Not a great place to stay as a family especially if you have toddlers with you. Their restaurant is open for smokers and non smokers with no designated areas. Service is below average, unwelcoming and rude. The room has an odd and strong smell.

I stayed here in August 2019 for 3 weeks with my family. Things have improved over 2017 since my last review. Most staff wear a shirt identifying them as staff. The food was fabulous. The rooms were clean and tidy. Its a quiet location. No complaints at all here. Staff went above and beyond. We tipped every day although, i dont know what the practise us here in tipping. Prices were higher from 2017 by about 20$ CAD per night. Food also went up by a few pasos, but still somewhat reasonable. I recommend this hotel

Away from main city centre, this is the best option in the city. Rooms are spacious, clean and have minimal things. Surpringingly ne speed is very good. They also have shuttle service for city but for limited frequency. Staff are very courteous and helping. Food is very good.

The GOOD: Plated breakfast was yummy. Friendly staff. Affordable rates. Clean rooms. Nice vibe. Free airport service. The BAD: tap water was weak, hot water too hot, pool was under repair which was not mentioned in website, too out-of the-way you need car. The WORST: aircon was too weak, room was hot, stay out of room 206, in the notorious Tugue climate, are you kidding? VERDICT: the weak AC sapped the fun in our stay, do not stay here if you like cool AC rooms.

I love the large rooms. Max of 6 adults in the bigger rooms. If availability allows, you can get a room with a separate door to the pool. Even better, you get to have breakfast delivered at the table just outside that said door. Some rooms may even have another toilet. You get a free shuttle service to SM since not much choice of a better group transportation. The location is just farther from the main stream of transporation. The only negative is a smell once you get in the room. I though of it as “amoy ipis” but it’s actually coming from the bathroom drain which may be lacking a water seal. Overall the stay was great just put a lid on the drain when not in use.

Clean and spacious rooms. Accommodating personnel and good customer service. Make sure to double and triple check your reservation (they dont require downpayment) as they do not have a good system/control to monitor bookings Over-all Im happy and will come back when opportunity comes!

This is an oasis in the hottest place in the Philippines. My family stayed here 10 nights. We had no big issues staying here. There was some very minor upkeep issues with the wobbly bathroom tap and the calcium deposits on the faucets, but otherwise our room had air conditioning, and hot/cold water with a toilet that flushes. The pool was fantastic. We were in that every day. There is an algea issue that probably should be dealt with. This is especially noticeable on the steps and the rim of the pool. Pretty minor though. The staff were awesome. From the security to the servers, everyone gets a 10 star. Being Canadian, there was some language barriers, but the staff were good and i hope that they didn't find me arrogant. I tried to tip well here. Overall, the rooms were modern and up to date. The breakfast is free for only two people, not like here in Canada where its free for all the room guests. That would be my only real negative and its something to keep in mind that even if you book indicating all the people that will be staying there, only two get the free breakfast. Still, the meals were good and I found the prices reasonable from a Canadian standard, but it might be high for people that live and work in the Philippines. My family would definitely stay here again. Bob the owner is an amazingly pleasant person to speak with. If I had one suggestion, it would be that staff where a uniform clearly indicating that they work for the Hotel. Lots of times I didn't know who people were around the hotel whether they were employees or strangers.

Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Great place away from noisy road. Hospitable staffs they will not ignore you when you need assistance. Super delicious foods that you can enjoy. The wifi is down that time so we dont experience how fast or realiable is it. but the signal of globe network is fast. One of the best hotels ive stayed. Highly recommended 👍
