a handful of unremarkable restaurants and a tiny bazaars.
