Aquamira is a nice place to rest and relax in the southern province of Cavite. The place is worth the rate however, they need to improve the training of staff in the front desk. Guards are more accommodating than the front desk staff. They also need to improve the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom area. Prices in the restaurants are a little bit expensive and there are no other restaurants nearby. Internet connection is slow. We wish that they make their check-in time earlier and check-out time later. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay at Aqua Mira Hotel and Resort!

The condition of customer service is poor with high customer dissatisfaction. We encountered a number of unsatisfactory service levels that I think you should be aware of and hopefully do something about it. I chose your property after reviewing your website which portrays a completely different picture compared to reality. We drove more than 2 hours to reach your location just to be treated terribly by your Front Desk Staff, Mr. John Paulo and your guard, Mr. John Rey. I list down below the occurrence of the events for your better understanding what conspired during our visit: - Past 4pm when we arrived at your hotel. During our check in, I approached the front desk and showed my reservation confirmation that was on my phone, the Front Desk personnel on duty (John Paulo) wasn't paying attention. Instead of checking what I am showing him on my phone, he stood up and started to look all the paper that is within his reach, then he asked me when did I do my booking cause I wasn't on his arrival list, I told him, I just made my reservations today and that is what I am trying to show him on my phone. - We were supposed to pay for an extra person charge, since our babysitter is with us, we asked if an extra blanket may be provided for our babysitter, but we were informed "NO". We find it odd, but since the front desk staff says it's hotel policy, then we understand.  - We decided to discontinue having the extra person, but were thinking of getting another room instead cause the amount difference isn't that much. My husband asked the front desk personnel if he can bring us to our room so he can check how big the room is and bring our things as well but he was informed by John Paulo that my husband may only stay at the resort for only 10 mins and the security guard will measure the time of his  stay.  We felt offended by this. Hence, we asked if there's any Manager on duty that we may talk to, John Paulo reached out for the hotel phone and we talked to Criz. - After talking with Criz, we headed to our supposed room. On the way to the room, we saw that the location of the room given to us is not suitable for my kids, who are 2 and 4yrs old. RM 101 is located at the first building. The front pool at RM 101 is 5 feet deep and the pool access door is facing the bigger pools, there's a tendency for my kids to use the access door and go straight to the other pool. So I asked a room boy if we can change rooms that's within the second building as it looks safer for my kids. He said he will check at the front desk if there is an availability, we were standing at the poolside and we waited for more than 30 minutes. I went to the front desk but there was no one there, I asked the room boy again, and he told me that the front desk personnel stepped out to check if there was a room. I asked him " are you referring to the Gay Front desk staff?" he said yes. John Paulo was wearing an ear piercing, which I believe shouldn't be part of the Male uniform in a hotel. When i saw him wearing a piercing on his right ear, I perceived him as a Gay, Thus I asked if he was referring to the "Gay" personnel.  - After about an hour John Paulo was approaching, I asked the room boy to approach him because we had already waited for quite a long time. I came to him and asked how much more time do we have to wait because my kids want to be settled in a room. He told me that my reservation was already cancelled. This was the biggest shock in my life,  we waited for almost an hour just to be informed that our reservation was being cancelled, how on earth would this happen? I asked who cancelled our reservation, according to John Paulo, it was the security guard who decided to cancel our reservation. This is the first time that I heard a security guard has the right to cancel a guest's reservation without valid reasons and without approval nor communication with the Manager.  According to John Rey (Guard), he decided to cancel our reservation because the front desk personnel, John Paulo, told him that we were making a scene. When we're just waiting at the poolside They make us wait for almost more than an hour for a room and then they will inform us that they are kicking us out! John Paulo told me nasty words like. He is so disrespectful! This is so unfair for our side, our kids are with us and we drove more than 2 hours just to be kicked out. You may review your CCTV camera's to check and see for yourself if we were really making a scene. John Paulo (Front Desk Personnel) is such a big LIAR, he is NOT FIT and very much INCOMPETENT for his work. So is John Rey (Guard), who was very one sided and does not check his facts before deciding to kick out the guests.  It was such a waste of time going to Aquamira Resort and treated terribly by the most incompetent personnel's. Your resort could've been the best getaway for my kids, but what happened to us and what your personnel have done to us is completely unacceptable. I hope that you agree with me that this type of service is unacceptable at so many levels. We were very disappointed with this bitter experience.   I believe that these 2 are a threat for your business, they don't value what the management values, which if I am not mistaken should be customer satisfaction. I hope that proper reprimand and measures will be taken to both John Paulo and John Rey.  It seems to me that they can easily decide on their own without knowledge of the management. Lastly, I would like to thank Criz, for showing us kindness. She's able to pacify us and if anything good happens during our visit, It's actually meeting her. We requested compensation for all our wasted effort to go to your resort, but I may send back the money anytime. What's more important to us is to make sure that what John Paulo and John Rey have done to us will be reprimanded. I would like to hear your thoughts about my complaint and the steps you are willing to take to prevent such incidents in the future.

AquaMira is located inside the Sta Lucia Residences. It is a hotel built in the grassland. It has a 3 wide pools. One of this pools has a slide. The hotel rooms at the first floor of the 2 buildings are directly connected to the pool. The pool is calmly stretches up to the end of the hotel. While those on the second floor has a terrace where you can view the pool. At night you will hear the crickets just like your on a farm. Serene throughout the night. Only the blowing wind and the singing crickets under the moonlight. If you are with kids, they will surely enjoy swimming. If you're with teenagers, they will love the beautiful environment. And if you are with experienced people, they will enjoy the quietness of the place. There is only one thing that may affect your stay there. It is the occasional odor that comes with the wind blowing from Sta. Ana farm near the area.

been staying here for quite some time. And is still in awe of the place. It gives you peace and quiet after all the stress from work. One of the easiest and nearest go-to places when you are from the metro. Wi-Fi? check. Comfy, clean and soft bed? check. Clean room, amenities and pools? check check check.

The amenties are nice and relaxing, however staff at the reception is not helpful and not accommodating on my request regarding room. I think my request should have handled better. Also, they said I need to pay extra person for an adult which I paid -but i need to ff up the additional set up of the amenities to them twice! In addition, they forgot to give our tags, which I need to remind them when we are on our way to the room. Overall my arrival experience is really POOR! It seems like staff are not in their proper mind and needs to be reminded on the items/things that they need to give to guests. It is so frustrating!

What the kids enjoyed so much are the huge pool with slide wave and there is a pool right in front of our room. Negative feedback: TV channels are limited, some rooms has no Wifi connections, they charged us 1200 for extra person (too much), telephone not working, No room service and restaurant inside the resort during our stay. they need well trained staff to handle guest inquiries and complain. Overall we enjoyed our stay but this is not a 3-5star resort.

well room is nice. air con is working. Internet also. They will provide you a own router like i had. pool is huge. (actually there are 3-4 pool). between the rooms they have a connection door. that mean you will hear the neighbor even talking. breakfast they will provide but only Philippine breakfast. You can choose between 3-4 different dishes. (no international breakfast) personal is friendly. no restaurant in the hotel. you need to drive 4-5 kilometer to the next restaurant.

It’s a great place to unwind. Hotel is peaceful , very private. Hotel location is at least 2 hours away from Manila by car. Plated breakfast were good, you can choose your own food on the menu. Staff need more training as the waitress ask me to pay for one person who is included on the guest list. I think they should check their record first before approaching guests. It’s humiliating that they think I’m taking someone for breakfast without paying . Other than that , hotel was nice and swimming pools are great. They have the wave pool which is good .

Good place to stay, nice room but, they need to clean the shower head, no bathtub mat. No junction box for tv, we called the attention of the house keeping to help us with our request but they have told us that there was no available junction box, so no tv for the whole night. Wifi has weak signal. Swimming pool is not clean. Our bfast we would rate it if from 1 to 5 its 3. Teaspoon for coffee is not provided, no saucer for the cup, mirror on the bathroom untidy. The housekeeping staff should check the room before allowing the client to use it. We booked early and arrived at the resort at around 9pm hoping to get a good nice sleep yet we find these inconveniences.
