We had a wonderful stay at Aeolian Gaea Hotel. The hosts George and Fokian and the staff were all very friendly and very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and spacious with a kitchenette. The breakfast was delightful including local honey and homemade jams, loukoumades and rice pudding. We will definitely be returning.

The food served had high standard and well prepared. The swimming pool was quite big with proper water quality and temperature. All together we fully recommend the hotell.

We had a beautiful stay for two weeks. The breakfast was from excellent quality and contained handmade products that were delicious. The room was cleaned everyday and looked perfect. We used the gym and we were satisfied about the quality. The pool was also clean and we loved to swim there every day. It’s also child friendly. The hosts were friendly and always there to help if necessary. They gave a lot of tips for sightseeing around the island. Overall the place looked neat and tidy and was nearby the village ‘Skala kallonis’ and the sea. We highly recommend this hotel.

I have to start by saying that i travel a lot but do not usually like going back to the same place. This hotel is my one exception and I would really like to come back. The hotel has a very nice location if you like quiet but still like to be in walking distance to village with restaurants. Rooms are very clean and it has an amazing pool that was mostly empty during the day times while we were there. But the biggest thumbs up from our family went definately to the owners of the place, who are the most considerate people i have met. They were always very happy and talking with them always brought smile to our typically grumpy finnish faces. Also our kiddo got a eye infection and as there were no free taxis the hotel owner drowe us to the clinic and explained to the clinic people the situation for us. They also made my son sandwiches in the late evening when he was hungry and the restaurant had been closed for several hours. I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone!

We absolutely LOVED staying at the Aeolian Gaea Hotel! It's located in the central part of the island which makes it very easy to travel to any location in Lesvos. This is a family-run hotel and the father and brothers were so helpful in providing recommendations and tips on how to find cousins my mom hasn't seen in 60 years. Our trip to Lesvos was incredible in every way and when we go back, we will definitely be booking our stay at Aeolian. The beach at Skala Kallonis is just a short distance away and it's beautiful! It's a town that is bustling with locals, not tourists! Highly recommend! The pool was divine and the breakfast delicious!!
