We came on 19th September for one week. The hotel is very huge with beautiful pools. Good food all day long, lot of fruits and vegetables, good sweets selection. The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and stylish. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Staff is wearing masks all the time, even animation. For guests there are termovisors at the entrance and at the restaurant. Also you luggage is disinfected once you arrive. Lot of families, good choice for families. Beautiful sandy beach and clear waters. I recommend!

We really enjoyed our first holiday abroad with kids, hotel was beautiful and pools were immaculate, catering staff were brilliant. Private Transfer to and from airport and hotel were brill, def recommend as only took about an hour and only cost 50 euros 💶 for a big 10 seater Mercedes luxury minibus. Def recommend sunset and garden pics, they were amazing although a bit on the expensive side, captured how beautiful it was Good selection of food for breakfast and lunch was the brilliant
Cons Evening food was very repetitive and bland, alcohol was poor quality, but you can buy nice cocktails not included in with the price near the beach. Only the main two restaurants were open, all the speciality ones were closed such as the steak house and sea food restaurant. Had to get up very early to put towels on sun beds next to pools, otherwise you wouldn’t get any- which is pretty standard tbf when you go abroad. More English speaking staff needed, as most of them only spoke Turkish or Russian Was dominated by Russians, which didn’t bother us apart from queue jumping all the time in restaurant queues (so if you can’t beat em join them 😂)
Negatives aside we loved the hotel and its surroundings and felt like we were in luxury and would definitely recommend

Don’t choose this hotel. It's not five stars, but two. Rooms overlook the trash can and the generator. Every morning they take out the garbage at 5 am, the noise is very loud. Every day they drill and build a roof. Food includes potatoes and chicken and that's it, the rest is not possible. Late dinner canceled. The brochure has changed the meal times and bar opening times, but even then they are closed. indoor pool and spa are closed. No animation for adults. We were told that the occupancy of the hotel, due to the pandemic, will be 50-60%, and in the end it will be 100%. We live in a room together, only one person will be able to wash, the second only after an hour, while the water is filled. You will receive cleaning in the room in the late afternoon, if you call cleaning at 8 am, she will come to clean only at 4-5 pm. Personal hygiene products are not replenished by the cleaning lady, moreover, she does not even know what is there. Only if you come up and try to explain what you need. Opening rooms is a separate topic altogether. You will be wearing bracelets, which you will change every day 5 times, since you will not be able to get into the room, since they do not work.
Every day you will be approached by an animator who will ask you to write a positive review about the hotel. There are almost no free sun loungers, since they are occupied from 8:00 in the morning until 19:00 in the evening with people who may not even come to swim, the hotel does not monitor this and is not going to follow! There is Wi Fi, but it turns off every 3 minutes and almost does not catch in the room. You can forget about entertainment altogether, from 21.00 to 22.00 there is a children's animation, and adults go to sleep, there is nothing for them. This hotel is not worth the money! The rest was completely ruined. The number could not be changed!

My trip was for 10 days (22-31 july) I'm disappointed, big hotel a lot of people but less staff, every time you need to stay in line for something, doesn't matter if you are at the bar or in the restaurant or waiting for elevators, because they opened just 1 restaurant and 1 bar at the beach , 2nd bar under the hotel. The employees don't know English and Russian languages. When you ask them for 2 tomatoes for example they can put in your plate 4 or just 1 ! They are not listen ! The sand is dirty and they don't care about it ! No music on the beach ! Poor wifi connection in the room, no wifi on the beach ! No kids activities, except mini disco (all of them are closed) Ice creams at the aquapark is closed! No mattresses on sunbed !

The hotel is stated 5 stars - I was very very excited to spend a week with my family in this amazing hotel as the photos we were shown before booking looked the part… it’s completely false advertisement the resort has 4 buildings 1 modern which they show you when booking and your chances of actually getting a room in that on is slim the other 3 buildings all outdated and very old buildings with smoke stained white goods 2 single beds pushed together with 2 different sizes of mattresses also stained no lock for the door so my 2 year old can let himself out whenever he wants I have to put the bedside table and out cases I front of the door to stop him from leaving there is a lock on the inside but that’s for the electric swipe to lock to stop maids entering but doesn’t stop children leaving … we booked all inclusive and paid a fortune for it to get here and find out you actually have to pay for everything literally everything costs money your literally only getting breakfast lunch dinner and drinks…. Also they do not cater for English speaking guests were not able to go to the entertainment as it’s all in either Turkish Russian or German I wouldn’t know as I speak English but I’m on day 5 of 7 and I have yet to hear one English song matter of fact even trying to find an English speaking member of staff is mission impossible the reception will send you to guest relation as they don’t understand you and you get there and guest relations don’t understand so you need to wait 20 mins plus for the one and only English speaking member of staff… the staff are wild they will take your order and instantly turn around to their college and speak in their own language and then laugh at you, they look at you as if your a freak of nature none of them know how to make cocktails properly each member gives you something different…. I would like to point out we are 5 days In and I have spent a whole day in bed I’ll and all I’ve ate is fruit and dry pasta is from this hotel… my 2 year old eats a lot and he’s now been I’ll for 2 days he was sick today and all he’s had is food from this hotel, they don’t do room service and they don’t allow you to eat in your room they tried to stop me taking bread up to my 2 year old when he hadn’t eaten in 24 hours and was I’ll it took a lot of energy to explain to them he is sick and it’s this hotels fault the food is awful… I’ve cried more than I have smiled I will not be back and I have been trying to find early flights home as I cannot take another second in this place what a shock it has been not for me or any of the 5 people travelling - were from Scotland and manners cost nothing but over here manners and kindness aren’t a thing it just doesn’t exist

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever been to. To Start, the bed is very uncomfortable and the bed sheet is basically a towel. The pillow is the thinest I've ever experienced. The room walls are so thin to the point where I was able to hear my neighbors in the bathroom.The food isn't amazing, but isn't bad.The buffet is spread out across a large room that by the time you get your food, you're probably over it. The wifi is so bad I cannot even explain it. You're lucky if you get a good connection for like 30 min. Don't even think about watching something thats live, it will never load. Only guests above 18 are allowed to have a key to the room which is a wrist band that I'm pretty sure they said you can not cut off or you will pay for it. Guests bellow 18 are given a red wrist bad that does absolutely nothing but give you horrible tan lines.
The pools are fun though, thats the only plus. The views are nice, and the only good thing about it is the location.
Overall, it is highly unlikely that We will ever return here.

We booked with the Dertur travel agency and were very disappointed. First of all, I had no idea what the difference between resort and world is, and secondly, an indescribable mess. When we arrived and checked in, it was the first disappointment, we were not where we actually wanted to be, that is, at the resort but at the word, small rooms, mess and disappointing staff. Having a small child of one year and 8 months with us, we tried to go to the reception to change our room, but they did not agree even if we paid extra. The girl who cleaned on the 2nd floor of the world building, first of all, didn't feel like I understood what she was saying, and secondly, she didn't even do room service, that is, to take the trash and change the towels. I don't want to change my underwear. On the 3rd day he moved us because the lady from the apartment went with us and oh my goodness they changed us to a higher floor where the room was bigger and the cleaning lady was super nice and cleaned really well. Our friends who stayed on the 2nd floor, poor people, never changed their underwear in 7 days, not to mention the towels that came once every 2 days and gave them 2 towels each, but they were 3. I will attach pictures from our first the room to see how it was. A smaller bed and another bigger one and I asked them to put them together and to raise one of the beds, he put beds under the mattresses and a topper on top, but you will see in the pictures how the topper was on the bed. Dirty parquet, dirty mirrors, dirty windows, a lot of dust, the door handle to the bathroom had to be rubbed with a wire because it was dirty. I do not recommend going to this hotel resort, whatever it is. The reception staff were not nice either. There were two, I think they were Russian, and they looked at you as if you had been there for nothing, the other boys were helpful. Our friends called the reception many times to clean them but in vain. He told them that someone would come to do it, but no one came or they came to give them 2 towels. And if the people from Lonicera read this review, they should take measures regarding cleanliness and the attitude of the staff. Terrible experience - overcrowded and the star rating is definitely off. This is not a five star hotel by any means although it is advertised as such. Even hotel employees confirmed this (there is only one part of the hotel that is renovated). The food is low quality and not varied. Not many healthy options either. We were supposed to be given a family room but what we got was a small bedroom and two extra beds in a sort of a corridor. When I asked the reception to change they said they had no availability! Also don’t count on finding a feee sun bed by the pool after 9 am - people are throwing their towels on the sun beds and no one is controlling if there is someone actually using them. The beach is tightly packed with sun beds and there is very little space between them. It was a terrible experience. I won’t be going back under no circumstances.

After first 2 days here my husband got food intoxication and was at emergency 1 day …. Baby 2 years of our friends was with food intoxication as well… Staff major of them unfriendly especially on coffee department… Food not really was I expected…. Fresh fruits in small portions … Cleaning not done properly in rooms … Everyone can make decisions for himself BUT definitely I don’t recommended this hotel !

There's multiple ramps and elevators. Even sunbeds for disabled people (don't know how you could get up the stairs to use the waterslides at the aquapark though). There's also plenty of space in the dining halls and enough to fit in the rooms
The premium one is a lot more expensive and I think it's a bit more modern, but Resort & Spa is better worth the price in my opinion, considering how you can use the premium beach and other things even if you are booked into a different Lonicera hotel.
