It's a wonderful hotel! All the amenities were perfect and one of a kind! From the pools, to the bar, to the rooms and the reception, the main hall, the personnel, everything is perfect and even more than that! My experience wasn't just a vacation, it was An Experience itself! I highly recommend this resort, not only because it possesses a luxury level of amenities and staff, but the view, the sea, the building itself, and the quality are covering the highest demands of a client who would like to have a unique experience-vacation-business trip and understand what The Best Hospitality means! Don't lose a chance to be there! It's a Paradise on Crete island!

Hotel's Favorite
Very beautiful and chilled holiday. Biggest problem here was choosing at which of the restaurants to eat at each day and at which of the many pools to relax 😃 Masks and gloves were always provided so we felt covid safe plus hotel was not overcrowded. Special thanks to Georgios and Violeta for their excellent service.

I beg everyone to avoid this place like the plague!!! I can’t even begin to describe this place, full of the rudest staff I have ever come across. Constantly lying, never come and clean the rooms, when ordering room service never showing up. Dust everywhere. Cockroaches around the rooms and halls. We was meant to stay for 12 days but we ended up leaving after day 2 for the worst experience I could ever begin to describe. The staff are so unbelievably rude. Very unprofessional. They need a serious training course on how to be with customers because I have never been spoken to in such a way in my life. The disrespect from the staff is another level or rude. The pools are all missing tiles and slabs across the floor serious hazard and safety issues. Insects all over the restaurant and in the food at the breakfasts and lunches. Not a 5 star hotel in the slightest, you go away to relax. Not be more stressed than before. I have travelled to the best hotels all around the world and never in my life have ever been spoken to so rudely by staff or mistreated. I beg everyone to avoid this place I really do! Nothing like the photos.

Day 1.- We got to the Hotel at 3.00 for check in, They said our room wasn’t ready and if we could wait, we waited for 2hours and 15 minutes, which is completely unacceptable. I went over to the front desk as both of our phones had died and asked if they sold adapters so we could charge our phones the lady who served us said no and she couldn’t help us, she was utterly rude and blunt and then served the next customer without any help or assistance to us. Myself and my partner decided to look around the complex, they had a show downstairs under the front desk which what do you know sold adapters. After this point we decided to grab some food in the buffet, but there was fly's all over the food and sitting on the fruits which at this point i was completely put off. We went back upstairs so I could complain that the lady who served us was so unhelpful and that only a few feet away we managed to get an adapter. Whilst waiting in the lobby, there was complaints that their was cockroaches invasion in her room and also a lady who was kicking off at the fact that her room looked nothing like the pictures, at this point Im feeling a little worried what our room will be like. When we finally managed to get into our room…There was the strongest smell of urine coming from the shower, there was dust everywhere and our fridge had some form off out of date old with ice all over it which was highly unhygienic considering everything with covid. The hot on the balcony had all dirt and limescale of what looked like tanning product all over the side which was disgusting I was very unpleased. When I went to use our room phone it was broken and didn’t work so we had to travel all the way back to the front desk which is about a 5 minute journey from the room. When you go away you want to be relaxed and not stressed so this was a very big inconvenience the distance to the front desk. I asked to speak to the manager unfortunately she wasn’t in. They said they would send someone up to our room to check these things out. But no they never came. Day 2.- I went down to the reception and mentioned nobody ever came to the room and they said they would sort that out alongside the phone in the room that didn’t work, they said they have a WhatsApp concierge so to add that to my phone. When we got back to the room for the day, the room was not cleaned and the fridge hadn’t been restocked. I messaged them on the WhatsApp to bring bottles of water it was about 36 degrees and boiling and if our room could be cleaned. They opened the message and never came up to the room. We then went downstairs to the shop and purchased bottles of water alongside other refreshments, when we went to the buffet again to our dismay fly's all over the food yet again. We again went to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager we asked if we could check out or change rooms as a 5 star hotel it wasn’t really living up to its standards. The manager again was not their and they asked us to come back at 6pm. Whilst we was their we asked to hire a car and they said she would also be there at 6pm. We came back down at 5:45, waited till 7pm the car hire lady was late and then told us their was no cars available which all the cars are stored at the hotel and she said we should of been told rather than waiting around yet again more time wasted and no car and also shockingly no manager to help us. We went out for the evening come back and asked if our room had been cleaned and restocked they said it had been we got to the room and nothing was cleaned and the fridge was still empty. Day 3.- We woke up around 10am went for a walk around the complex and noticed so many things wrong with the hotel, slabs broken chips in the pool dangerous concrete areas where you could hurt yourself if you aren’t careful, their was only 1 pool bar available out of 6 so it was a walking distance to grab a drink. The place is not well kept and extremely dirty. We went back to the room again not been cleaned. That was it we packed our bags and booked another hotel. When we got downstairs and asked to speak to the manager she was finally their, she asked if we could wait, I said I really am not happy to wait and she said she would be half an hour, so again we sat their and waited. When she finally came over to us, a man approached her with a complaint also she again asked if we could wait. The gentleman was screaming and shouting causing a scene so instead of serving us she made us wait anoth 45 minutes to deal with the gentleman. When she finally had time to speak to us my blood is boiling and I am very unhappy with how she treated us, I listed all the things what have been wrong with our stay, we showed her pictures, explained the room smelt like urine etc, she said they have been super under staffed ad she was very sorry. I told her we have booked another hotel and want a full refund, she argued that she would have to charge us for our stay but after explaining all details of how disgraceful the service had been for a 5 star hotel she came to the agreement that we would get a full refund. She went off into the office to sort it all out and speak to her superior, we waited again another 20 minutes. When she came back she said as it was booked through booking.com she has let them know to provide us a full refund. I said I didn’t feel comfortable with that and just her word that it would be sorted she, said to me and my partner that its a promise and we would get a full refund on our stay as she agreed what we went through was not ok. She said leave it with her and everything will be sorted and a full refund will be given. me and my partner left and went off to a different hotel which was absolutely out of this world for a 5 star hotel and half the price of the other one which is absolutely unreliable considering the amount we paid for Raddison in comparison the the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. I later on received a email from booking suggesting that we was going to be charged and that The manager didn’t keep to her word. Unfortunately as we didn’t take anything of paper with us it's her word against mine. Which is completely unfair and she manipulated and lied about the whole situation she defrauded and I have lost my faith in humanity as she could be so cruel to make us think we had nothing to worry about. This needs to be sorted and something needs to be done about this, the standards of the hotel are so disgraceful that it needs to be shut down for many reasons in going into a pandemic the hygiene of this hotel was awful and for them not to clean our room for 3 days is horrendous, and the fact we had to put up with a room which smelt of urine was not gracious at all, and nobody could do anything to help us other than a manger who seemed to never be at the hotel.

well comeback my friend!!!!! every week you remebmer us ,you still do not say the tru escaping early morning without pay your extra !!!!!! let me give you an advise The 5 star resorts do not provide 5 star happiness we provide services dream facilities ,the happiness is coming from you!!!!! from your organisation,happiness and succesfull holidays comes from you ,from your mind your hart and POCKET!!!!! when did you take your wife for an impresive meal on the beach!!!! when did you order a wine or champain in your suite when did you have a flowting breakfast in your pool when did you visit the 2 star michellin restaurant, all those need organisation,all those need budget, all those need immagination and happiness, you just try to escape !!! and not pay the bill!!!! is this holidays or joke you say to us that you did the same the year before and you did not pay your bill!!!! congratulations and continue writing to us NOW YOU HAVE 3 REVIEWS written already every week one Bravo

Unexpectef beautiful resort many followers ,we met very interested people ,nice restaurants and great choise of food snd drinks ,right on the beach ,beschfrond duites and villas with private pools ,many pools ,adults pool separete pools for children and families,two star michelin restaurant with famous chef ,freshfish on the beach restaurant,great italien,and great choise in buffet ,with grill and cooking stations but the village is nearby wolking distance and have great choise of tavernas ,the location is very important around of archeaological,historical sites ,tourist centers with night life and disco,nice beaches boattrips fishing boats and many watersports ,gold nearby and very interested waterparks
