Our early hours arrival transfer was smooth enough, bit of a queue at the TUI Desk after the baggage lottery and drinks and towels provided when we reached the hotel (1hr 20m later).

Hi, the first minibar stock upon arrival is free. Any restock after that has to be requested and is chargeable, though if you are staying in a Suite it is restocked free all holiday. The rules changed on 1 August 2018
