Very relaxing bed. Clean and Spacious room. Courteous and approchable hotel staff. It is just that the restaurant (Patio Enrico) i've waited for too long for my breakfast to be served, no updates given too by the staff not until i did the follow-up. No cuttleries given until I requested for it, no water offered, rude staff of restaurant in orange uniform, I've ask him first for something i wanted but all i got was his palm facing me and diverted to other customer asking who i think he know personally.

The hotel is nice since it is new. There is no hot shower. They will not tidy your room and give complimentary bottled water unless you ask them. The staff are kind and courteous with special mention to Yuan. I will definitely free recommend it since it is just beside Robinson’s Mall where you can dine ans shop.

The hotel is in a very good location. The hotel is also new, and the rooms are clean. There is a hot shower, but they just need to indicate which one is hot or cold. I had a good sleep and shower in this hotel. The staff are friendly too. Best hotel in Tueguegarao I think so far.

My stay at this hotel was simply excellent. The welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a great experience from the time I walked in. I was made to feel quite welcome right away by the staff's genuine kindness and easy check-in procedure. The room was a haven of comfort and style, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the cozy bed linens to the well-appointed amenities.

Everytime I visit tuguegarao I stayed in different hotel or a rented apartment but Go Hotels Plus is simply the best in the city, the comfort of rooms and amenities are super, the employees are amazingly well trained and polite, off course I've met the Hotel Manager (Ervin Dy) who is approchable with smile even with a face mask, Yuan of front desk and housekeeping manager Janela was so helpful and kind. My family has been here multiple times, and it still exceeds our expectations every time. The receptionists are always soft-spoken and smiling, perfect for when you're tired and just wanna rest without having to deal with people. Rooms are comfy, peaceful, and welcoming, great for a light sleeper like me. The way there are water dispensers in almost everywhere in each floor is great for when you're a heavy water drinker. Hot and cold shower water is available, tissues and multiple amenities for when you forget your own stuff AND they're even selling other toiletries when the stuff in your room isn't something you're looking for. Secured double locks too for solo travellers. Everyone who works there greets you good morning and good evening. Been here multiple times, still will be here multiple times more.

This hotel was the best place to stay in Tuguegarao! Everything was stellar - the service, the room, the location were all 5 stars. We will certainly be back. Every person on staff that we spoke to went above and beyond on an extremely busy weekend in the city. The bed was wide, and everything was extremely clean. Location was perfect - you could walk to all the mall,restaurants and bar easily. Near airport as well. Will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone I know visiting the city

I had a wonderful experience at the Go Hotels Plus Tuguegarao. Every staff member I encountered, from the guards to the check- in especially Ms. Kim to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The rooms were clean, very comfortable. Thank you! For the price, the amenities are spot on and the the staff are really friendly. The restaurant at the lobby, Patio Enrico, serves affordable and delicious meals. Lastly, the hotel is conveniently close to malls and to the airport (riding a tricycle will do).
