Location is fine, but it's nightstop area at Shinjuku . Lucky that ,other residents there is standard. Rooms' photo from website looks bigger then actual . Bed is too soft to sleep well. Not any special for this stay.

I didn’t see a gym in the hotel, but there were a couple of gyms within a short walk. One was called Tipness. Can’t recall the name of the other one, but it was on the way to Shinjuku Gyoen.

The rooms aren't the biggest I've stayed in but ample space for two adults and a toddler.
