Overall a good compromise between location and price, being a 10 minute walk from the central station (a good part of which can be done indoors in the underground passage in case of rain).
Good welcome at reception, this is the hotel (I imagine the whole chain) among those visited with the greatest number of items available: pajamas (with three-quarter sleeves and legs), slippers, toothbrush/toothpaste, face cream, hand cream , different types of tea, newspapers and much more.
The rooms are lucky, we had three: the one I used was small (Japanese standard), but with the window that couldn't be opened as it faced the back and onto another building, one of the others was small, but with the window that opened which therefore allowed for better air exchange, the third had separate beds and was therefore decidedly more comfortable (it also cost more, obviously), and had 2 windows.
The duvets are short and if you are slightly taller you have to ask at reception for a blanket that covers the missing part (feet or neck).
We didn't use breakfast, but there was a kettle in the room and not far away a combini where you could buy food the night before.

Excellent location in a quiet street and within few minutes’ walk to multiple train stations. 1 min walking distance from Takaracho and Kyobashi metro and 8 min from Tokyo station. Staffs are very friendly; customer service is 5 stars, exceptional, they have plenty of time to answer your entire question and to direct you to where you want to go. Hotel is clean; rooms are big (Japanese size). The beds are very comfortable. Has a coin laundry and provide all the necessary toiletries (razors, tooth brush & paste) We were also able to store our bags there before check-in so we could walk around and check in later. We stayed here for 7 days and highly recommend this hotel.

We have stayed in this hotel for 1 night as we booked hotel just 2 days prior to checkin date room tariff was very expensive almost JPY 28,000 I felt this is very expensive. Room are not big, no complementary breakfast. I have given 3 stars just because the staffs are very helpful. When we asked route the lady got the printout of route map and explained the route in details. We wanted to courier something they immediately booked the courier from hotel itself. Very co operative staffs.

Less than 10 minutes walk from Tokyo station but the price is actually very reasonable even though we got it at a discounted price with the current travel campaigns. The hotel is also just a stone's throw away from Kyobashi station, and a family mart convenience store.
Rooms were really clean, standard Japanese size, and most amenities were provided. The reception is on the 2nd floor and for security reasons the lifts would always stop at the 2nd floor even though you are going down to/coming from the first floor.
Our booking came with breakfast and it is supposed to be a western/japanese buffet but because of COVID precautions, at our time of stay it was a order-type buffet. You get a sheet of paper with the breakfast items and tick those you want to order. It's still a buffet style so you still can order as much as you like just that you need to let them know what extras you want for the second round onwards. The service was really bad though and items we ticked wasnt included, but items we didnt tick came to us. Understand that the order-style buffet is due to COVID precautions and this cant be helped but it would be great if the staff could just put more effort into reading the orders.... Taste-wise, it was a normal breakfast. It was included in our plan so it was free, but i wouldnt pay 1100 yen (the price for the breakfast at our time of stay) for this.

Very happy with our choice.
Lovely staff - helpful but not in your face. Will help when needed.
Conveniently located not far from railway and bakery and other food outlets
Safe to walk to at night
Very clean and comfortable
Amenities great; They have lotion, masks, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc at reception to take whenever you need it.
Complimentary coffee at reception as well from 3pm - 12pm nightly.
Reasonably priced with only negative being size of the room. Tiny...but you are in Tokyo.

My travel agent booked this place for me and I was very happy with its location, cleanliness and value. Having never been to tokyo it was a new experience being supplied pyjamas while staying there. The bathroom had an odd step up arrangement. Perhaps that is to keep water from draining into the rooms. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. Breakfast was sufficient albeit small serving sizes. Based on my positive experience with this hotel, I would stay at other Sotetsu chain hotels

Although the room was small when to compare to North America standard for a hotel. The location was very central for public transit. We ask about late check out and noted on the hotel information this was chargeable with no exception. However, one can leave the luggage in the lobby. Location again was great for attraction via local transit. The subway took a little work to understand still great. Restaurant was under renovations and never had a chance to sample the breakfast.

If you are not looking for US size room, then this one of the best. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. What’s best is the tiny details you can find that are not in most WESTERN hotel chains. Highly recommend this hotel specially for solo traveler

I am currently staying here with over 30 other people whilst working at the Olympics .
Our “western “ breakfast is either :-
Curry , rice, salad , bread roll
Or
Stew , rice , salad , bread roll .
Not really what you want first thing in the morning .

Rooms are clean and staff very helpful

I read business hotels were an economical place to stay in Japan. Absolutely right! We loved staying at Sotetsu Fresa Inn. Because I booked early enough, we stayed in one of their larger rooms. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Front desk was very helpful even with the language barrier. Their little pocket translator helped a lot. The hotel was a short 10 minute walk to Tokyo Station and even shorter walk to the Ginza Line. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Tokyo.
