Detailed Reviews
Nice view, friendly owner and very accommodated and considerate to all our needs. The caretakers were always available if we ask for something to buy in the market coz its a bit too far. They only ask for gas fee. They also hep is cooking and they provide us charcoal for a minimal fee (20 pesos). The water fall is a must to see in Bolinao and eventhough the enchanted cave is a bit pricey, it was worth it.

Pros: somewhat clean inside the house.
Cons:
1. Lazy and drunk care taker. Drank that night and left all of the cigarettes and bottles of beers on the side of the house. The care taker on the other house next to us was a lot more clean and organize and it shows because I couldn’t see a single fly around their property.
2. Flies and bugs EVERYWHERE it was out of control. This only happens when the surrounding area is dirty and come to find out they dumped bags of trash on the side of the house.
3. Not enough towels, pillows and sheets for everyone even though they advertised it online that it sleeps 10+ people. They only accommodate for 8 or less!
4. Beds are uncomfortable.
5. The beach wasn’t that pretty. Too rocky and way too many seaweeds!
6. The toilet seats wasn’t placed properly so it moved ALOT.
7. The water in the house was very salty! It doesn’t have a good water filter system.
8. The doors doesn’t lock and they are hard to close. They need to fix and replace them.
We booked to stay here for 4 nights but ended up leaving after our second night. The caretaker who’s suppose to keep the area clean was missing in action and was drinking and smoking early in the morning. There were trash everywhere and they didn’t even bother cleaning up. Not responsible at all. The owner needs a new care taker. Someone who truly cares for the property.
