Spent 2 nights in mid October in this beautiful hotel. We had really relaxing time and enjoyed to the fullest. The staff at the reception welcomed us with smile on, explained everything. Got room 205, lovely spacious, clean. The walls are thin though, we could hear neighbours talking and walking all the time. Ordered half board, food was tasty but the selection was quiet limited. The swimming pool and saunas with jacuzzi are excelent choice for cold October but it can get crowded. I do recommend purchasing the Balneo cosmetic at a very reasonable price. Very nice 1st time wellness weekend in Poland, well be happy to come back again.

Another wonderful stay in Malinowy Dwor in Swieradow. Hotel located in a quite part of Swieradow just few steps to the Polish - Czech border. Very quiick access to the single tracks MTB paradise. Swimming pool and few saunas offer quick recovery after long biking day.

Lovely hotel with an excellent location for MTB and lovely spa facilities, some of which are free. Fine a la carte dining, but not particularly inspiring buffet. Very good facilities for storage and maintenance of your MTB bike.

Unfortunately we were disappointed with the hotel from the moment we walked through the main door. The reception area is shabby. The room was 'cold' like a damp squib and, well just not cozy! The breakfast was poor. We were so disappointed we decided to leave as quickly as possible - this is certainly not a 4 star hotel!

I have never been in a place like this before. The receptionist dont speak English!! We have ordered room for three because we have a child 10 years old. On the room was only double bed. So they bring as they said additional bed. After they put the bed in the room there no space to move. Toilette smelled. Whirlpool was closed. That was the moment when I realized we have leave it immediately. I paid for the weekend before! and other receptionist who dont speak english! (second receptionist who doesnt speak english in two hours) told me that I have to pay 200 zloty. I asked her for what If i pay for weekend before and Im leaving after two hours. I dont get any answer, she was on the telefone with somebody trying to find manager. This takes 30 minuts. So I give her 200 and quit. Thieves. It was my first visit to Poland and I will never do the same mistake again.

The location is truly breath-taking, and most of the hotel rooms and common areas overlook the Jizera Mountains, part of the Sudeten range (a national park). It is quite remote and truly a perfect place to relax in peace and quiet! All the hotel facilities - a big pool, the gym, outside jacuzzi (amazing view!), 3 saunas and the huge spa area - are modern, clean and well equipped. Only the gym is a bit on the small side, it could benefit from some additional equipment but all the basics are there (bikes, treadmills, orbitrek) and the amazing view (yes, again) makes up for the small size. It was only a shame that the water dispenser in the gym was empty - but after poitning it out to the staff, it was quickly replaced with a new one. The rooms have good size (we had a standard one), huge beds and modern, clean bathrooms. On the downside, I was surprised that in a spa hotel there were no small cosmetics provided - it would be a nice touch. Another small issue was the AC - while provided, it worked very poorly, which in the summer heat made sleeping at night troublesome. Another big plus is the food - we had 3 meals per day, all very varied and sophisticated but at the same time with a focus on light modern diet-minded cuisine - lots of delicious salads, fish, etc. Finally, the spa itself - we bought a spa package, which is a good deal and offers a set of treatments at discount prices - all based on trademark raspberry-based products. The staff was competent and pleasant, and I can recommend all the treatments (face cleasing, body wellness, hand regeneration). The only downside is that the home brand cosmetics on offer are a bit overpriced (though lovely). On top of that, you can take additional treatments, some of them in a separate physiotherapy section, with massages given by certified physiotherapists (also medical advice provided, as needed). We took foot massage with reflexotherapy and it was amazing! All in all, apart from small finishing touches that are missing, the hotel is really excellent and I whole-heartedly recommend it - I will be back for sure!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Great wellnes services. Very good food, bufet dinner as well as a la carte menu. Breakfast was very tasty, but there could be more choices, especially eggs, cheese and sweets.
