Thank you for staying with us. I believe you stayed with us during our high season when we have lots of people coming with shuttles so sometimes there might be delays with transfers if some people are late and we have to wait for them....More

Fantastic place to visit in winter as a part of the hotel is made with snow and u can actually stay in those rooms. The glass igloos were a great experience and very comfortable to stay in. The hotel was very good ! Would recommend...More

An extraordinary couple of days. 2 nights in an igloo that was fantastic. Looked at the ice hotel and decided it was bit too much like camping for us. Rooms are at -5 and they give you a bed a sleeping bag and skin blanket....More

If you book any trips with Safartica, they supply all the gear and it keeps you warm. Otherwise take your own. Good base layers are a must

Roads are cleaned of snow I was in a bus but things seemed pretty normal However all vehicles had spikes in the tyres

Shuttles are at various times to and from Rovaniemi/ Santa Claus village. The reception inform you of times and book you a seat on the coach . While we were there the times were 8am and 11am , various return times are given... More
