Nice place, its as if you own a mansion for a night. The place so quite that you can relax by the sea. We stayed in their main building and the room looks old. Their foam and matresses are old too. But the linens are clean and well starched. Some of the staff specially in their kitchen are very accommodating, friendly staff that you can speak and ask. However, during our last stay, it took a while before we have our breakfast served and we were a bit late in the airport already.
stayed here for 10 days with my fiance what a beautiful place right on the beach the room was very clean and big and about 20 steps to the sea so perfect the staff very friendly and very helpful would stay here again
It was an unplanned trip and here we came to this place with an elegant facade and landscape. we were treated nicely by the staff as though we are the owners of the place. The staff are very accommodating and even prepared breakfast for the family upon request. And most of all, their rates are easy on the budget. If you happen to go to Dapitan for a night or two, this is a must stay place. I fell in love with the place and promised to come back soon. Btw, this is a pet friendly place too. We brought our pet dog with us and they gladly accommodated our fur baby provided it was toilet trained. I'm extra glad that there are still places who wants to accommodate this fur babies to stay with us during our trip.
We were looking for a last-minute place to stay in and then we ended up extending for 2 more days. It was 1500php for an airconditioned room for 3 people (1 double bed, 1 single bed). Room is clean with cable TV. Only downside I could think of is the weak shower but they do have hot water. It's around 800m to gloria fantasyland and we didn't mind the walk along sunset blvd as it was quite nice. Breakfast is 100-150php per plate and they have free flowing coffee and tea even if you don't avail of the breakfast.
The whole place felt very close to home probably because the property was once residential. Traces of the owner and house history is well evident. I love the Greek architecture or the house. The big pillars made everything feel majestic. I would recommend it for garden weddings.
