The Food at Karisia was amazing. Kerry asked if we had any dietary considerations before the trip (we had none). The food was fresh with lots of delicious fruits and veggies. I am sure they can accommodate you with no difficulty. If you email them from the website they will answer any questions you may have. I can say that the food on our walking safari was some of the best we had during our entire trip.
