As mentioned bed is kinda firm. Try asking for an extra comforter, fold it length-wise then, place it on bed (under or on sheet, up to you) and sleep on top of it. That ought to make the bed feel softer.

I don't think so. I stayed at the Dormy Inn Shibuya and loved the spa. When back on my next visit (not staying there) and asked if I could pay to use the spa. They said no, it was for guests only. This spa at Hachobori... More
I don't think so. I stayed at the Dormy Inn Shibuya and loved the spa. When back on my next visit (not staying there) and asked if I could pay to use the spa. They said no, it was for guests only. This spa at Hachobori required a room key (and pin code for ladies) for the spa, while Shibuya didn't require a room key, at least for the men's area.
