The Russelia also called Coral-Plant or Fountain-Plant is a member of the Scropphulariacea family. This plant has several branched out and quadrangular, more or less drooping and fairly intertwined, stalks. Its leaves are elongated and oval-shaped. It is an original plant, of an attractive green colour that looks fresh throughout the year. Russelia blossoms from spring to the end of the summer. Its flowers are clustered into a loose bunch at the end of long slender peduncles. They are small-sized and bear a tubular corolla. The plant thus seems to be covered with a galaxy of scarlet small bells. Why The Russelior ? From a wedding between the Rareness and Delicateness of a flower that grows in altitude, in Northern Tunisia The “Russelia”, and the Nobleness and Beauty of the most precious among metals: “Gold”. The “Russelior” is born.

I came to the hotel on a business trip for five days, it was a lovely experience. The bed is comfortable, the vibes in the swimming pool were so relaxing and calm, and the team was very professional, especially the receptionist Aziz who expressed a high sense of problem-solving for me and my colleagues during our stay. My only frustration was the lighting system in the rooms and in the conference hall, I highly recommend it for a relaxing vacation, not for work.

Where to start.....the hotel is beautiful! Very clean, well maintained and friendly. The beds are comfortable and the room is a very good size. The room is cleaned and made everyday and the restaurant and hotel toilets are all to a very high standard.
All the staff are friendly however not many ( only 2 I came across) speak English. Is was very hard sometimes to get across exactly what you wanted. I was lucky that my husband is Tunisian My only complaint (if you can call it that) is that it would have been a lot nicer and easier if at breakfast you were shown to a table. It was difficult looking around for an empty table and then getting someone's attention for coffee. Overall the hotel is beautiful and in a great location

Large hotel in Hammamet. Really spacious rooms, if your booking suites. Beach is not far away. Breakfast is great but would recommend to dine out many places to choose from but you will have to commute. Staff are as friendly, if you are expecting a real 5 star service this not the place to be. I enjoyed my visit.

You pay 190 usd for the night and you still don't have the right to get a free bottle of water in your room. The cost of the bottle of 1L is 4 dollars.

You stay and you pay half-board stay with breakfast and dinner included, but you still need to pay for a bottle of water during your dinner or breakfast.

One of the worst vacations ever. Some of the service staff are okay and want to do the right thing. However that's not the case for all staff and the hotel was without Wi-Fi for a week. TV also not working for the four rooms we rented. The management couldn't do anything to fix it. They didn't seem to think it was important. They also thought it was fine to charge guests 100% of the bill (non refundable) and then not deliver all the services promised. For example, aside from no Wi-Fi, there is only 1 restaurant and several others that sit empty and are not open to guests. Kids club not open for some unknown reason even though this is promoted as a family property. The pool would be okay if it didn't have so much algae. It hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Very disgusting. The general manager is invisible and doesn't seem available to ever speak with guests. Think carefully before you spend your time and hard earned money at this hotel.

It can be anything but a five stars hotel ! I would never make a step there again ! It’s pure waste of money ! I wanted to go home from the first hour i was there. Everything is old here from the 90s starting from the reception to the room.
They charge you for breathing ! Even for a bottle of water during eating.
The food is so basic and not tasty at all.
There’s no activities like literally nothing. We felt bored to death.
A very small heated swimming pool, it’s already crowded with 3 people there.
No one is smiling here or welcoming, they actually feel sorry for you for choosing such a place and they are actually right.
It’s a place where everyone thinks about money and how much you’re gonna be forced to pay when you leave.
I regret it so much and i ll keep not recommending it !

Beautiful and clean hotel with a very nice garden. The service is really top and mainly from Maitre d'hôtel Hichem. He is always deploying all the efforts to have the client happy. I really enjoyed the stay.

If you’re looking for a 5* experience, this isn’t it. However, the hotel looks lovely. Everything is kept clean and tidy and the staff are as helpful as they can be. It would help if more staff understood English as there were some communication problems. The food is sub-standard and needs improvement. Considering the price you are paying. Spa area is really nice and relaxing.

A luxurious, elegant, clean hotel. I thank all the hotel employees, in particular, Mr. Director Radwan for the good dealings with us, and the girl Iman at the reception for facilitating our requirements. I also thank the chef Boulbeba for preparing the most delicious meals for us ... and do not forget the massage at Mrs. Ghazaleh is more than wonderful ... Indeed. A hotel that deserves five stars and ten out of ten .... Najet om Rayen

Good but old hotel. In a slow decline for several years though I think. Definately needs updating. No tea making facilities in the room. Not even complimentary bottled water in the room either.
Also in my opinion a foolish policy preventing you from bringing food , snacks or even water from outside. With gate guards who will stop you bringing water in.
Staff are very nice and helpful on the whole.

However the hotel doors do not lock from the inside. This caused a major upset when we arrived. We were given a key for a room that was already occupied. Understandably the lady in the room was very upset and frightened to have strangers enter her room at 2am.
Overall, it's not what I expect from a 5 star hotel

Last time I paid for breakfast and realised that breakfast was free for all guests when I got there. Just email the hotel to confirm before you book half board. There are nice places to eat out but some places are closed.

Can't compare it to the standard in 15-16. I have been there in 2019 only. Wasn't spectacular. Service is very slow (waiting for 1 hr to get new blanket). The hotel was 3/4 empty. They've served alcohol but I don't know if that was only exceptional (was a conference).

Hi, I’m not sure. During my stay I didn’t see any ladies wearing a burkina. I would advise to call the hotel directly to confirm. Sorry couldn’t be more help!
