The hotel is located very close to Tagbilaran Pier, you can easily walk there with you luggage.

The rooms are clean, wifi works well and the staff is very helpful. Prepared for our check-in, all paperwork was ready and they offered a free shuttle on our departure.

Breakfast is basic, but it was enough. There was fried rice, chicken/pork/beef for the Asian customers, and eggs, toast and buns for the Western customers.

We stayed there for night, in transit and I would highly recommend this place.

We visited Tagbilaran and parts of Bohol for the second time. This time was for a family wedding and we chose the Belian hotel because of its reasonable price, family room, free parking, breakfast included and central location near the ferry port.
Our visit was overall a pleasant experience. We are experienced travellers and reviewers and are glad to give this place our thumbs up.
The room was clean and was made up without request and upon request to a high professional standard. We made requests for maintenance to fix two small issues with the refrigerator and the faucet. They were dealt with efficiently. All the facilities worked well.
The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.
We did not use room service, so the included breakfast is the only kitchen-related review we can make. Considering the breakfast is offered as a complimentary service it was very reasonable, but here are one or two suggestions for improvement:
1. Food served hot should not be cold on arrival at the table, particularly the eggs.
2. Condiments (minimum salt and pepper) should be available on each table.
3. A complimentary top-up of coffee is expected, rather than having to pay in addition per cup.

The standard of the breakfasts was ok. The toasted bread was good by Filipino standards and the scrambled eggs would have been very good if hot.

We shall be looking forward to our next stay at this good hotel and would recommend it for families.

We had a standard room here and although smallish it was a comfortable space for us with a good nights sleep. Breakfast buffet was mainly Filipino options, but toast and coffee was plenty for us. The food served at the cafe/restaurant was an excellent quality and well priced. Their cappuccino was the best I had in the Philippines. Satellite channels on the TV. Air con worked well, okay shower and in a great spot close to mall, port and scooter rentals. Free shuttle for guests to the port and excellent wifi

After an entire night traveling, I was happy to arrive at this hotel with high standard quality service and equipment. There is one good thing to stay there, if you need to get a boat in the morning, the flip side is that nearby there are not that much restaurant or else.
The room was large, well equipped, the breakfast was good.

We stayed for a night in belian for a staycation and it was nice. The room we booked included breakfast for two. Room was quite small and had no windows. Bathroom was spacious but tiles became too slippery when wet. The ACU was not that cool and rooms are not soundproofed.

The property is near to the seaport and accessible to malls and shops

I really like the customer service. I had to check out early the next day because of my flight and I asked if I can have an early breakfast. They agreed and gave me sandwiches with sandwich spread (lady’s choice?) and bottled water.

Room (for 2, no windows) was small but clean and quite nice. Bed was comfortable. I had 2 complimentary water bottles, 2 toothbrushes, 2 shampoos, and 2 soaps. Room was for two but I’m the only one who stayed in the room (accidentally booked for two adults).

Surprised that there was no water heater and bidet (there was only a dipper/tabo). Shower water pressure was subpar. The soap dispenser in the shower was broken. Only place I can put any soap was the sink.

Wifi speed was good. I saw parking for 4 cars in front of the hotel. Unsure if there are more parking spaces.

We stayed here for a night and got very impressed by the size of the room and how cozy it is. The room and comfort room are clean. AC is working but a bit noisy. They have mini ref and a small couch and tv. They have free coffee and bottled water and toiletries.

We got the hotel room at a very reasonable price with breakfast. Although we were surprised that they ask for a deposit when we checked in even if the room is paid through my credit card. It was not stated in Agoda, but they will return in after check out.

We were expecting that brrakfast would be an a la carte, but it's buffet. But they have few choices only. But overall it's good. I would recommend the hotel. I just got one photo to share. 😁

Staffs are very nice, room was fine. The beds are comfortable. The only issue we had is the noose from outside. The room is not soundproof and we can hear the vehicles from the street. We needed to use our earplugs to sleep. Nice view tho.

This is a new hotel situated near the port of Tagbilaran City in Bohol. It is very accessible; close to the Tagbilaran Port/Pier, and about 15 minutes away from the airport. You can request for the hotel van to pick you up at the airport to the hotel.
If you plan to go around the city, you can easily take a motor cab.

The hotel rooms are spacious, very clean and quite modern. The staff are courteous and service is great. Would highly recommend to those passing by the City to any points of interest in Bohol. Also great for any events. The hotel has function rooms with modern facilities .
