The strong points of this hotel are the location, the presence of a moderately priced restaurant bar in the lobby and the slightly more spacious than average rooms. We only stayed one night but overall I would recommend this hotel. It is located 5 minutes from the center of Shibuya and the subway, which makes it very convenient. The rooms are a little old and not very soundproof but equipped with everything necessary and slightly more spacious than average. Breakfast not tried, but it didn't look appealing. However, this is not a problem because there are several cafes and places to eat in front of the hotel. The reception service was a bit poor, we struggled with the language, which is quite common in Japan but in this case slightly more pronounced, but nothing problematic. Recommended in general.

Location- not very near Shibuya station. At least a 6 to 8 mins walk. Hotel looks ok from the lobby but we checked into triple room with small tiny window with no view. Disappointed. Room still clean and ok, hotel room and toilet small but it’s ok, Shopping street nearby s, sat around 5mins walk away with Don Quixote, GU, Food restaurants available nearby. Hotel restaurant last order for dinner at 9.30pm (Japan time) . Restaurant close at 10pm Starbucks just diagonally across the street.

The hotel is strategically located within 5 minutes walking distance to most shops such as Animate, Mandarake, Bape, Tokyu Hands, Ichiran, etc. The newly opened Parco Shibuya is 1 minute walk away. Shibuya Station is about 10 minutes walk away. Hotel room is clean and although a little small (like most hotel rooms in Tokyo) is comfortable enough. The hotel staff is helpful in assisting us to procure a taxi to go to Shinjuku Station at the end of our stay.

Had a wonderfull stay at Shibuya Tobu Hotel. Great location! The hotel is near everything - Parco, Muji, Loft, Shibuya crossing. Right next door is a family Mart. The room was larger than we expected. The beds very comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t worth mentioning. 2 choises and the same every Day.

We stayed here for 3 nights, friendly helpful staff, very clean, quiet, lots of complimentary items in our room, toothbrushes and tooth paste, razors, slippers and plenty of shampoo, conditioners etc. Only let down as a westerner is the limited choice of breakfast - 2 alternatives, no fruit juices or cereals. But the fact that there is a Familymart next door that sells excellent sandwiches and breakfast items means that you won’t go hungry if you don’t like the breakfast. Rooms have fridges which come in useful. Would recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

Our stay at Shibuya Tobu Hotel was fantastic! The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Shibuya, with numerous restaurants and cafes nearby for breakfast. It was convenient to have a variety of dining options within walking distance, making it easy to start our day with a delicious meal. Additionally, the proximity to Shibuya's vibrant atmosphere and famous attractions made our stay even more enjoyable. I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and it was wonderful. It was about 7-8 minutes from Shibuya station, there’s a Family Mart next door which is like a 7-11- store. It’s very convenient to get drinks and snacks. Also, there’s an ATM at this store. Nice area, near Parco (Nintendo center and Pokémon Center) Tokyo Hands, BIC Camera, Don Q, Center Gai and Miyashita Park to name a few landmarks. It’s in the heart of Shibuya, near scramble square and Shibuya sky. Close to everything. The room I got was with two twins and it was the biggest of all the hotels I’ve stayed in Japan. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing about the room was there were no closets or drawers. It wasn’t a big con, because I kept my stuff in my luggage anyway. They also have helpful and very nice staff. They gladly kept my luggage until I’m fully ready to check out and leave. I will stay here again when I go back to Tokyo. It was a very pleasant stay, peaceful and quiet after long days exploring Tokyo. Arigato gozaimas Shibuya Tobu Hotel!

This is our fourth time staying here and just love it and the location. Yes the rooms are small but they are clean, tidy and have everything you need. It is a short ten minute walk to the famous Shibuya Crossing and train station. There are dozens of restaurants near by and you could shop up a storm at anytime you wanted. Love this fun, young area of Tokyo. Also if you are feeling tired, the restaurant in the foyer is fantastic with a large selection of drinks, tapas and meals, so you can stay in if you want without a care in the world. We will be back.

We wanted to visit Yoyogi Park, so this was a great location for that. It is also close to Shibuya Station. We had fun crossing the "Scramble Crossings" in the area, where people cross the streets diagonally as well as the usual ways. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The people at the desk were very friendly. We were looking at the umbrellas that were for sale, as it was raining, and someone came out from behind the desk with 2 umbrellas for us to borrow, since we were guests. We only stayed one night, but they kept our luggage behind the desk all day (after we checked out) as we walked around the area before heading elsewhere for the night.

the hotel is the most convenient place to be if you are on a budget friendly trip. It is close to the crossing, Shibuya station, shopping galore, next to variety store, Denny's across the street. I highly recommend it but it's very, very small. The washroom is tiny. We couldn't open our suitcases. The restaurant in the lobby has a small selection of choices but there is coffee. The staff at the front desk are super helpful and their English was enough to get by.
