My boyfriend and I booked a room in this pension for a week of winter fun in beautiful Colfosco. We were delighted to find this pension run by an Italian family that was absolutely lovely to us. Their kindness truly made us feel like welcome guests. They even celebrated our joy with us when we got engaged during our trip and recommended an excellent romantic restaurant to us to celebrate (Stria). This is a beautiful pension where you will feel like part of the family.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and roomy as was the en-suite, the beds were comfy and there was plenty of storage. The service was friendly, the food fantastic with good variety and quality. The location was handy for ski hire, lockers, lifts and ski school. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent , Family run hotel . Food and accommodation amazing. Great position just off the Ski Slopes . Skiing area very vast . Had a fantastic week Skiing with good snow and fantastic weather. Would definitely stay here again.

We found this a perfect, cute and clean family owned hotel (pension) that has all you need to enjoy a week of skiing in traditional Ladin style. High quality for good price. It is great to still see these accommodations remaining in a ski area that is slowly becoming expensive and posh with large hotels and out of proportions spas and chef-like cooking. We are happy to leave this to others. Pension Mirandola is located in very quiet position near the center of Colfosco. 5-10 minutes walk from the Sellaronda ski slope. There is a skibus, but it is not needed. The food is varied between Italian and Ladin specialties (we, Italians, enjoy the latter the most). Quantity and quality is perfect (even though we suggest to serve the salad buffet every night, instead of every other). There is a small sauna, but it can be reserved all for you if reserved in advance (from the ski hill is good enough). Patrizia and Rudy are very hospitable and treated us magnificently (if you can take a couple of jokes against the Italians..but this is part of the Tirolese experience). In Colfosco, this is more than all you need. Overall a great place and great experience, from someone that has been visiting the dolomites every year since more than 30 years back. Please resist to un-mountain like luxury and keep it this way, we will be back! …

We had a great week in Rudi and Patrizia's guesthouse, a charming small "pension", run in a family style where undoubtedly the owners contribute a lot to the family atmosphere. The rooms offer everyhting one can wish for, they're very clean and spacious and there is also an elevator. The food is great, fresh and tasty! Rudi is a great entertainer during your meals, do not miss him! The location is 5 min away on foot from the slopes, in a small mountainous village which is also one of the starting points of the famous Sellaronda! All in all a great choice from every point of view for a wonderful holiday!
