A Hidden Gem of the south. Every time I went for vacation I would never miss going to Dakak with my Family. My Nephew and Nieces enjoyed Horseback riding, Jet Skiing, and the zipline was amazing. The staff were very accommodating. Food was great! I would highly recommend this place to everyone and love to come back here again soon.
Love spending Valentines day here at Villa Angelina Luxury Suites with my Family.. Execllent quality services, staffs are very accommodating. ❤️ My Baby Bella Grace enjoying her vacation… 😍🥰 Definitely will be back this April. 🙏😍😍
It was our first time to visit villa angelina. The suites was totally nice.. luxury cya talaga.. big rooms, nice sofa, and the bed was so soft and comfy.. no complains there. so we went to check on the jacuzzi, and bam!!! super dumi.. lots of black ants ... the water was very dirty.. full of leaves and brownish color..The Hot water was not working hahahaha kaloka.. The bathroom faucet was also leaking with waters. It would drip on the floor everytime we wash our hands.. gossshh very disappointing. Do they even check on their facilities??? and to think they want us to deposit an incident fee worth 3500. The staff is not that friendly.. parang galit yata. more smile pleassseeeee. Upon checking out, of course we have to wait for the van to pick us up since no cars are…
My family saved for months because we wanted to try and stay at their most luxurious room the Casita Cliffside (Villa Angelina) for New Year and experience room service that you cannot just find in ordinary resorts and hotels. To our dismay, 20,000 pesos per night's worth of room is just only that. Care and service by the staff are so terrible. The soap, toothpaste and shampoo they gave us were so tiny, it would not have been enough for 1 use for a single person. And when we asked for more, well only the ghosts have heard us. No such items were delivered. We paid for an additional 3 people and for the bed they would sleep at. But they did not provide the amenities needed for every one of us. There were 6 of us and the room only had 2 towels, the free water they gave us only…
It's been eight full years since I last stayed at reviewed Dakak Park & Beach Resort, and truth be told, with the COVID-19 pandemic being what it is, I never actually thought I'd get to go back there, at least not this soon, but I am glad I got to go, this time with my wife. At the outset I'd like to report, quite enthusiastically, that the room we stayed in was a huge improvement from the one I had stayed in eight years ago. It was basically the same room but comprehensively refurbished. Gone was the picture tube television and the non-functional intercom, replace with all modern amenities. I was very grateful for this. I was also happy to see the beach again, which was really very welcoming for the most part, though the one aspect that my wife and I noticed was the culvert…
I had friends visiting Dipolog and Dakak where Villa Angelina is at is one of the nearby must-see attractions. I communicated via email with their Front Desk/Reservations for the purpose of sending the downpayment, asking for entry requirements since my friends were from manila and other things. Glydel, the Front Desk/Reservations Officer who I coordinated with for our reservations and requirements stretched my patience to the limits.Their contact numbers are all mobile phones and it would take so many rings before she would pick up, most of the time she would not answer at all. I probably called the two numbers they gave me more than 20 times the day before my guests were due to arrive since they assured they would process the letter of acceptance from the city. In the end,…
We arrived at 2pm, which is the check-in time but they provided us our rooms at 4pm. We have 6 rooms booked. 2 of the rooms were available at 5pm. They said they were still cleaning them. The resort was fully booked but no festive feeling for guests. The food was ordinary, no shows, no buffet. Nada. And we were asked to check out on time. NOT FAIR.
I would really want to commend the staff of Dakak Beach Resort and Villa Angelina Luxury Suites. They have excellent quality service, very nice amenities and the best part here, we got it on promo 😊 It’s actually my second time visiting this resort this year yet I want to come back as soon as possible! Indeed, it’s a luxury treat.
Like the title says, Dakak is beautiful, but not worth the price. It should be around 9k, with 12k being the max in my opinion. Tip: DO NOT take the beach casa rooms! They are the most expensive rooms, but are worse and actually smaller than the Cliffside rooms. If you go there thinking more expensive room are better, you'll be dead wrong. Take the Cliffside rooms instead. If you can, insist on getting a checklist of what the room should contain. My friend's Cliffside room did not have a robe, bubble bath soap, wifi, nor the remote control for the motorized curtains. Our room did not have bedside speakers and wifi. Another thing I noticed is their shuttle drivers have little to no knowledge about the rooms. When asking for the difference between Cliffside a and b, they…
Having stayed at dakak resort for over 3 weeks I can sincerely say that the resort is a paradise...white Sandy beach, lush greenery around and comfortable rooms with a private terrace. The staff and service provided are second to none. The new international restaurant Sea Catch raised the standards of the food which would otherwise be limited. We then enjoyed the highlight of our stay at the exclusive Villa Angelina. This was indeed the icing on the cake. The ambience was perfect to unwind, enjoy a romantic stay and be pampered. Our room overlooked the beautiful beach and the jacuzzi on our terrace was perfect to enjoy our sundowners. Highly recommend this experience. And by the way the golf course is probably one of the best you can find.....it’s just stunning...
