Cosy, simple yet stylish place offers a cool retreat in a peaceful and calm harbour of Luka Sipanska. Very well restored property with friendly staff provides incredible value for money service that is hard to match in Dubrovnik. I have found my home away from home, I hope. =)

This hotel is a little gem. Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days here, the staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble for them, loaning us bottle openers and all sorts on the couple of stormy days we had. The building looks like it's been refurbished quite recently, and the free upgrade on arrival to a room with a mini-bar...

An excellent hotel in a perfect location. The hotel is situated on a beautiful bay in Sipanksa Luka, on the northern part of the island of Otok Sipan. This is perfect as the majority of the day tourists and most of the ferries to Dubrovnik arrive in Sudurad, 5km away, ensuring that the area remains quiet and peaceful. Dubrovnik is...

Sipan is peaceful, beautiful and simple. If you go on holiday to spend your time inside a hotel then this is not for you. Sipan is about being outside relaxing in the great weather and swimming in the calm clear sea. The hotel is perfectly adequate, could do with a lick of paint or updated bathroom suites..but in all honesty...

This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The location is just perfect and the hotel is made so by the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. The rooms are well decorated although the bathrooms are a little on the small side. The view from the sea-view rooms is stunning! The resort itself is peaceful and relaxing...

Thanks to jet2.com we have just spent 10 amazing nights in this small but perfect hotel. Don't expect any thrills but it's so clean, quiet and if you just want to get away from everyday hustle and bustle it's perfect. All the staff are very friendly and they all speak very good English. The reception staff are all great but...

Ok that's in my opinion but it is amazing! Take a look at some of the photos I have added. Hotel Sipan is absolutely gorgeous, both inside and outside. The view of the hotel from Sipanska Luka promenade is amazing, the view of the island and harbour from the front of the hotel is amazing, the desk staff are polite,...

The staff of this hotel in Sipanska Luka are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed some simple but delicious meals of grilled fish, seafood risotto and local cheeses and wines, perfect on a hot summer's night, sitting on the small harbour-facing restaurant terrace. It is a lovely spot to watch the boats and ferries coming in and out. We hired some...

Beautiful hotel with very helpful receptionist. Nice and clean room with comfortable but a little small bed. Hotel is situated in very nice and quiet place. We love it. We can recommend the rent of bikes or paddleboards. Bus continues every ferry to Sudurad.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The hotel is located at the north side on the island Šipan in the very South of Croatia, a district of Dubrovnik and is only 9 sea miles off the mainland. This charming 75 room hotel is situated on the waterfront in Sipanska Luka Bay typically known as a “Riva” providing guests with “picture postcard” views of the bay and the visiting luxury yachts that anchor in front of the hotel.. Known for its charm as a fishing village, the bay also provides one of the best sandy beach locations in the Elafiti Islands and with a west facing perspective provides dramatic sunsets over the Elafiti Islands.Šipan is an experience hard to find anywhere else in the Mediterranean, a place for true originality and romance, an experience of the real Croatia, unspoiled by mass-tourism and its consequences. ... more   less
