Just returned from a week for the half term school holidays. Villa number 46 is perfect. Beach is lovely and clean, just right for children. Most of the local shops and restaurants were closed which caused us a bit of a problem as we had not hired any cars. We went into Punta Prima where there were a couple of restaurants open, this was after hiring cars. We emailed a car hire company called Sol car hire in Mahon and they delivered and collected 2 nearly new lovely cars to us the next morning. They were brilliant no credit cards required just simple we paid cash 106 euros for each car for 5 days such a friendly reliable company. Supermarket Eroski just past Sant Lluis about 4 miles from Binibeca it has a good variety of products at reasonable prices and they also have a cafe that do amazing bacon rolls for breakfast. All in all a lovely break, very quiet and relaxing. Obviously would be better in season with more amenities open.

Lovely beach clean with toilet facilities. 16 1/2 euros for two sun beds with no umbrella. Six euros for French fries, and with pina colada and small beer not much change out of 20 euros. Would recommend a visit to the supermarket before or during your visit. Safe bathing though with life guards on patrol so safe for little ones.

We stayed for 2 weeks as two families in two apartments. We had requested apartments next to each other and on arrival were shown to two at the back which were unlike the rest in that they were single storey (apart from a small mezzanine floor) and had not been renovated. They were however, much cooler at night than those with the bedrooms upstairs, the beds were comfortable, the apartments were cleaned to an exceptionally high standard every day and the owners were so helpful and friendly. A lovely place to stay, a short walk from a lovely sandy beach with a bar, and from Binibeca Vell for restaurants and supermarkets.

We have just got back from a week at Binibeca Beach villas and we had a great time. The villas were basic but comfortable, the pool was lovely and had a lifeguard on duty all day, the owners/managers were extremely helpful and any problems were rectified immediately. They bent over backwards to help accommodate our needs

This was our second visit to the Beach Villas, they are basic but spotlessly clean and in a wonderful position overlooking the sea. On our 2 week stay the villa was cleaned 4 times with new bedding/towels.The Gardens are lovely and the pool area has plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The managers Fatima and Isidri work endlessly to keep the properties and grounds pristine.
