I would give it a zero star. No cleanliness, staff is rude and they do not work properly, pool is dirty, rooms are not clean. The room smelled like poop.the pictures looked good but irl, it’s the worst resort I have ever gone too.

Room pictures shown on the website / travel sites are misleading, Google Map location is also misleading. Staff & Food Quality was good! Cleanliness is Average! I would not recommend as there are many other good budget places with a much much better view & very close to the Beach!

We booked late night prior and paid 7800 advance after going there the hotel is scary and it didn't at all felt safe so we asked for refund. I understand cancellation policy also so We told him to cut for 1 night and give back the rest or allow us for some extension or other dates but we were nit keen with family to stay so atleast we thought those who like will give to frnds to stay better thn wasting. He didn't gave and he kept in saying he will call back to discuss but he didn't and started sending old screenshot. He never mentioned his cancellation policy while booking nor gave invoice. This kinds of hotels and owner should really be audited. Least least least manners. Doesn't deserve to be on trip advisor platform. Do secretly and see how they behave. I was very understanding and calm while talking but If I would have known he is unkind We would have never booked. He was forcing to book like only 2 rooms are available it vl get booked pay fast xyz.…

We stayed in Surali Sagar Beach Resort on 27th & 28th Dec 2020, resort is just opposite to Karde beach, rooms are clean but good for only two person...Food is not not good...Overall not value for money...

We had a very good time during our stay at *Surali wadi* in first week of October 2020 after the lockdown. We Loved the food and stay. The sea view from the room was fabulous, the room itself is very spacious and well cleaned. All staffs were co-operative and extremely courteous. The food through their room service was good and make it available in one call. During the pandemic situation they have measured all the safety and hygiene parameters. Special thanks to the owner Mr Bharat Mule for making our stay more memorable aslike family member.

The Hotel is really very good ... rooms are fresh and excellent service and food as well... Also the view form the hotel is awesome.... cant forget our stay there and wana go once again Your should visit this hotel if going to Karde beach. The place is really quite… If you are going as group please check the 8 beaded cottages as it are ultimate and fresh..

Disclaimer : Readers' discretion suggested I selected this place during off-season (7Sept) since i wanted a place with solitude and as per my past experience - way back in 2012. To summarize, over-all experience was better than many other popular tourist destinations. Began negotiation with Bharat (contact available on Surali website) and he offered the best he could. Reasons for choosing the resort : 1) reasonably priced when aligned to its placement on the planet (read : remotely located) 2) virgin beach right across the gate and visible from rooms & breakout area within the property. A street to walk along the coast of Arabian sea. Please do not compare its pricing with home-stay; if done it may seem pricey. Experience : As promised by Bharat, the staff provided us a warm welcome. 1) a) The ROOM was spacious. They arranged one at the ground floor, on my request due to parent's health constraint. It was clean and ready as per expectations. This particular room shares a short wall with a farm, and bugs should be expected. We managed to keeps those away using common senses (thus resort should not be held responsible for everything). Offers a HOT WATER shower to enjoy ;) b) Extra bedding : quality of mattresses need to be improved. We could afford only 1 shared room due to budget constraint. But there was no congestion even with 4 occupants (2 rooms recommended in this situation though). 2) The Property : It has sufficient area to stroll around during the dark (experienced during off season). Dimly lit and breezy. Instructed me to park the car to avoid any inconvenience to expected guests. But they cooperated with city stress we carried along, to provide some breathing space.(much needed) 3) FOOD : Bang On !! Full marks to the hands in the kitchen. I would call it as their USP. Reasonably priced. Day 1, we were served some good starters and excellent chicken in main course. Ordered Chicken-Kadhai (highly recommended), and were amazed by the tenderness of the chicken pieces. It was cooked to perfection; at-par with the chefs in multiple-star-rated hotels. Breakfast was equally good. The following afternoon, we requested for homely food without red-chilli and min. oil. Trust me, the cooks knew what they were doing in the kitchen. The second evening opened with a repeat order of first eve's Manchurian(do not compare to your city pubs) and Chilli-Paneer for starters and another variant of yet again awesome chicken-masala. [had complemented the cooks after 1st meal ;) ] 4) Service : Quite decent. Absolutely punctual. Tried to cater most of our request. (except for a frowning face in final 24hrs - probably due some internal issue). They attempted to leave us undisturbed as initially requested, to cooperate for a laid-back weekend after daily hustle. Laziest weekend ever spent ! ;) Areas of Improvement : 1) The additional mattresses need to be improved & a serious subject. The wool was broken all over; even after multiple replacements. We managed with our sleeping bags. 2) The staff gets to your nerves to check-out on the final morning, though the complete resort is un-occupied (rooms available). 3) Accept electronic fund transfer; its a pain to return to Dapoli to withdraw money. With no mobile phone signals in the area, could not contact Bharat on this issue; Staff seems quite adamant on this subject.…

We visited in the first week of April. They offered us ground floor Ac Executive room at Rs 3000/- for saturday and 2200/- for sunday & monday. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Overall even the croud around was very decent and majority were families so we were very comfortable. On speaking with the Manager I was very impressed that they have renovated the rooms and are working on feedback from guests. FOOD IS AMAZING !!!! We loved the seafood here. even few vegetarians from the family enjoyed the veg preparations. certainly the best seafood in dapoli I have every had. MUST EAT MODAK AND SURMAI FRY. Revisiting soon..

First thing - this is lodge, not at all a resort. Booked this from goibibo.com for 3700 per night. It is not at all worth for 3700, may be INR ~1800 with breakfast is ok, that too if other options are not available. The cover photo on tripadvisor is fake, at least it don't belong to this property. Food quality is bad, unhygienic kitchen. They promised complimentary b'fast but provide only 3 options (Poha, Upma and Thalipeeth), also when asked for the omlette they said bread is not available and the omellette is chargeable. Rs 500 for that kind of b'fast is too much. For lunch we ordered fried fish and chicken lollypop the fish served was very oily and stale (after complaint the waiter said we did not have the fresh stock), the lollypop was not up to the mark too. We had to go to nereby resorts for rest of our meals. Staff was ok, but during bfast they repeatedly asked for tea/coffee so as to avoid further complementary b'fast dishes. Also there is no network in the resort area, kids play area is not maintained, no wifi at this price, nereby sagar sawali has it with cheaper (per night) rates. Don't go for this unless no other resorts are available, avoid as far as possible. Sagar Sawali & Sagar Raj resorts are nereby and are better, cheaper and value for money.…
