Search for places to stay in in Dapitan and this first comes out. True to its name, the place feels like a well-maintained home that has been passed on through generations. There is a consistent cozy vibe to the place from the lobby to corners in the hallway where you can rest or take photos. The room is cozy yet also modern - well-lit, airconditioned and bed I had is big enough for 2-3 people. They have a cabinet too where you can hang your clothes. This was important to me at that time since I've been travelling for days and some of my clothes need airdrying. Location-wise, it is walking distance or a quick tricycle ride away from the market and boulevard. Room fee includes an ala carte breakfast of your choice. They open as early as 6AM which is perfect if you intend to start your day early. Staff may not always be on the reception desk but they literally come out in seconds after you ring the bell.

We stayed here for 6 nights and we felt like we were home away from home. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. Do not be deceived by its size and its simple lobby. This hotel is perfect for budget-travellers and families. Thumbs-up the friendly and helpful staff despite the busy hours. We got every help we needed even before we asked. The free Filipino breakfast had little varieties but enough to fill our tummy. Our room was clean and beds were comfy. Air-conditioner was well-functioning and the television had lots of channels to choose from. You can even rent a bicycle for only 50 pesos per day (up to 5pm only). All in all, we had a nice experience with this hotel.

The price is reasonable. Good Complimentary Breakfast with dessert. Clean room and quiet aircond and hot shower needs to adjust by yourself. Wifi is good. Used to be ancestral house one of the Dapitan Family Clan. You can witness some of the floors, post, windows, swing chair are still intact to respect and preserve the heritage of this ancestral place. Walking distant to the Rizal site in the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have a free bike to tour around the city and they provides map route. You can drive to DAKAK resort for day time and stay in this hotel will save you some extra expenses.

Located in the Centre of Dapitan. Travel Bee Heritage Inn used to be the Ancestral House of one of Dapitan's Clans. The hotel looks like it has been renovated but elements of the old house still remains like the flooring and posts, doors, windows. Check In was fast. Their Staff here are friendly. Room for the price is okay. It was Cool, Clean and Comfortable. There is Hot shower but the water was too hot for me so i just used it on and off. Breakfast is a Choice between Rice Plates (Corned Beef, Hotdog, Longaniza etc). Coffee and Tea is unlimited. Most of the Sights are Walking Distance. The Church, the Relief Map, the Adasa House Casa Real, etc. The most important Rizal Site, the Rizal Shrine is 2.4Km away and can be reached by Walking if you want or by tricycle for just 8 pesos a person. It was a Good Stay and would he happy to reccomend Travel Bee if asked about where to stay in Dapitan.

Stayed for 2 nights with a friend. They provided us a room with 2 single beds. They got your basic necessities. Location is near to some spots (walking distance). Breakfast is good, just the right amount for me. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. You would not hesitate to talk to them as they are already smiling before you approach. Checkout is at 12pm but we got a bit delayed from the last spot we've been to and checkout at around 1pm without frills. Will recommend to my traveller friends.

Stayed for 2 days with my family and we're all satisfied, Rooms we're clean and the staff we're kind, they even considered my booking which I entered wrong date of check in. The hotel is situated in a quite location of the City, close to one of the tourist spots which is Fantasy Land. Definitely going back.

stayed overnight in this tourist inn with some friends..spacious and clean rooms with basic facilities and amenities.. friendly and polite staff..the dining area projects old charm with wooden furnitures and decors..i love the gold-colored bikes placed near the stairs in every floor.. they rent-out bikes for 50 pesos a day...room rate is very affordable..as the walls and doors are not sound-proof, be ready to hear noises from outside of your room.......

Friendly service staff, neat rooms (even though the bed sheets are really thin) but it's worth the cheap price I paid. Also, the wifi can't reach my room and my data also suck. The AC is also good because it really cools the room. Restroom is also clean, with heater. The interiors of the hotel is quite unique and historical. Liked it!

For a cheap Inn, thumbs up. I give 4 stars. Clean, affordable, good food (breakfast), and spacious rooms. You can choose if you want to have a room with or without heaters. Free coffee and bread in breakfast with margarine on it. It would be best if they have cabinets. 4 stars would be a good discription on this Inn.
