This resort is very relaxing place to stay. Merirose and the rest of the staff were very attentive and helpful. The resort has many different room size choices to accommodate any group size. They also have many public and private pools depending on your needs. The cook will prepare any meal you want made to order. Or you can cook and grill for yourself. They have an animal sanctuary and zoo that is free with your stay. There is a 5 story water slide and a wave pool. Overall Pansol resort is a nice, relaxing place to spend time . Be sure to say Hi to Natalie at the front desk.

Value for money, Very nice rides and slides. We are family (10 pax) Needs renovation and additional improvement on some areas. The Acoustic Band was amazing and entertaining. We all enjoyed, but the pool needs to be cleaned too , water must be changed and the tiles are dangerous and slippery because its dirty on some areas. The rooms beddings needs to be changed property also almost everything is fading, more renovation and improvements too. Linens are liked unchanged too. Overall average.

When we arrived at this property early in the afternoon. The bedroom had a wooden floor and was sparesely furnished with a tiny television among the features. Airconditioning was somewhat ineffective, probably the bedroom was large. But I could not obtain my satisfactory. I have stayed.. I won't be returning

We were told that their room accomodation for 40pax was already reserved to us. They said on the phone that there was no need for downpayment. When we arrived there, they said the room was already booked for someone else 3 months ago. What level of incompetence is that? They kept insisting that there was no reservation under our name. When they finally looked through their "scribble records" they found it. It was noted that we were booked for the convention hall. Why the hell did they do that? We clearly described the rooms we want because we booked the same rooms for 40pax with a private pool same time last year. They were also insisting that they were on a first come first serve basis but they never mentioned that on the phone! We were a big group with kids expecting we'll have rooms to sleep in. We got a pavillion instead. The kids uncomfortably slept on wood tables and the rest of us TRIED to sleep on wood benches. The facilities are DECREPIT. Their bathrooms are horrible. Dirty, broken doors/cubicles, broken lights, insufficient water flow, not a single hook for bags/towels. WORST I HAVE SEEN IS THE OUTDOOR SHOWER WALLS HAVE MAGGOTS!! All the swimming pools smell bad. The water is murky. Even the pool which was "cleaned" thats why it was closed before, we were first to get in but the water is already smelly. NEVER GOING BACK. DONT BOOK WITH THEM IF YOU DONT WANT HEADACHES, SKIN DISEASE AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. (My mom was livid because they had the nerve to tell us "wala naman pong problema, magback out na lang kayo". Telling that to repeat customers you greatly incovenienced instead of making amends, very unprofessional management.) NO PHOTOS, WASTE OF MEMORY SPACE. ATTACHED ARE PROOF OF VISIT. APRIL 18-19 2019.

La Vista Pansol offers a great escape from the City. You can enjoy the view of Mt Makiling while swimming with the different pools of the resort. If you are missing the waves, you can experience the indoor wave pool of the resort. A mini zoo is also located inside the resort that you can visit. They have a lot of rooms to offer at an affordable price.

Our room looked old and had a musty smell which triggered my rhinitis. The beddings looked like they were from a cheap motel. They don't offer food service but rather have third-party concessionaires in the compound. Food was terrible especially the chicken which had a funky smell (probably what caused our tummy ache). The pork was rancid and tasted like it was frozen for weeks. The big pool was clean during our stay as well as the smaller pool near the rooms. The slides didn't look safe though – some turns are too sharp and we even saw some kids bump their heads on the slide before they fell into the pool. The one saving grace is the bathroom (albeit old) that turns into a jacuzzi which we really liked.

It's such a great experience. The resort is so beautiful, we enjoyed the slides and we enjoy our swimming there. The pool is clean and properly maintained. Staff are very accommodating. It's an amazing place where I wish to go back again. We sing using videoke and and had a great moments with them. Their slides are safe and advisable for all ages.

At first I was hesitant to join our family reunion due to not very good things I heard regarding this resort. But still since it's a family reunion it did not stop me from joining. We had a fun overnight stay, place is nice but since it's summer and hot, I did not enjoy the hot spring they have because it's freaking hot. If it's possible to reduce the temperature during summer season, it will be better.

Stayed overnight, from the hwy in pansol you need to take a tricyle going to the resort if you are commuting. Its a big resort with 3 swimming pools. A slide, and a zipline which is not working when we stayed. Room - We stayed in a kubo style room, at night its very eerie, bec the location is not properly lighted. The bed sheets seems too dusty and we saw the wooden flooring with mice poop. Pool - It looks clean, i like the wave pool with thw view of the mountain. Food - You will not find a good restaurant here, you can call at the reception to order food from outside but its too pricey maybe bec of the location of the resort. Might as well buy food first before you check in at this resort. Or try thier karinderia style eood store that they have which is cheap. Zoo- you can see a lot of rescued animals here, its a surprise that they have this amenity. But i pity those caged animals specially the birds / parrots , some are bald and it looks that they are very hungry, and guest are not allowed to fed them. This resort is good for daytour but staying overnyt is not advisable for couple. ( not too much to see ). However, This is good for groups bec i saw a lot of accomodation with multiple beds, they also have a function room. They have a pool bar, billiards table and dart boards. Hope they can improve and utilize their big space and add some good resto.
