The customer service is very good so I’ll go for 5/5. The place is cozy, comfortable, beautiful, and the comfort room is nice! The location is really accessible (specially if you’re coming from a ferry ride) and nearby every nice place/restaurants in the city. The only thing I hated was the first hotel room where we were staying had a sort of unknown creature (not sure if a ghost or lost soul) but wtf I was at the sink cleaning my contact lenses when the two pillows got thrown over the wall and the damned door closed by itself with force. I was so scared knowing that the place is fully closed and no chances of the wind passing through or whatever. You can give reasons with the door I guess, but with the two pillows that flew on the wall? I guess not! I was alone that time and

This hotel is well located near restaurants and it has a nice view of the waterfront if you happen to get a room facing the port. Its relatively new and so the furnishing is nice and I have no complaints about the quality of the bed and cleanliness. If you opt for free breakfast, don't set your exceptions too high. The food is so-so but you get the basic Filipino breakfast plus they also serve brewed coffee which is also very basic, kind of watery. The plumbing system is not good and so the first time we stayed here, the bathroom smelled very bad. I had to ask the housekeeping to cover the drain but it was not pleasant. The second time we stayed, we were lucky to be in a room that did not smell. The staff were very nice thought and the hotel offers free airport pick up and

We booked this hotel for 1 night with my family. We were not allowed to check in early which was very inconvenient since i have an infant with me. We went there almost 1pm but allowed to check in only after past 2pm.Our room is small but clean except for the aircon. They must have missed cleaning it since it's very dusty. The breakfast buffet is okay, there's nothing much to choose from. Their coffee is bland, to bad i am a coffee lover. We were just glad we did not pay extra for my 6years old daughter. Their service and staffs were good. The only thing we like most about this hotel is the location since it is very close to the sea port like steps away.

Decided to stay overnight in Belian Hotel since it’s near the port and I did not want to miss my early morning trip. Belian Hotel is new, modern and clean, and not spooky at all - good for me! I got a standard room and it was the smallest standard hotel room I’ve ever stayed as of this writing. Yes, it’s really small but still it’s okay with me since I’m staying alone. However, I would not recommend it if you’re with someone. It’s really a very small room. I requested for an early check in since their check in time is 3pm and I needed to be in a party at 1pm however, they charged me with 1/2 of the room rate - not good! Since breakfast is at 6:00 am and I have to leave before that, I requested for a take away breakfast. Only choice is tuna and chicken sandwich with coffee. Since
