Beds and fouton are comfortable.
Toilet is separate which is very convenient, bathroom is divided in two rooms: 1. basin and washing machine and 2. shower and bath.

We really loved this cosy Japanese style hotel and would strongly recommend it! We are a family of 4 with kids of 12 and 9 years and the room was just the right size for us. It had the tatami beds (super comfy) ready when we arrived and it literally had everything, even a 3in1 USB charging cable, an extension lead and 4 dressing gowns. We stayed for 6 days / 5 nights and the hotel arranged housekeeping for us on the 4th day without us even asking, which was very nice. The shower was very powerful (if you turn the diverter past the shower symbol) and the shower room was like a wet room, so was quite spacious. Overall, we are all very satisfied!

This hotel was very good for my family, clean rooms, clean and equipped kitchen, private with heating and hot water, provides slippers, shampoo, conditioner, sponge, tea towels, coffee, razor, toothbrushes, etc.

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights (family of 5) and we loved it.
The hotel is close to good restaurants and Sensoji temple and at the same time, away from the noisy streets. The room we had was perfect for the kids to play. Our boys loved the typical Japanese bathroom. They could splash all the water they wanted without any issue.
Our bedroom was also equipped with a washing + drying machine (1 single machine). It was so convenient to do the laundry during the night (very silent). The clothes came back dried and very clean.
The A/C was working beautifully and was cooling the whole bedroom rapidly. It was much needed because of the very hot week (+31 C).
The key to our room is a pad with a code (no need of remembering bringing hotel cards).
The staff was very helpful. Miss Takakuwa helped us with all the little issues we had. We especially appreciated when Mr Ueda and herself took care of shipping of suitcases from Tokyo to Osaka (through Yamato transport) from the hotel lobby.
Our son kept saying that the staff is so kind that he wants to come back here every time!
We highly recommend this hotel and will certainly come back again.
