Stayed for a night after travelling all the way from Baguio City. The place is in the center of the city so going anywhere is easy. It has a parking space but can accommodate only two cars and a few motorcycles. The room where we stayed in is clean. Airconditioning is working perfectly. Rest room is clean. They provide you with the basic toiletries. It has a veranda overlooking the busy street outside.

Eventhough our room is small but it is very nice and very neat and very very cheap. Their toilet have hot and cold shower. The toilet was very clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. Thank you for the good hotek management.

We stayed 2 nights at this property and the room was clean and the bed, comfortable. I had a very good restful sleep as the aircon functioned well in cooling the room. The sheets were also acceptable. What I did not like though was the bathroom. It was very small and it was quite hard to move around. They could have done better planning with the size as the room was big and there was enough space.

This hotel is located at the central downtown or in the heart of Tuguegarao City, very near to the public Market and other nearby restaurants, fast food chain and shopping store. It's a four or five storey building and 15 - 20 minutes away from Tuguegarao Airport. Just to let you know, the hotel doesn't have elevator so you are oblige to use the the stairs especially when you stay at the 3rd or 4th floor. The check-in process went seamlessly, we booked this hotel through booking.com for a reasonable price of two (2) Double deluxe room with breakfast. I was able to get the contact of their front desk clerk and easily manage to have access in case I need to communicate with them, should I have inquiries regarding our booking. The rooms are pretty good but it was not a sound proof, you can hear the construction workers outside the hotel, feels like you are bombarded with noise coming from their construction tools, good thing we didn't stay that long, since we have to head over to the outskirts to visit our grand mother. You have few option for their complimentary breakfast. It is plated and I got the Longsilog with a brewed coffee, my cousins ordered Tapa or tapsilog. It was a okay, don't just expect too much on the food. Our room comes with few usual amenities that you see in a budget hotel such as air conditioner, a Panasonic LED TV, a comfortable bed, a working WIFI, Telephone, a desk and a bathroom. However, the hot and cold shower is not working, it was a bit annoying. There is also no water coming up on the 3rd floor causing the toilet and the sink to clogged. I can't give good ratings nor a bad one since we just stayed here at night to sleep, most of the time we were out. But I'd like to give credit and commendation to the excellent service of their staffs. They were all hospitable, helpful and friendly.
