After travelling for 7hours, our vacation was almost ruined by the arrogant frontdesk supervisor. Frontliners should be oriented on treating their guests properly. She told me deal your problem in Singapore because "dun naman kayo nagbabayad!" After calling RCI Singapore for the discrepancies, RCI was fast to act and on our 4th day of our stay she apologized while touring other guests in the resort, but still she added an insult to the injury; she told the other guests that we are staying in their resort for 1 week FREE of charge!!! CORRECTION: An RCI guest is a paying customer even if they are staying for a week, those days are paid and are not free, come to think of it, ours, is already paid in advance and in full. The staff and manager of this resort were not friendly and accommodating. Went here for our company outing last summer and we were not happy with their customer service. The place was clean and average.

It was a good oasis out of Manila. However, I felt that the activities/options offered were limited. The amenities within the resort were ok - gaming room, the beach was disappointing. I felt the volleyball was the only viable option at the time. Was hoping for more water sports.

First off, the place was immaculate. We stayed for 2 nights, 3 days, in 4 separate rooms, and we loved how clean and modern everything was. What was disappointing was the inconsistency with the service staff. There appears to be a big communication breakdown between, well, everyone. One staff will say this, then another one contradicts it. They were consistently inconsistent the entire time we were there, it became old pretty quickly. They were small things (i.e. whether we can take a restaurant menu back to the room for room service since there wasn't any; or how many complimentary pillows come with the room with the additional people added; or how early they can serve hot water for coffee in the room). Spent a week at Puerto Del sol Resort as a timeshare swap and had a wonderful time. Room was relatively small, but OK. Facilities were excellent with one pool only 5 metres from our door and another only 15 metres away - both kept beautifully clean. Staff were fantastic - aleays friendly (you almost got tired of saying hello) and obliging. Restaurant had a good range of meals, however vegetarian choices were limited. Food itself was great and would highly recommend the Seafood Kare Kare. Transport around the area was easy to obtain if you were willing to ride on the local tricycles (125cc motorbike & sidecar), otherwise the resort had limited free shuttle to Bolinao or fairly expensive transfers for tours. We stayed in Sitio Amore for two days and one night. Positive comment: Pool was great. Pool waters were warm. Beach good for kids everyday low tide. Our food was managed buffet per contract. Most importantly the service, PDS has amazing captain waiter named Zosimo keeping the flow and vibes great. Thank you Sir Zosimo, its a job well done sir! As for Ms. Elma you can always keep the positive vibes po. My boss enjoyed the stay (i.e. food and room) and quoted that its one of the most pleasurable accommodation so far. Overall, Ms. Kim Nero! Kudos for housekeeping and restaurant services. Food taste and selection is a hit-or-miss. They have an ongoing promo for breakfast and dinner. Either the selection and taste is good or bad. No middle ground. Your gate guards spoil the resort experience. They behave like they are securing an illegal activity and not a resort. The duvet cover felt moist! Time to change these. The person (old guy) i think in charge of the f&b told our group that reservation of tables was not allowed for dinner and breakfast. How come I see 'reserved' signs on top of the tables the night before? He is doing a disservice to this resort.

Saw this property on IG and decided to give it a try. I made a mistake thinking that the one I saw on instagram is the same room that I booked for, unfortunately, the room that I got was part of the old section of the property. Not that bad, but I felt that with the rates I paid for, I should have gotten something better. The newly developed part of the resort definitely has better rooms and is closer to the beach and with a better pool. Would comeback next time and would make sure to stay at the new area. Food was ok and customer service needs some work. I complained about the air conditioner thats not working properly and yet one of the attendants were saying over and over again that its not broken yet we're sweating and its not cooling the room properly and we requested…

Puerto del Sol is my most recommended beach resort in Bolinao – a great place for relaxation! My family and I enjoyed our 4 days and 3 nights stay at the resort. The meals are good and you have a lot of options that will satisfy your cravings. The facilities are well-maintained. We also availed their optional tour to different tourist spots in Bolinao such as the Sea Cave. The hotel staffs are very much willing to assist us all throughout our stay especially that I’m also with my grandmother (which also enjoyed the provincial and peaceful feels of the resort). This place is highly recommended for someone who’s looking for a place with serenity where you can have the peace of mind and the sunsets are very nostalgic and so calming. Will definitely go back! :)

I and my officemates thought that the rate is expensive for 4 persons. We booked mansion villa and costs Php 9,850. When we arrived at the resort, we realized that the rate is not bad and we don’t have any regret choosing Puerto Del Sol. All staffs are accommodating, from security guards to waiters. They will always give you a warm smile plus many great foods to serve. We are lucky because during our stay the breakfast and dinner are buffet, The amenities are so good.
