This was the 3rd time my wife and I stayed at the Park Hotel Tokyo. It is a wonderful hotel with an extremely helpful staff.

The hotel itself has one of the nicest lobbies, with views of the Tokyo tower and Mt Fuji (on a clear day). It’s a 15 min walk from the heart of Ginza, it has the Shiodome station right next door and Shimbashi station is about a 5 min walk away. This allows you to get around on the subway system easily.

The rooms are clean and a good size for a Tokyo hotel. There is a fitness center as well, albeit quite small it still gets the job done for those looking to stay on top of workouts while on vacation.

Their concierge service is great at helping with booking restaurants that would otherwise be difficult to do on your own.

We’ve stayed at the Park Hotel now 3 years in a row and love it. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very conveniently located above the Shiidome metro station and only a short walk to the Shimbashi JR Station. So all of Tokyo is within easy striking distance from there and it’s an easy walk to Ginza, Tukji fish markets and the beautiful Hamarikyu gardens.

The hotel staff were all very helpful and attentive. We had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant and the hotel rooms are nicely designed with different artistic works in each room. Great views from the hotel tower, you will probably see Mt Fuji in a clear day from the hotel lobby.

All in all a very comfortable and happy stay for my family.

We booked this hotel after viewing the artist rooms online and we weren't disappointed. Although they do not assign rooms ahead of time we gave them a list of preferable rooms (if they were available) and got the geisha goldfish, which was incredible. The view of the Tokyo Tower made it even better.

Staff was polite and helpful. They booked a few restaurant reservations we asked about beforehand and even gave us a map for how to locate them. The only slight downside is at one of the high end steak restaurants (Satou) they required you to book ahead of time certain meals, which we weren't aware of, so my husband was unable to get his meal of choice. On the English speaking websites we didn't see anything about this and can't blame the concierge, but just a note in the future would be helpful for the concierge to follow up with the restaurant if any additional reservations are required.

All in all would recommend! Great location (close to subways) and was the perfect choice for our honeymoon and fit within our budget. The front desk was even kind enough to give us champagne and there were decorations as well in our room. Thank you for making our four days in Tokyo for our honeymoon a wonderful time.

Perfect for our 4-night stay in Tokyo - the staff was super helpful and spoke great English. The Hotel is located in the Ginza area of Tokyo so it is very easy to walk to beautiful shops and great restaurants. There is posh shopping and anything you would like to eat. The hotel is also VERY accessible from the subway and train which is walkable to the hotel. The rate was very affordable and the rooms were much larger than I anticipated, plus the view was amazing! Personally, we did not eat breakfast but there is an option for breakfast in the hotel + a hotel bar.

We stayed 3 nights and really liked this hotel. Staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful and they spoke excellent English. The lobby is on 25th floor and on a clear day you can see mount Fuji. The whole place is adorned with artwork. Our room was very nice, with a good bathroom and had a view of the river. They do a very nice buffet breakfast. We also ate in their Japanese restaurant one night (where they made some vegetarian ramen for me) and in their main restaurant with a more European flavour and it was all really good. It is very easy to get around with Shiadome and Shimbashi stations accessible from the subway if you take the lift down to the basement. Hamarikyu gardens are just across the road and its possible to take a cruise back from Asakusa and get off there, which is very pleasant.

Spent 8 nights in Tokyo and this hotel was a great base. The location was excellent with a subway station below it and another one about 10 minutes walk away via one of the many underground passages in Tokyo (although it did take me a while to work out it was there but the reception staff were helpful in giving me directions).

Loved all the art in the hotel and booked one of the rooms on the art floor and got a choice of rooms on checking in... It's certainly nice to have some different decoration in your room.

Room was spacious and had all the amenities you would need (the hotel also has 2 washing machines and dryers which came in handy and the view from the 25th floor lobby was amazing. There isn't a minibar in the room but there is a good sized fridge The bath was rather small but I am over 6 foot tall.

The only negative was that breakfast isn't included in the room rate and for 2800 yen (about £17), I found the offering of a couple of eggs on some rather tough scones, one drink (either tea or juice), a yogurt and spam fruit rather expensive and ended up grabbing some breakfast from either one of the many coffee shops nearby or from a convenience store. For the price they are charging, I would be expecting more or a full buffet.

I didn't try any of the restaurants or bar in the hotel but the prices seemed what you would expect for a top quality hotel.

really great location and is consistently between 20-40 minutes from almost all the major destinations in Tokyo. There are several train lines that are within walking distance to the hotel, and it was straightforward once you locate the hotel in the underground passageway. The hotel has great service, and great view of Tokyo tower and at times even Mt. Fuji! Our most recent trip was our 2nd time with the hotel and the experience was consistent with our first experience.

I do want to mention that they only have 2 laundry rooms with 1 washing machine and 1 drying machine in each room. They are very small machines, and we noticed during our most recent visit that the drying machines didn't dry too well. The laundry machines also dispense their own soap so no need to buy soap at the Family Mart.

Conveniently located above Shiodome station, and about 7 minutes walk from Shimbashi station which is an interchange between Japan Rail lines (for our JR pass) and metro lines (for our Pasmo pass). The lobby is on the 25th floor, in a large atrium where breakfast is served. Our room was modest in size, but adequate, and had decent views on surrounding skyscrapers and part of Tokyo Bay. Although the TV had BBC World News, this was frustratingly dubbed in Japanese at times. The toilet was of the warm-seat variety, offering various functionalities. There was a safe in the room and a hair drier, but no iron.

A very individualistic hotel dedicated to art. Very unique indeed. Had its own galleries on several floors and worth an hour or two just to look at all this within the hotel. Our regular room , albeit a bit small and with a very standard hotel interior, nonetheless had a great view of Tokyo Tower and this was especially breathtaking at night. There were some rooms decorated and painted by individual artists and each was unique and a work of art in itself literally, but we did not stay in one of these special rooms but took a regular one which was decent enough. All in all, this was quite a lovely stay during a sunny winter’s day in Tokyo and I would highly recommend this charming hotel to anyone who wants to try a hotel that is just a little different from the usual norm. Especially recommended for those artsy and creative types.....

Great location, go down to B2 and you are 10 min to shiodome station in the red line!!. Rooms are comfortable. spacious and with all the amenities you can expect. The hotel has a restaurant (Y4000 for breakfast about US$ 26) but you can go to the basement and find restaurants and FamilyMart convenience store and try one of their eggs sandwiches (recomended). Lobby is in the 25th floor and the rooms are from the 26th floor to the 31th floor. The view from the room we had was great and on Thursday 21 March we could see the elusive but magnificent Mt Fuji from our room under a clear blue sky (first blue sky of the 3 days we spent in Tokyo). Expect to pay about US$ 300 per night which is a very reasonable rate for the type of hotel and its location.
