Certificate of Excellence
In the heart of the beautiful Wilton Estate, The Pembroke Arms offers bedrooms, a restaurant & bar, plus elegant function rooms which are perfect for weddings or conferences. Our intention is to offer a relaxed, friendly and top-notch service in enticingly quirky surroundings - the hotel is furnished with beautiful, colonially-themed furniture from Rajasthan, supplemented with items from local suppliers and antique dealers. Our restaurant menu also makes the most of fresh, locally-sourced produce, creating delicious, excellent quality dishes that appeal to all.We are not a stuffy, corporate hotel group; we have an unconventional style which won't fail to impress as you step through the door; a passionate and obliging style of service that exceeds customer expectations.

My life is too short to deal with wannabee food critics who consider £12.95 for a two course meal bad value for money; therefore I’ll only reply to your last comment regarding fruit salad. Fresh fruit salad is marked on our menu as a vegan dish. Should we serve it with cream as standard? Should we ignore all legislation regarding food labelling potentially endangering the lives of our customers? This comment shows your lack of understanding of the food business these days. You try to kill our business and we will do our best to keep our customers alive. You win. All I suggest is that you should use your mouth more than the keyboard. Something like “May I have cream with that?” would have worked wonders. I’m just glad it won’t be here.

Hello I am afraid we don't have any rooms on the ground floor you mentioned, a lift/elevator. If you get in touch with us with dates of travel, we could check which rooms we have available on the first floor if this is suitable. Best wishes Pembroke Arms Hotel
