Staff (front desk) is aggressive, non accommodating and impolite. Save for the room attendant and the supervisor who acknowledged the hotel's lapses and made room to correct flaws. Room rates are very affordable. Borderline cheap. Although bear in mind that you get what you pay for. Don't expect much. Proximity to the nearest mall/grocery is a challenge. Will take about 45 minutes by tricycle. Hotel is quite secluded. Rooms are not maintained. Stains of old paint and smears of grease and dirt adorn your walls. Broken tiles with mold buildup. Some rooms do not have a clothesline nor a cabinet to hang your clothes. Rest room has no exhaust and there is no shower curtain. Some locks are broken too. AC and water heater are quite old hence the poor performance. On the plus side, water supply has a good pressure. You have a digital tv, but there's no cable nor any channel by air.

I think Villa Blanca Hotel in Tuguegarao City is the go-to hotel when it comes to budget accommodation and company events especially for small group like us. They have a dormitory type accommodation, air conditioned with private bath and television. For the day event, a free use of their air conditioned function hall, with free water and coffee for the rest of the day. For the budget conscious traveller, ask for their new rooms in the other building.

We stayed in Villa Blanca Hotel after our trip in Palaui. The price per night was really affordable. Good option for those who are under a tight budget or just looking for a place to stay for the night. Our tricycle fare from the van terminal to the hotel was 30 pesos per head. The place was a little farther than the center of the city but at least it was more quiet. The staff were nice and friendly to us. We booked a triple sharing room and it was okay for an overnight stay. We do not have much space in the room. I think the room is a better fit for only 2 beds. The air conditioning and television was fully functional. The shower heater was not working so it was a little difficult to take a shower during the morning since it was cold during our stay. Though the room may not be spacious, I may still consider going back to Villa Blanca when I come back to Tuguegarao.

http://www.travelbook.ph/philippines/cagayan/tuguegarao/villa_blanca_hotel_975877/?stayYear=2015&stayMonth=08&stayDay=11&stayCount=2, has the rooms at a rated 20% discount and when you ask them they dont know, the ad says jacuzzi room main bldg for php848.40 per night then when you text they dont have jacuzzi in main bldg or discounts, their jacuzzi room is php1800.00, so their advertised prices are wrong or travelbook has no idea of whats going on. the hotel should check thgeir ads to make sure they are correct!!! just from that its a poor choice!

We stayed there a few weekends ago. I want to commend the owner and the staff on making a follow up and asking when and what time will we arrive in Tuguegarao to make sure that the Service Card (White Nissan) can pick us up.The owner is really very friendly and the staff are very attentive. For 700 pesos, we had a very nice sleep on the aircon room with tv. Though if you stay at the frist floor of the hotel, the signal in wifi is not that good.

Me and a friend needed a cheap place to stay without to much luxury and the like. So, when we found out we could sleep here for around 700 pesos total we didn't expect much. Luckely we where plesantly surprised by this hotel; it's got all the standard accomodations. Hot shower, wifi, ok bed, television and helpful staff. What more can you expect for that price. So, overall very good.

When me and my friends were in Tuguegarao, we had a hard time looking for a place to stay since never reserved one before hand. After checking that this hotel is near the "main hi way" of Buntun and its bridge. From Don Domingo, we chartered a tricycle for 50pesos to Villa Blanca hotel. Just tell the driver "Villa Blanca" and they should know it. In case they don't, tell them "Villa Blanca along Pattaui". The hotel ground is big, there's the old building and there's the newer one which they call Annex building (easily noticeable). We were 3 at that time, got a room for 2 + an extra bed for 1190pesos. The staffs are surprisingly all male, from reception to crew. They are friendly and helpful though. The room we got was average, shower room is clean, water is hot but beds are not that comfy. Only one pillow is provided. Basics are provided like towel and soap. Weird thing is room key and remote control needs to have a deposit of 100pesos. I have seen on FourSquare that even service water are charged so I didn't even bother asking. Pros: budget friendly, staffs are well trained and spacious hotel grounds Cons: below average sleep quality, they charge room key and tv remote control (refundable once surrendered) Super Pro: they offer free shuttle service to and from TUG airport. They use a Nissan sedan. I liked my stay coz of this, so never miss this out.
